Looks Like Costas Would Ban Booze and “Other Woman” as Cuase of Jovan Belcher Murder-Suicide in KC
Hey Bob Costas, do you also want to ban booze and “Gal Pals” as well as a result of the Jovan Belcher Murder-Suicide in Kansas City? The NY Post is reporting that Kansas City Chiefs LB Jovan Belcher was out with his gal pal the night before he killed Kasandra Perkins, the mother of his 3-month-old daughter. Bob Coastas, instead of you blaming guns for the death of Kasandra Perkins, why don’t you blame the individual who appears to have the character of a tom-cat. Gun be damned, this guy had issues and any weapon of choice including his hands would have accomplished his same goal.
He was playing the field.
Kansas City Chiefs linebacker Jovan Belcher had a boozy dinner with another woman and spent the night at her apartment before he went home, fought with and killed his girlfriend, and then ended his own life in a practice-facility parking lot, sources said yesterday.
After dinner and drinks Friday night at a local tavern, the former Long Island high-school star took the woman, Brittni Glass, to her home, but spent the next several hours asleep in his Bentley outside her building, neighbors said.
After cops roused him from his drunken slumber at about 2:30 a.m., Belcher went inside Glass’ building and re-emerged about four hours later.
Belcher drove away at about 6:45 a.m and ride to the home he shared with Kasandra Perkins, the mother of his 3-month-old daughter, where he shot Kasandra nine times then drove to the Chief practice facility and committed suicide.

By his own logic, maybe Costas should blame the microphone for his comments.
When the NFL decides to get serious about drugs and head injuries and give these prima donnas some lessons in good behavior, this type of behavior will be a lot less.
