Add yet another dubious record for President Barack Obama. Thanks to the failed economic policies of Obama, food stamps enrollment has hit a new record high 46,681,833 million. So America I ask you, are you better off today than you were four years ago?
Food stamps enrollment has hit a new record high. 46,681,833 million are now enrolled in the social welfare program, according to the United States Department of Agriculture, the federal department that runs the program.
Here’s a chart from the minority side of the Senate Budget Committee, outlining the program’s enormous growth:
As the chart shows, when President Obama took office, enrollment in the food stamps program was 31.98 million. Now, not even four years later, it’s a whopping 46.48 million. (In 2002, as the chart states, “19.1 million Americans received food stamps.”)

Yes, Obama and the USDA have pushed hard to get as many as possible on the program, It is just another way to get the people beholden to the government, A typical socialist act. They can then say “we will take care of you”.
It is also a way in which the Democrats have for neary 100 years used tax money of the people to buy votes.

You here, that vote for Romney can take the benefit and/or blame. My kids are set to inherit over 1000 acres of good land. They are college educated and have good jobs. My wife and I have earned 3 pensions, have 2 ira’s, income property and qualify for SSI. No worries for me or my family.I’m not a poor man. I grew up poor and used food stamps when I was 11. I was a taker, a moucher, no personal responsability.
