WOW, this is quite interesting, a George Zimmerman reenactment of events given to investigators. A reenactment of George Zimmerman discussing what happened in Sanford, FL on Feb. 26 , 2012 was released by Zimmerman’s defense attorney on the website gzlegalcase.com, a website managed by the Zimmerman defense team. In the video Zimmerman gives a blow by blow description of how the fight began and depicts Martin as the aggressor, a key point as his legal team builds his defense on Florida’s controversial “stand your ground”

“He took my head and slammed it against the concrete several times, and each time I thought my head was going to explode and I thought I was going to lose consciousness,” George Zimmerman told police the day after he shot and killed Trayvon Martin.
“I started screaming for help,” but Martin pressed his hands over Zimmerman’s mouth and nose, he said. “He told me to shut the f&#k up, and I was suffocating.”
Zimmerman told police he was lying on the ground, but his head was on the concrete.
“I didn’t want him to keep slamming my head on the concrete so I kind of shifted. But when I shifted my jacket came up…and it exposed my firearm. That’s when he said you are going to die tonight. He took one hand off my mouth, and slid it down my chest. I took my gun aimed it at him and fired.”
ABC News is licking their chops that this is a gold mine for the prosecution. However, for the defense it could be as well. Why would a guilty man do such an interview? Um, newsflash … what if Zimmerman is telling the truth?

Stand-your-ground is not a defense, it is an issue of immunity, as such the defendant (GZ) has the burden of proof. Therefore, he has to do these discussions to get his story on record for the hearing in which his claim of stand-your-ground will be decided.
Again..Stand-your-ground is not a “defense” where he gets to stay silent.

Well that is the question; and if we can’t answer that question then there should be a trial and he should be found not-guilty. I personally don’t agree with the concept of there not being a trial in case where the facts are so sketchy; but that’s me.
I honestly don’t follow the case too much, but the autopsy did state that the gunshot was fired from intermediate range. Forensically speaking, that means the bullet traveled 12-36 inches.
They will need to resolve that range with his story; I guess it could fit.
The truth doesn’t fit the narrative of the race hustlers and the old demented media.
Have always believed the cries for help which can be heard on previous Audio already released were, in fact, those of George Zimmerman.
If what GZ says took place in the Video is true, then there is no case for Trayvon Martin’s Parents and the Prosecutors charges of Murder 2.
There is no case!
Then, can somebody please tell me what all the rest of this maneuvering from Angela Corey & Co., is about? This is nothing but a PR Nightmare, and it is not even fair to the Martin’s for this Prosecutor to be giving them false hope that Zimmerman can be found Guilty and punished. This is what they want, what they claim is “justice”
for the loss of their Son.
It’s so ironic and sad that this entire incident really did not have to end this way.
I will be all sorts of pissed off if there is rioting and other problems as a result of yet another poorly handled Crime case with those like Jackson & Sharpton screaming “Racial Profiling”, etc.

How in the hell could GZ’s attornies let Zimmerman’s & his Wife make false utterances in a Court of Law at his Bond hearing as well with such a High Profile Case in the MSM? Certainly, they should have advised him otherwise.

Trayvon Martin was killed in Self-Defense. End of Story- now a Police Chief is out of a job, and what is this debacle of a Trial going to cost the Taxpayers in Sanford, FL?
If I were GZ, I would be suing the State of Florida Prosecutors Office as soon as this mess is over for a Violation of Constitutional Rights!

Based on this video, it appears that GZ was acting in self defense and probably would not have shot Trayvon if Trayvon had not gone for the gun.
You people are crazy. Have you read the story today all over the news. George admitted that he was on top when he shot Trayvon. Not to mention he head scratches do not match what would be if he was having his head smashed on a sidewalk. They were superficial scratches. And ALL of the eyewitnesses said that they were fighting in the grass courtyard, no where near a sidewalk in any case. George is a proven liar with a history of violence vs Trayvon who has never been arrested for anything. He hit a cop for gods sake, not to mention kicking the crap out of a girlfriend. He is on many medications to control his impulses. And he lied in court. Why do you think his first attorney’s wouldnt work on this case? They quit. His story keeps changing. He had a photoshopped picture out there which makes his face look like his nose was sideways, which wasnt in the original video at the police station. He was much thinner in that photo then when he was arrested. He stalked the boy when he was not to. And even though it was a dispatcher, it is still an order from an officer. Dispatchers are law enforcement. What about him saying that he was jumped from behind and went down because Trayvon punched him in the nose? How could Trayvon punch him in the nose if he was behind him? This is NOT a self defense case. Unless you are talking about Trayvon acting in self defense. He shot Trayvon because he was losing a fight which HE started.

When someone confronts anothers and then gets attacked … who is fighting in self defense? This case is hardly a slam dunk and IMO I think I am going to side with Atty Alan Dershowitz over you.

-NGBoston 2 separate voice recongnition experts from that area have said that there is no way that it was GZ who was screaming on that 911 call!
-GZ has made statements that TM said “You got me” or something like that after being shot in the heart and that TM was cussing and talking as GZ was trying to restrain him after the shot. Shot thru the heart at close range with a 9MM I would say that TM died almost instantly!
-We know that GZ and wife lied/mislead the court about their finances. GZ also lied under oath that he thought TM was a couple years younger than him but he told the 911 operation that the supspect was in his late teens.
-GZ states his head was repeatly slammer into the sidewalk till his head felt like it would explode. Yet he suffered from no concussion or concussion like symtoms no swelling and/or bruising that you would expect.
-GZ told police that TM hit him with his fist over a dozen times yet only received a small bone fracture of the nose. No other bruising anywhere on his body? Something just does not add up!

I believe there are contradicting facts all over the MSM about this Case.
I do not believe that Trayvon Martin should have been followed in to that complex–he had every right to be there visiting his Father’s Fiance.
Let me make this perfectly clear-I believe Zimmerman SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN HIS CAR AND WAITED UNTIL THE POLICE CAME. Perhaps this whole incident could have been avoided. It is a tragic accident.
However, with that being stated- let the FACTS speaks for themselves when George Zimmerman has a FAIR TRIAL with a JURY deciding his innocence or guilt—NOT THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.

He is entitled to a Fair Trial, which at this point it looks as if he is never going to get.
Alan Dershowitz was right. And he said so, and in written word. He called Corey out on her big mistake to date, and apparently Angela does not like it.
Corey calls him at Harvard Law School, screaming and demanding a retraction of his statements and threatens to sue.
Really, Angela? On what grounds?
