Say a prayer for Robin Gibb …
Former Bee Gee’s disco icon Robin Gibb is according to reports in a London hospital after contracting pneumonia and slipping into a coma. His family, including wife Dwina, brother Barry, 65, daughter Melissa, 37, and sons Spencer, 39, and Robin-John, 29, were at Gibb’s bedside in a London hospital. Robin Gibb has been in declining health since 2010 when he had emergency surgery to treat a blocked bowel. Following the surgery Gibb was diagnosed with colon cancer, that spread to his liver. Last month it was announced that he was in remission from the disease; however, sadly he now lays in a coma reportedly near death.

At dinner last night, my husband and I were lamenting about how even though we were just young pre-teens when they were big- No one will ever have a sound as unique as the Bee Gees. No one.
Prayers to the Gibb Family.
Their writing, timing and ears for sound were darn hard to beat. I envision touring a music museum of the future, one day, where their DNA strands will
be on display. I’ll be all like — ohhhh, now I
get how they did it.
All the Gibbs had IT — whatever the magical IT is. Even the little Gibblet, Andy… who just couldn’t
find himself quickly enough. God Bless!
