What better way for the Hoopster in Chief to self promote himself and indoctrinate the children than to have his own image put on a basketball used for the “Shoot for Strength” during yesterday’s Easter Egg roll at the White House. After all, we are not allowed to call it an Easter Egg Hunt anymore, that would be too violent and make people feel uncomfortable. Do we really need everything with the image of Obama on it? What is the word I am looking for, oh … Narcissism.
Using a special basketball festooned with his own image, President Obama shot some hoop today with former NBA players, Harlem Globetrotters and kids attending the White House Easter Egg Hunt. The balls with the presidential face were brought for by the NBA players who came to the event, White House officials said.
The “Shoot for Strength” activity took place on the White House basketball court, where Daryll “Chocolate Thunder” Dawkins and legendary shooting guard Mitch Richmond joined Globetrotters’ Herb Lang, Fatima Maddox, Jacob Tucker and Wun Versher to conduct drills with kids. The drill consisted of the kids doing pushups every time the professional players or President Obama scored.
According to reports Obama did just as well shooting the basketball as he has done with the economy, jobs and gas prices going 0 for 3. Actually Obama missed his first 7 shots before he made one so we can add his failures of the the record national debt, Obamacare, record food stamp recipients and transparency. It would appear that reports that Obama is a great basketball player are about as accurate as those in the media who stated he was the most intelligent President ever.
More from the Lonely Conservative and the “creepy” image of Obama on the basketball. I have to ask, did Obama blame Bush every time he shot and missed? However, Obama should be used to shooting and missing, his 3+ years in office have been much of the same.

Barry believes like all of the Eastern and Western dictators. His picture should be everywhere.
He is unable to do anything of real value so he uses a PR campaign to make himself feel important.
I would so prefer Barry to be a failure at
Golf and Basketball rather than the way he is failing
while messing with our United States of America.
