2 Year Old Devon Davis Missing Since 3/27/12 in Cleveland, Texas … Mom Fails Part of Polygraph test … UPDATE: Devon Davis Found Deceased
An AMBERT ALERT was issued for 2 year old Devon Davis who has been missing since March 27, 2012 in Cleveland, TX. According to reports, Devon was last seen about 3 PM Tuesday before he wandered off from the family’s home located at CR 2901 home at the Sam Houston Lake Estates Subdivision in the Tarkington. The mother of the child claims that she was napping in her home with Devon’s baby sister shortly before Devon disappeared. However, the doors of the home were reportedly locked.

A 2-year-old boy has been reported as missing in the Sam Houston Lake Estates Subdivision in the Tarkington area.
The boy is described as having red hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a grey over burgundy jersey-type shirt that said “Pee Wee,” and blue jeans. Originally it was thought he was wearing his Spiderman tennis shoes, but he may have been barefoot.
UPDATE I: The parents of the missing Devon Davis moved their family to the area on Thursday
UPDATE II: The mother of missing Devon Davis failed part of the polygraph test.
UPDATE III: The body of 2 year old Devon Davis has been located in a pond about 300 yards from the families home.
Police confirmed moments ago that searchers have found the remains of missing toddler Devin Davis in a scum covered pond about 300 yards from the home where his family was staying.
The search was called off about a half hour earlier and the helicopters were making one final pass over the area, around 2 p.m., before leaving when they saw what they believed to be a small body in the water, not too far from the home. The water has a pier leading into it.
Our prayers go out to the family and loved ones of Devon. Rest in Peace little Devon Davis.
UPDATE IV: Although it is possible that Devon may have died accidentally, the police announced at a press conference Saturday that they will proceed with a criminal investigation of the case.
