Correction, Price Tag to American Tax Payers for Occupy Protesters is Now Over $20 Million

Yup, once again we are witness to the facts that the Occupy protesters are nothing like the Tea Party.

Hold the phone, earlier this week it was reported that the Occupy protesters had cost the American tax payers $13 million. Needless to say, it ha been adjusted up. Good grief, as per the calculations at Verum Serum and some adjustments by the Gateway Pundit … the price tag continues to climb at the expense of the American tax payers. This Occupy protest movement is nothing more than a drain upon America. What else should we expect from an Obama endorsed movement, except that what would cause a drain on America.

Total: Over $21,273,499

Imagine that, these so called protesters of the people have cost the American people over $21 million and there is no end in sight to the violence and destruction from these hooligans.

BiG WOOP. A pittance compared to the robber banks. Shame on Scared Monkeys for condemming rather than redirecting these kids.

Best remember their parents and grandparents are likely the tea partiers. Let the government hurt these kids and the worm will turn.
      We remember Kent State

There are plenty of things wrong with the US, much of which comes directly from our government.

We want term limits, we want oversight in that politicians should not be able to make insider Wall Street $’s will legislation they pass or block.

We were told that the banks were too big to fail and what did the govt allow, bail the banks out, let them consolidate and get even bigger.

The Occupy Wall Street crowd have ruined any chance they had to be effective or relevant. They allowed anarchists, unions, socialists, Nazi’s and dirt bags to co-op their movement. They have become nothing but a nuisance with no purpose.

In their zeal to beg the Government to
steal wealth for them, they are causing
the source of that very wealth to dry up.
The Government is stealing so much and
running up such a large debt as well, that
it will never be able to supply these useful
idiots with the largesse they are demonstrating
      for. (See Greece)

    3. rightknight on November 25th, 2011 11:04 pm

Seems the Democrat Party (and some Republicans)
are willing to steal the wealth of perhaps 40% of
the Country to buy votes (thru redistribution of
that booty) from the remaining 60% of the Country.
      What are the chances?

Let’s see, Labor Union strike tactics are generally
to stop working en masse, impede production,
prevent traffic flow, resort to violence, threaten
employers, hurt consumers, louse up everything
and cause chaos. With that in mind, let’s turn our
focus to the ‘Occupiers’ and what is to follow.

The Labor Unions want to extort money in the form
of increased Wages and Benefits (and working conditions).
The ‘Occupiers’ also want to get money and benefits
they are normally not entitled to. They don’t want to
work, so working conditions are not the issue with them.

Labor Union Bosses funnel Union Dues back towards
the Political Party (Dem) that cooperates with them.
The ‘Occupy Bosses’ are getting money (not from
the useless idiot occupiers) from some Mystery
Sources in order to pay off the ‘Occupiers’ and
get the desired outcome of chaos.

      Recently, Unions, Radicals, Communists, Socialists,
Anarchists, and even Islam are in the streets with
signs and slogans (and threats) with the common
goal of disrupting (if not destroying) the Free Enterprise
      System. Wow!…Lofty Goal, eh?

And preditory banking behavior is of course not a kind of social anarchy. Just well behaved, well dressed, acceptable thieves who have helped destroy the middle class with the government’s silent complience

The financial institutions S—t on all of us. Not just a single police car or the grass. They rape, plunder, and pillage, and ruin lives daily.

Change through law you say – When did Wall Street and the banks follow the law.

I agree though, if the OWSs wanted to effect immediate change they would begin a movement to withdraw your money from the BIG banks. Its always about the money never the good of the people

The Wall streeters are genrally kids. The critisms the same as in the 1960s. Dirty rotten commie hippies. Take a bathe and cut your hair.
      _______________
SM: I don’t agree … at least the 60′s movement was against the war … these people are against the United States. That I would never support.

#5- Katts—while much about “Big Banks in America” you are posting is truthful…I think you are again missing the point of the thread.

While we all have a right to peaceful protest and assembly- what I object to is the hatred and venom against AMERICA that many of the Occupiers are displaying. There is not a need to take it to the lengths that they have.

I think if you were to get some of your facts straight, you would see this in no way should be compared to the Protest Movement of the 60′s, which was largely a protest to the Government because of War. If I were a young Adult then, I would have protested as well as the Vietnam War was wrong….just wrong.

Fast forward to the 21st Century and take some of your passion and apply it where it belongs. Stop voting extreme RIGHT WING DEMOCRATS into office if you are against all that you say you are since they are the party that FAVORS BIG BANKS, their greed, corruption and subsequent bail outs.

REPs are typically for less Government which is the way I believe America should be run. Democrats simply spend more of our Money and “spread the wealth” too liberally, IMO.

You know what gets my goat, Katts? Crooked politicians like Barney Frank (and the idiots in my State who re-elected him)- a hypocrite who directly CONTRIBUTED to the Sub-Prime Fiasco. Are you serious? Why would any educated Voter re-elect him or Frank Dodd? Because they are misinformed, that’s why.

In addition- this time of year I always get upset because we spend BILLIONS per year in sending aide overseas and to help those starving Nations INTERNATIONALLY- but what of our own poor and starving Children, right here in the US? What do the Democrats, or our own President for that matter do for our VERY OWN?

As a Registered Independent, I feel your angst, but I am prepared to vote for the best qualified individual next election and ignore Party lines.

You cannot convince me that Obama has been successful as a President. He is in way over his head and I bet thousands of the Occupiers who sit and protest across America are the very same individuals who voted him into office.

LOL @ the moron wet behind the ears Katts….LOL….noboby cares what you have to say or your little friends at the OWS…..

The fact that idiots like you assail the banks and that they ruin daily lives is just an excuse for a lazy f*** who does not want to take personal responsibility for their own lives!

You people are actually the ones that are sucking America dry with your chants for free stuff…

You idiots assail capitalism but yet there are people at these movements drinking STARBUCKS; on the IPADS and IPHONES; ALL THE RESULT OF CAPITALISM!

It just goes to show what posers or fakes you libtard crybaby f**** are!

You have zero idea what you are talking about.

You dumbares should be protesting Capital Hill most notably Barney Frank and Chris Dodd who propped up Fannie and Freddie; who hold 90% of mortgages in America. Fannie and Freddie are owned by the Federal Government; and they have received bailouts in the tune of over a couple hundred BILLION.

Obama has continued to bailout banks and has continued to receive campaign donations from these banks. Obama still has lobbyists in the WH.

You should be protesting Jeff Imlet; Obama’s “jobs” man; who with GE profited more than any other company in the country and did not pay ONE SINGLE PENNY of taxes.

Go away and go squat somewhere; preferably (EDIT).

For the libtard tree hugging fake global warming freaks like katts:

      http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2011-11-28/secret-fed-loans-undisclosed-to-congress-gave-banks-13-billion-in-income.html

Here’s my favorite part of the article:

“Total assets held by the six biggest U.S. banks increased 39 percent to $9.5 trillion on Sept. 30, 2011, from $6.8 trillion on the same day in 2006, according to Fed data.”

Who was in charge in 2006? Who was in charge in 2010?

That’s what I thought…once again; libtards mouths shut with logic, common sense and FACTS!
