RSSOccupy Chicago … Protester Robert Reitz Arrested With Child Pornography
We will ask the question once again … WHAT ARE THESE PEOPLE PROTESTING AND DO THEY REALLY REPRESENT THE 99%?
21 year old Robert Reitz who was involved with the Occupy Chicago protests was arrested Monday for aggravated child pornography. Get this, Reitz’s involvement with the Occupy crazies was with security. WOW, DON’T YOU ALL FEEL SAFE? Doesn’t this pretty much sum up the entire movement.
A man involved with the “Occupy Chicago” movement has been charged with child pornography.
Robert Reitz, 21, of the 2000 block of South Canalport Avenue, was arrested Monday in the 100 block of West Quincy Street for an active warrant for aggravated child pornography, police said. He is being held without bond, according to the Cook County Sheriff’s office.
At the time of his arrest Reitz said he was involved with security for Occupy Chicago — a claim that was denied by protest organizers.
Reitz was arrested after officers smelled burnt cannabis and approached to investigate. Officers did a name check and learned he was wanted for a probation violation by the sheriff’s police.
In a statement Wednesday morning, Occupy Chicago said, “We are an open movement, without a vetting system for our participants. Our community is based on trust. It is to be expected that the problems of society at large are sometimes present in our movement.
Oh contraire Occupy folks, when you put some one in charge of security, you better be vetting them. Isn’t this just like people who will whine about others, yet fail to have their own house in order. Don’t worry thought, the Occupy has finally set their standard at child pornographer. I guess Jerry Sandusky would not be welcome either.

Wow.
I think that the Dem & Repub party have REALLY pulled off their masterpiece.
People are angry that a certain part of the population is cheating (and yes, the financial services industry is cheating) to get what they have. Now that the people realize it, you might think that the party establishment+financial services industry (et al. cheating big cash interests)cabal might be in trouble.
But no. They just need to fit the outrage into the preformed wedge issue left vs. right mold, and continue to steal unabated.
Tea Party? Right wing wackos. Occupy? Dirty f(edit) hippies.
Now you people fight amongst yourselves (but don’t unite over what you have in common! Those people – your fellow country men and co-victims, are the enemy!) while we continue to steal your money and ship jobs to China. It’s not our fault, it’s the Republicans/Democrats fault! Those bastards!
And, oh yea, gay marriage, war on Xmas, abortion, etc, etc.

Unfortunately, blogs like Scared Monkeys and Crooks and Liars are the every day Joe or Jane’s face of this, but really they’re dutifully barking up the trees the powers that be tell them to bark up.

SM: Speak for yourself. Because you pretty much are all mouth and no action. Are there issues, yes. Do I think for one second that the Occupy protesters are the solution … not even close. Please tell me what they stand for and how they are going to change things other than thru disruption and violence?
They have effectively pissed off everyone because they have no direction, or concept of how they want to affect change. Oh, except thru revolution and that ain’t happening.
The Tea Party movement has a platform and helped elect individuals who they believe support their goals. That us an accomplishment. Not violent confrontations with police. The Occupy movement is finished because at its core, it stood for nothing but anarchic.
The only thing that would surprise me about these protesters is if any one were found to hold a decent job, not be some sexual pervert, and not be anti- American. THAT now would shock the poop out of me for sure!!!

The warrant was DEFINATELY not for child pornography. I’m not about to put his information out there so I won’t explain what it was for but come on seriously? Not that. He’s out of jail bubz, and he’s back to being HEAD OF SECURITY. YES, I wonder what “organizers” you spoke with, because we don’t have any ORGANIZERS. We have people. Are you people, lying on the internet, can burn in a firey pit. I hope you got paid real well for writing this article because you or your boss will be recieving a very big lawsuit soon.Filthy Hippie out.
