No Kidding, Only 7% Think Government Employees Work Harder than Individuals in Private Sector

File the following under the category of “NO DUH”.

In a recent Rasmussen poll, only 7% of Americans believe that Government employees work harder than those in the private sector. 70%  believe workers in the private sector work harder than government workers, while 23% are too busy watching reality TV and are undecided. I think we can add those that would send America to war, sorry a kinetic military operation, while on Spring Break in Brazil.

So not only do government employees get paid more and receive better retirement benefits that the private sector … they do less for it. I guess this can explain why only 16% think the US would be better off if most incumbents in Congress were reelected and why Americans have a pretty poor view of politicians in general.

Oil Prices Soar to Highest Price Since 2008 on Obama’s Libya War … Up 100% Under Obama

Welcome to Obama’s QUAGMIRE …

It is amateur hour in the White House and “We the People” are feeling the brunt of the inexperience. Obama truly is the worst President ever.

Thanks to Barack Obama’s “Kinetic Military Operation” WAR in Libya oil prices have climbed to their highest level since 2008. Obama claimed that the military operation in Libya would last days not weeks. The community organizer and “Ditherer” in Chief could never have been so wrong. Who but an inexperienced and completed over-matched individual could ever have thought that a any military action would have ended so quickly.

Instead of a quick outcome and slam dunk in Libya as stated by Obama, fighters loyal to Moammar Gadhafi pushed back rebels from key areas in eastern Libya and have dealt the rebels a severe setback. Today, a spokesman for the Libyan leader said that Gaddafi will stay in Libya “until the end”.  The result … oil prices rose to a 30 month high and the pain at the gas pumps will be felt by American workers trying to get to work. More ‘Hope & Change’ from Obama … rising gas prices.

Arnold Schwarzenegger To Become Cartoon Super Hero “The Governator”

Arnold Schwarzenegger … He’s Baaaack.

Arnold Schwarzenegger has gone from body builder to a Barbarian to the Terminator to a Commando to a Twin to a governor … to now a cartoon character super hero, THE GOVERNATOR.  Hmm, as reported at the Daily Caller, “The Governator” superhero will not only appear in a comic book form, but in as an animated television show as well.

And now, in this week’s exclusive cover scoop, Arnold Schwarzenegger reveals his plans for the next phase of his extraordinary career: He’s going be a cartoon superhero, known as The Governator. “When I ran for governor back in 2003 and I started hearing people talking about ‘the Governator,’ I thought the word was so cool,” Schwarzenegger, 63, tells EW in his first press interview since leaving office last January.

Ah, Arnold … listen to yourself. You thought it was cool when you ran for office back in 2003 that people were calling you ’the Governator’. You do realize that it is 2011, right?  Of course this cartoon might have been more credible had Arnold not been such a disappointment as governor of California. Hell, Barack Obama was elected in 2010 on the hype of “Hope & Change” and now 50% of Americans don’t want him to have a second ter

President Barack Obama’s Sinking Poll Numbers … Low Job Approval & 50% Say He Does not Deserve to be Re-elected in 2012

President Barack Obama’s poll numbers are tanking …

As Obama’s dithering continues so does the downward spiral of his poll numbers. Obama’s indecision and lack of a clear message in the “kinetic military operation” WAR in Libya, Obamacare debacle and additional waiver requests, continues poor economy and elevated oil prices have all added to Obama’s poor job approval numbers. According to the most recent Quinnipiac University National Poll, The One’s job approval rating is at 48% disapprove and only 42% approve.

Making matter worse for Obama, 50% do not believe that Barack Obama deserves a second term as President while only 41% believe he does. Hardly a good sign for an incumbent President seeking reelection in 2012. The lack of leadership and incoherent waffling message to the American people on any topic these days is wearing thin.

American voters disapprove 48 – 42 percent of the job President Barack Obama is doing and say 50 – 41 percent he does not deserve to be re-elected in 2012,both all-time lows, according to a Quinnipiac University poll released today.

This compares to a 46 – 46 percent job approval rating and a 45 – 47 percent split on the President’s re-election in a March 3 survey by the independent Quinnipiac (KWIN-uh-pe-ack) University. In a hypothetical 2012 matchup, President Obama gets 36 percent of the vote to 37 percent for an unnamed Republican challenger.

Democrats approve 80 – 13 percent of the job Obama is doing, but disapproval is 81 – 9 percent among Republicans and 50 – 39 percent among independent voters. Men disapprove 52 – 41 percent while women split 44 – 44 percent.

Why are these polling numbers so alarming? These are the lowest job approval numbers for Obama in the Quinnipiac poll, even lower than any in 2010. Obama even loses to an unnamed GOP candidate in this poll 37% to 36%. How can that be good news for any incumbent politician?

Barack Obama also failed miserably in this poll in handling the federal budget 64% disapprove – 30% approve, the economy 60% disapprove – 30% approve, foreign policy disapprove 47% – approve 41%, healthcare disapprove 55% – 38% approve.

More at Wake Up America with the trending downward polling data of Barack Obama. 2012 is right around the corner.

Woman’s Rights in Islam and Sharia Law … 14 Year Old Girl Raped and Lashed to Death, Charged with Adultery

 Woman’s rights in Islam …

A 14 year old girl, Hena Akhter, was sentenced to 101 lashes from the imam from the local mosque as punishment for adultery. She was brought out into public and lashed for her crimes. According to CNN, she dropped at 70 lashes. She dies a week later from her injuries declaring in her dying words to her mother that she was innocent.

Want to know what passes for female adultery? How about being raped. As stated at Patterico’s Pontifications, could there be a more barbaric interpretation to adultery. A woman to prove she was raped cannot do so without four witnesses to back her up. What!

Many months later on a winter night, as Hena’s sister Alya told it, Hena was walking from her room to an outdoor toilet when Mahbub Khan gagged her with cloth, forced her behind nearby shrubbery and beat and raped her.

Hena struggled to escape, Alya told CNN. Mahbub Khan’s wife heard Hena’s muffled screams and when she found Hena with her husband, she dragged the teenage girl back to her hut, beat her and trampled her on the floor.

The next day, the village elders met to discuss the case at Mahbub Khan’s house, Alya said. The imam pronounced his fatwa. Khan and Hena were found guilty of an illicit relationship. Her punishment under sharia or Islamic law was 101 lashes; his 201.

Democrat Talking Points from Live Miked Chuck Schumer … Label GOP Lawmakers “Extreme”…

Democrats get their marching orders to begin the talking point party line …

Want a peek into the talking points strategy of Democrats to try and smear the GOP … look no further than Senator Charles Schumer’s (D-NY) and his gaffe of inadvertently letting the cat out of the bag and telling others to call Republicans extremists while he thought the media was not listening. The Hill reports on Schumer’s talking points that were made public to all on an open line.

VIDEO with Chucky’s audio… the Senate Democrats want to play games, not get to work and find a solution that will not bankrupt America. Are these really serious people?  Democrats did not pass a budget last year when they controlled both the House and the Senate. Now after the 2010 midterms and the people said stop spending money and increasing the budget, Democrats are more interested in political games than doing the work of “We the People”.

Democratic Sen. Charles Schumer’s (N.Y.) instructions for his colleagues to label GOP lawmakers as “extreme” is not helpful to budget negotiations, the Senate’s top Republican said Tuesday.

“That’s really not helpful, if we’re trying to reach an agreement here,” Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (Ky.) told reporters at a press conference.

Earlier Tuesday, Schumer gave advice to a group of fellow Democrats before a conference call with reporters saying, “I always use the word extreme. . . . That is what the caucus instructed me to use this week.”

The remark was heard by reporters before the conference call officially began.

Lawmakers on both sides have ramped up the rhetoric against each other amid a stalemate over a proposal to fund the government through the rest of the fiscal year and avoid a government shutdown after short-term funding expires April 8.

In a word, as stated by Another Black Conservative BUSTED!!! So who really wants the Government shut down in order to gain political points? Which brings me to what might be an ever greater point than a clueless Democrat’s lack of clandestine action in promoting their secret agenda … IS THAT ALL YA GOT!Seriously. Democrats efforts to call the Tea Party and the GOP extremists has been going on for how long? Note to Chucky … itfailed. Did you check out the results of the midterm elections? Is this all the Democrats have to offer America, that the Tea Party is extreme? “We the People” are all beginning to believe the Democrats are childish and do not belong making any decisions when it comes to monetary issues and the future of the United States.

The NY Times, always quick to defend the Democrats, have an update and a desperate attempt for Chucky’s folks to back track and try and wipe the egg off their faces.

Caylee/Casey Anthony Case: George Anthony is No Killer BUT HE IS KILLING ME Already

When can their glory fade?

O the wild charge they made!

All the world wonder’d… Tennyson

George sees the light… Baez Light Brigade that is… and yes, I do believe that jurors will think they are all drunk for such a strategy.

Not new, not novel, not nouveau. You have read my predictions that George Anthony will willingly serve up his lily liver with fava beans and a nice chianti, for years.

Well, looks like the bus he is laying down for has left the station.
