There is sick and then there is abortion doctor Kermit Gosnell … Abortioning with Scissors!
Dr. Kermit Gosnell was charged with 8 counts of murder that included a death of a woman who died due to an overdose of pain killers while waiting for an abortion and the murder of 8 babies. Nine of Gosnell’s employees, including his wife, were also charged. Pennsylvania prosecutors called the horror a “complete regulatory collapse.” YA THINK!!! Hair salons probably have greater oversight than abortion clinics.
This butcher earned millions while doing revolving door late term abortions, but it is the doctors that supposedly take children’s tonsils out when they have sore throats that are called out by the LEFT. Where is their outrage on this?

This case is about a doctor who killed babies and endangered women. What we mean is that he regularly and illegally delivered live, viable, babies in the third trimester of pregnancy – and then murdered these newborns by severing their spinal cords with scissors. The medical practice by which he carried out this business was a filthy fraud in which he overdosed his patients with dangerous drugs, spread venereal disease among them with infected instruments, perforated their wombs and bowels – and, on at least two occasions, caused their deaths. Over the years, many people came to know that something was going on here. But no one put a stop to it.

A doctor whose abortion clinic was described as a filthy, foul-smelling “house of horrors” that was overlooked by regulators for years was charged Wednesday with murder, accused of delivering seven babies alive and then using scissors to kill them.
Dr. Kermit Gosnell was also charged withmurder in the death of a woman who suffered an overdose of painkillers while awaiting an abortion.
Oh dear God, Dr. Kermit Gosnell, his wife and staff should be sent directly to the 7th level of Hell. Late term abortions are bad enough, this SOB did not even bother with that heinous procedure, he is charged with inducing labor and killing the babies by cutting into the back of the neck with scissors and severing their spinal cord!!! He “induced labor, forced the live birth of viable babies in the sixth, seventh, eighth month of pregnancy and then killed those babies by cutting into the back of the neck with scissors and severing their spinal cord,” District Attorney Seth Williams said.
Gosnell referred to it as “snipping,” prosecutors said.

This is a horrific crime no matter what side of the aisle you are on. I just don’t get this lumping all people on the left are this way, and all people on the right are this way. That is as ignorant as saying all Catholic priests are child molesters. Why this was never reported and heads were turned to the horror, I can’t answer, but sure am hoping when this goes to trial these vile individuals get what they deserve for the crimes that were committed.
As a grandmother of two premature granddaughters (one weighed 2lbs 2oz, the other 3lbs 3 oz) this story makes me want to retch. Through the miracles of God and devotion of medical personnel, both of these girls have overcome all odds and are truly gifts from heaven.
I just wonder how many “gifts” this man has savagely murdered while playing God?
Obama voted for live birth abortions being murdered. All those who failed to regulate and let this shop of horror’s go on should be in jail also.
I can not even begin to explain my feelings about this person/man and his staff having committed these crimes. As a mother to a 5 year old myself it absolutely sickens me and reading what he has done brought me to tears for these mothers who may have not chosen to do it if they had known what exactly this doctor did afterwards.
I am just ill thinking about this story and as I came to tears about these babies that lost their lives so viciously my stomach is just sick. It angers me to hear how someone can take such a huge action against a poor defenseless child. I am not 100% against abortion for those who are raped or have some major health issues involving the later health of a baby, but ultimately I believe in life and so many of those mothers were way past a safe stage of abortions and to think they were giving birth to a live baby and then this doctor doing what he had done….its just disgusting and appalling.
If this is true, this is an evil person.
fearless leader voted in favor of these abortions after seeing a presentation of exactly how the procedures were performed. he has absolutely no excuse for voting for it.

No one ever voted for what Gosnell was doing. There is no connection to anything or anyone, other than Gosnell himself.
This is horrific, and should not be politicized.

SM: I think the point that is being made is that partial birth abortion is voted “yea” by many on the LEFT. There is a fine line between PBA and murder.

sm – although I understand your comment, there is also a very strict difference to what you describe. Murder of a live child is a crime, late term abortions are a legal medical procedure.
Unless we are in the room with the doctor and the patient, we have no understanding of the specific situation and factors that led to such a serious decision.
As a male, I feel I have between nothing to very little at stake in any women facing this incredibly personal situation. I feel that it is an agonizing process to face up to the realization that a pregnancy may need ending via late term (or any) abortion. All too often, women are treated as simple and uncaring, when describing abortion. Belittling our sisters, wife, mothers in this way is not something we would normally choose to do, but if it is someone else, that apparently makes it OK.
I think we need more compassion in our thoughts about abortion, putting ourselves in the place of others. What we we do if we had to face some very tough decision? Can we imagine being told by complete strangers our body is controlled by others?
Lastly, I don’t know for sure, but I would think that a personal pledge by all right-to-life (anti-choice) believers would be a good first step to set themselves up as examples to society. Take a public pledge to never have an abortion yourself, and back it up with some accountability, so that we all know your strength.
In reality, I would guess that there are enough former RTL women that find themselves in an unanticipated situation where abortion is seriously considered and sometimes used as a solution. Given the failed results of abstinence pledges, I expect I’m in the ball park regarding how failed abortion pledges might also turn out.

SM: I am only answering your question as to why people might look at what was done as henous. I happen to be one that thinks late term abortion is hiddeous. If one can’t figure it out by then, they haev bigger issues than deciding on whether to do an abortion.
As for this case and this dr … I have to question whether he did any of the later term abortions within the legal time limit. Any dr who would give birth to a live child and then kill it, has zero credibility. Although, as a dr, is it really a stretch for a dr who kills babies to go the extra yard and not bother to do the procedure and do what this scum bag did? Probably not.
No matter what … this case reminds us just how henious all of this can be. He had individuals in his office providing meds w/o a liscense and doing abortions. Personally, these SOB’s should be stoned for what they did.
The state regulators should be as well. How could anything like this go on for so long and no oversight! The office was something out of “Wrong Turn” or some Texas Chain Saw slasher movie.

sm – I respect your position on late term abortion. I do think your perspective on why it happens might be too narrow (If one can’t figure it out by then). Unless the real personal situation is known, why someone is at this point is speculation. I have to wonder what you think of someone telling someone else (you?) what you can or need to do with your body; where is the personal freedom in that?
I agree with you in this case (assuming as factual the info known so far) , that the man is evil, and has to face the consequences.
The comments on regulators is interesting. I hear a lot of commentary that regulation is bad, just because of the word “regulation”. The FCC is to be feared because of new regulation regarding net neutrality (protecting consumers). This case seems to have a different perspective. I find it welcoming the discussion that regulation is viewed as serving a public purpose.
I guess I will never understand why men are for abortion considering that it totally takes their right to be a father away.
I am a woman, and I understand what an abortion does to an unborn child. I think all interested people should educate themselves in the abortion procedure. They should also learn more about when an unborn child can feel pain.
I am pro-life and pro-choice with the choice being made before sex. After that, the unborn child is a human being.
@PA Mom – I agree with you. Bad decision by the sperm and/or the egg donor does not mean that the child is expendable or a do-over.
As to late term abortions, my daughter qualified for one and was told by her cardiologist that the pregnancy would kill her. She refused to sacrifice the baby for her mistake. My two year-old granddaughter is proof that she made the right choice. Fortunately both mom and baby survived, but if they hadn’t, I still believe my daughter made the right decision.
