This is not the first time Social Networking has come up in regards to young adults committing suicide.
In this particular case—2 college roomates used the internet to post a homemade movie clip of a young gay man in a sexual situation with another male. Who the hell’s business is it to be forcing someone “out” or to take it upon themselves to embarass someone in such a public fashion?
Honestly—-this is just ridiculous! In this day and age—a person’s sexuality is not anything to be ashamed about–especially if they are not hurting anybody else.
The 2 College Students responsible for posting the video should be held responsible for their actions, not the Social Network they used. It specifically states under terms of agreement that FB, etc., is in no way liable or supports using their network for publishing content SPECIFICALLY or for the exact purposes these Idiots did!
Now they can carry this with them the rest of their lives, cyber bullying or bullying of any kind is not to be tolerated! It is not acceptable and there should be laws or serious consequences for those who partake in it.
