Your Tax Bail Out Dollars, “UP IN SMOKE” … Chrysler Autoworkers Busted on Camera Drinking Beer, Smoking Pot
REEFER, Tax Bail Out Madness …
So this is what our tax dollars went to in bailing out the auto industry? Chrysler autoworkers were caught red handed drinking and smoking pot during their lunch. Look what $15 billion in tax payer bailout money gets you these days.
Does any one think that the unions will not come to their defence and save their jobs? If it were a private business, these individuals would have been fired in a heart beat. Wait a minute, since they took our tax dollars to prop up their company, are not we their bosses? If President Obama can fire a CEO, We the People can certainly have these people fired, can’t we?
More unseen footage …
myFOXDetroit.com Staff – We’re all rooting for the auto industry to come back stronger than ever. It affects every one of us here in metro Detroit and across the country because it’s so important to our economy.
Fox 2′s Rob Wolchek got a tip about what some guys are doing at Chrysler’s Jefferson North Assembly Plant in Detroit. This is the same plant that President Barack Obama visited back in July and talked about the significance of manufacturing in America.
As stated at the All American Blogger, “these drunken potheads have jobs because the President shoveled our tax dollars at a union that ruined the company”. Hot Air asks the all important question, “were they stoned while Obama spoke, or did they feel the need to get stoned afterward?”
We’ll raise a bottle to that, Mr. President! This is the very same plant thta Obama praised back in July for their great work.
Smokin’, tokin’, and drinkin’. Your tax dollars at work.
UAW workers from bailed-out Chrysler’s Jefferson North Assembly – the same plant President Obama visited back in July – were caught on camera getting smoking weed and drinking liquor from brown bags. Every day. 11 AM “lunch break.” Ten days straight

Hey, thanks for quoting my post. I had origianlly written “drunken asshats,” but changed it.
I think either way works, but my editor/wife talked me down from the original.
Here’s a link to the post:

Thanks again for the quote.
Proofreading is your friend. I meant originally.
I worked in a steel mill one summer many, many years ago. I worked 4-12 and there were long-time employees who used that shift to get some extra sleep so they could work their “day jobs.” One fellow openly said, “I ain’t gonna do **** and they can’t make me do ****!”
My Chrysler smelled like a joint. I knew it!
Let Obama fire them! He douldn’t dare…
They will be suspended only for a while. These guys represent votes for the Democrats. Democarats and unions are branches of the same tree.
Heavy use of drugs and alcohol may actually
improve Chrysler’s product according to some.
Elmer #3, Way back when I was a union member I heard the same kind of talk by Union Members. The Unions support this kind of behavior.
In the beginning Unions did a lot of good but now they have become too strong and out of control.
yes those guy`s should be fired without any pay nor benifit`s
and for all the money they make it seems that they dont have to give the company a full days work no wonder we have so many recalls from these goofballs they just dont care , bob b
What’s wrong with RANDOM DRUG TESTING for all
‘government’ worker’s unions of all kinds including
car company unions we underwrite?
In any of these jobs the employer only gets six hours work for eight hours pay. This is a proven fact.
Interesting. Maybe with all the money O-BOMB-A had the Government and the AMERICAN PEOPLE gave to bailouts and banks—a portion could have been set aside for an in-house REHAB Program?
Hell, why not? Americans are forced to eat the BS Healthcare Reform Program—-let’s just have our President approve payment for more FAILED PROGRAMS.
STIMULUS, My Arse! Where are all the HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS of new jobs that the Head Cheese and Windbag Biden claimed they were/are responsible for creating? Oh, My Bad. That’s right—-THEY ARE BOGUS because there aren’t any.
BAIL OUT AMERICANS, Mr. President! Stop all your INSANE out of control spending and actually try boosting the economy by paying attention to actual
ECONOMICS 101.
We learned this stuff in College, Barack? What were you REALLY doing or studying while you attended HARVARD? I would love to see if Barack even passed any shape or form of Economics or even Financial/Business Management or knows how to submit a successful business model WHICH SHOWS A PROFIT, not deficit.
This story above is typical. So isn’t the abject failure that is the current outline of our Government as it is being run by one of the most dangerous Men to ever hold the Fffice of President to date.
Re #8: You are absolutely right. Unions have done a lot of good for workers, but they have the tendency to protect those who don’t deserve protection. And the overwhelming majority of union members – good and decent people – suffer from the association.

SM: Unions have outived their usefullness. At one time in our history Unions used to protect workers against terrible business pactices. However, today the unions are just as bad if not worse. Why can’t workers bargain and negotiate in the same manner in how most every person in the work force does it? I have no union telling me or telling my future employers what I can and cannot make.
On top of it all, the ridiculous union pension plans are bankrupting America. What private, non-union buisiness still has a pension? You should get a 401k and nothing else. The fact that they are guaranteed a pension with anunal increases is ridiculous. There are no guarantees in life.

ONLY if the potential buyer’s are the ones doing the smoking and drinking. I can remember back in the ’70′s when new Detroit cars often had a persistent door rattle. It was usually due to having a beer can welded inside. LOL!

People use a common phrase, I hope my new car was made before lunch, thinking before noon…but there are different shifts so it really doesn’t matter, they drink and do drugs 24/7. It’s been going on for many years. Drug testing is a good idea but unfortunately it will never happen. The gov’t should do something about this but they won’t…a cryin’ shame. The foreman know this but if they try to do something to a union worker you could end up with sand in your gas tank, slashed tires or worse….so the consumer drives around in an unsafe vehicle until the recall…
This is tame compared to “in the day”, there was bigger crowds and everything, and I mean EVERYTHING could be had.
Picture the the temple scene in “Jesus Christ Superstar” and that was it with out Jesus showing up to smash everything. Maybe that will happen soon.
I just bought a new 2010 Chevy pickup. Maybe I am gullible but I was hoping GM being in the condition they are in that the workers would be thankful they had their jobs back. As a result the quality would be at its best in years. My wife has a 2007 Honda Accord and my other car is a 2008 Honda CRV. Neither of the Hondas have been back to the dealers. My fingers are crossed for the truck. The last Chrysler product I owned was a 1997 Dodge Dakota. I was getting very junky at 40K miles so I traded it in, now I know why.
