Barack Hussein Obama says that we can’t demagogue the issue of immigration and then turns around and demagogues it … Obama just called two-thirds of Americans anti-immigrant.
Why Barack Obama is one of the worst and most divisive Presidents ever. In his interview with Harry Smith and CBS News Obama discussed the illegal immigration and border security issue. Obama stated he wanted to work with states like Arizona, yet sues them instead. Obama agreed more should be done, but has done nothing? Nothing except prevent states from protecting their citizens and securing the border.
Polls show that two-thirds of the American people are in favor of the Arizona law and border security. The American voters were against the federal government suing Arizona. Only one-third of Americans are against the Arizona law, including President Obama as stated at the Gateway Pundit. However, the President shamelessly attacked Americans who supported the Arizona law
“What we can’t do is demagogue the issue … where any body who wants to make a name for themselves suddenly says I’m going to be anti-immigrant”
Wake up America, this is what your President thinks of you. Obviously, manner individuals who voted for Obama in 2008 are also in support of the Arizona law and securing our borders. This is evident in the many polls on illegal immigration and border security.
Wonder why Obama’s job approval ratings are so bad and sinking fast?
Yet, the President of the United States, the man who said he would change the way things are done in Washington and change the political environment may be the worst offender. Obama knows damn well the issue is “ILLEGAL”immigration, not immigration. However, this President looks to demagogue the issue and divides America.

We need to fundamentally change his status to from President to unemployed. The sooner the better. Maybe he can become President of Mexico and help them solve their problems instead of sending thme over here.

It’s rather frightening that our Federal Government does not enforce our country’s laws. Sad day, when the Governor of Arizona has to speak up on something that is already law. It’s disgusting.
She has more kahoona’s than most in our Federal Government and I applaud her for having the guts to do what is right ~ to protect our citizens and it’s way out of control now and the drug Lords & cartels are taking over… and terrorists have made their way here ~ America is no longer free ~ ~ we’re owned by China and our country is imploding. What is so effin difficult to understand about “illegal”? We are not anit-immigration, we are anti-illegal immigration. We know it’s for the votes but he must really think we are stupid. Well some are if they believe his lies.

At the risk of appearing perverse, I don’t think that being anti-immigrant would be totally bad. Why we haven’t done anything to restrict the legal immigration and travel visas for countries whose citizens have no respect for our current laws is a bit beyond me. Okay, break our laws, no real consequences for your country. When the illegals and those who become illegal after entry do their mischief, the old USofA should shut down the legal side of the equation and let those countries of origin explain that to their people. Same-same for money transfers.
Obama has an overwhelming amount of security around him and he expects the American people to have none. We need to use his security for border patrol.
And no amnesty for these illegals…immigrants that are going about this legally are patiently waiting for a long time. But they eventually get their citizenship. BUT NO AMNESTY FOR CRIMINALS

Of course, also here in Boston, Obama’s ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT Aunt was finally granted permission to stay.
She was last known to be living in the projects in Southie. Another slap in the face to every immigrant here who had to earn their citizenship the legal way.

Massachusetts has long been known as a haven for “crimmigrants.” How about those who come here and actually pay anywhere from $5-20,000 to many Puerto Ricans or others for the false marriages so they may earn their status, then bring their children over.
I know first of hand of many who have done this, it’s like a black market and also very common practice. Then, as soon as it is granted they get a divorce. In the City, many men and women make some fast money off of it and it’s not difficult to do.

Explosive evidence shows ruling of AZ judge illegal…

In a stunning development that could potentially send the nation into a Constitutional crisis, an astute attorney who is well-versed in Constitutional law states that the ruling against the state of Arizona by Judge Susan Bolton concerning its new immigration law is illegal.

The attorney in question submitted her assertion in a special article in the Canada Free Press. Her argument states in part,”Does anyone read the U.S. Constitution these days? American lawyers don’t read it. Federal Judge Susan R. Bolton apparently has never read it. Same goes for our illustrious Attorney General Eric Holder. But this lawyer has read it and she is going to show you something in Our Constitution which is as plain as the nose on your face.
“Article III, Sec. 2, clause 2 of our Constitution says:
“In all Cases affecting Ambassadors, other public Ministers and Consuls, and those in which a State shall be Party, the supreme Court shall have original Jurisdiction. In all the other Cases before mentioned, the supreme Court shall have appellate Jurisdiction.”

In other words, the Judge in the Arizona case has absolutely no Constitutional jurisdiction over the matter upon which she ruled. As the Constitution makes abundantly clear, only the U.S. Supreme Court can issue rulings that involve a state.
This means that neither Judge Bolton nor the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco, to which the case is being appealed, have any legal standing whatsoever to rule on the issue.
Thus, U.S. Attorney-General Eric Holder filed the federal government’s lawsuit against the state of Arizona in a court that has no authority to hear the case.
The attorney whose heads-up thinking concerning the Constitution provides the legal remedy for dealing with this blatant disregard for Constitutional law in the article at Canada Free Press, which can be accessed at the link above.
In a related development, another explosive discovery was made by those who actually take the Constitution seriously. The Constitution specifically allows an individual state to wage war against a neighboring country in the event of an invasion, should there be a dangerous delay or inaction on the part of the federal government. This information was cited by United Patriots of America.
From Article I, Section 10 of the U.S. Constitution, we find these words:
“No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.”
No one who is actually familiar with the crisis at the southern border can deny that Arizona is endangered by the relentless assault of lawless Mexican invaders who ignore our laws, inundate our schools and medical facilities with unpaid bills, and even endanger the very lives of citizens with criminal drug cartels that engage in kidnapping, murder, 115 bodies recovered in AZ entry routes, human trafficking, and other mayhem, including aiming missile and grenade launchers directly at U.S. border cities from just across the Mexican border.
This is as much of an invasion as the nation of Iran sending in a fleet of warships to the Port of Charleston.
The Constitution that forms the basis of the rule of law in this country says that Arizona has legal right to protect itself in the case of inaction or delay on the part of the federal government, including waging war in its self-defense.
This, when coupled with the clear Constitutional mandate that only the Supreme Court hear cases involving the states, should be ample legal basis for attorneys representing Arizona to go after the federal government with a vengeance.
Governor Jan Brewer and the stalwart members of the Arizona legislature have ample legal reason to stand firm against the illegal bullying of an arrogant, lawless federal government.

I heard a while back that Obama said on national TV that you can do anything you want in this country, just don’t get caught. They should of taken him off the air.

Obama is afraid for himself, he is a coward, doesn’t want to deal with any of the issues including the drug cartel. And besides all of that he wants the illegal votes just like before. He can’t even face the Boy Scouts of America.
