Read My Lips … Barack Obama Says He is “agnostic” About Raising Taxes on Households Making Less than $250,000

Read my lips … don’t believe any thing I say.

Candidate Barack Hussein Obama said it over and over and over again during the Presidential election of 2008. Obama stated that he would not raise any form of taxes on any family making less than $250,000.

Let me be absolutely clear, if you are a family making less than $250,000 a year you will not see your taxes go up.

Much like the promises of transparency of televising the health care reform debate on C-SPAN, so go’s the promise of no taxes on the middle class. Hey America, has that “hopee, changee” thing work out for ya?

You were warned during the election that Obama’s pledge on not raising taxes on any family making below $250K was lip service. Suddenly all things are on the table as opposed to pandering for votes. As Michelle Malkin states, Read my lips, you can’t believe any thing that passes the.”

Barack Obama told reporters that he was “agnostic”

President Barack Obama said he is “agnostic” about raising taxes on households making less than $250,000 as part of a broad effort to rein in the budget deficit.

Obama, in a Feb. 9 Oval Office interview, said that a presidential commission on the budget needs to consider all options for reducing the deficit, including tax increases and cuts in spending on entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare.

“The whole point of it is to make sure that all ideas are on the table,” the president said in the interview with Bloomberg BusinessWeek, which will appear on newsstands Friday. “So what I want to do is to be completely agnostic, in terms of solutions.”

However, the reality is Obama has already raised taxes on the middle class.

Former President Bill Clinton Hospitalized, Receives Two Stents in Coronary Artery

Former President Bill Clinton was hospitalized in Manhattan’s Columbia-Presbyterian hospital in New York City after undergoing a procedure to place two stents in a coronary artery. The 63 year old Clinton had previously had quadruple heart bypass operation in 2004.

VIDEO from Breibart TV.

Schwartz performed an angiography, finding no evidence of a heart attack or damage to Clinton’s heart.

Today’s procedure “makes him less susceptible to future heart attacks,” Schwartz said. “His prognosis is excellent.”

Pictures taken of Clinton’s arteries and of bypass grafts he received four years ago revealed that one of the grafts was blocked. Because of that problem, doctors placed two stents in his carotid artery. A stent is a wire mesh tube used to prop open an artery.

A statement was released for former President Clinton.

53% of Democrats Have a Positive View of Socialism

And you wonder whats wrong with Americas economy …

A new Gallup Poll reports that 36% of Americans have a positive view of Socialism. However, that is not the big news in this poll. What should be shocking to all Americans is that 53% of Democrats had a positive view of socialism while only 47% did not.

gallup_socialimpoll

More than one-third of Americans (36%) have a positive image of “socialism,” while 58% have a negative image. Views differ by party and ideology, with a majority of Democrats and liberals saying they have a positive view of socialism, compared to a minority of Republicans and conservatives.

Good grief, a political party where a majority of members have a favorable view of socialism. Voters might want to remember that the next time they are casting a ballot during an election. Is it no wonder why Democrats love Barack Obama.

As The Gateway Pundit reminds us of the Newsweek magazine cover from the state run media … ‘We are all Socialists Now’.

Beware Incumbents in Power: 75% of Americans Angry With Current Government Policies

Americans to Washington, DC … WE ARE MAD AS HELL AND NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE.

Just when Democrat incumbents thought things had died down as the Obamacare debate had been shelved for the time being, along comes the following Rasmussen poll that should scare the daylights out of them. 75% of Americans are angry with current government policies.

A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey shows that 75% of likely voters now say they are at least somewhat angry at the government’s current policies, up four points from late November and up nine points since September. The overall figures include 45% who are Very Angry, also a nine-point increase since September.

63% of Americans think that America would be better off if most Congressman were not reelected to office. Something that I cannot disagree with; however, that does not mean throw all the bums out. There are some politicians that are actually doing a good job. It is the voters job to determine which ones.  Although Americans blame both parties for being out of touch with America one has to remember two key points when it comes to the overall mood and possible voting tendencies come the midterm elections in November.

One, Democrats control the White House, Senate and House of Representatives. Their overwhelming majorities in the House and Senate make it possible for them to pass legislation that WE THE PEOPLE are upset about without Republican support.

Two, the Generic Congressional Ballot has Republicans ahead of  Democrats 44% to 36%.

Poll after poll, whether they be US Senate, US House or Governors races, Republicans have leads across the board mainly because the Independents have shifted to them and far away from Democrats. Barack Obama and the Donkey party appears to be in for a long midterm election night as WE THE PEOPLE are about to remind all politicians who works for who.

To piggyback on the 75% of Americans angry at the current government policies comes the WAPO/ABC poll where  2/3′s of Americans are “dissatisfied” or downright “angry” about the way the federal government is working.

The opening is clear: Public dissatisfaction with how Washington operates is at its highest level in Post-ABC polling in more than a decade — since the months after the Republican-led government shutdown in 1996 — and negative ratings of the two major parties hover near record highs.

But nearly two-thirds of those polled say they know just some, very little or nothing about what the tea party movement stands for. About one in eight says they know “a great deal” about the positions of tea party groups, but the lack of information does not erase the appeal: About 45 percent of all Americans say they agree at least somewhat with tea partiers on issues, including majorities of Republicans and independents.

It should be no shock that Americans are angry, pissed off even and they are about to take their wrath out on the party in power in 2010. Democrats, you can run, you can hide and you can deny … however, the midterm elections will occur and you will lose.
