Sadly, the body of missing 5 year old Shaniya Davis has been discovered Monday off a rural road in Sanford, NC about 30 miles from her home, nearly a week after her mother reported her missing from a mobile home park.
Shaniya Davis had been missing since November 10, 2009 in Fayetteville, NC. What a tragic and heinous life this little child lived. How could anyone, especially one’s own mother do such a thing to their child? May she now be finally in peace. One thing is for certain, she is now in a better place where no one can ever harm this poor child ever again.
5 year old Shaniya Nicole Davis – the death of a little angel
When 5-year-old Shaniya Davis of North Carolina went missing, suspicion turned to a man described as her mother’s boyfriend. As he was let go, police targeted another man spotted on hotel surveillance footage holding the child. Then, authorities arrested the girl’s mother and accused her of offering her daughter for prostitution.
The arrests offered a glimmer of hope Shaniya would be found alive, but searchers discovered the girl’s body Monday off a rural road, nearly a week after her mother reported her missing from a mobile home park.
Hundreds of volunteers who helped look for Shaniya left the search area dejected, unable to bring her home to her father, 7-year-old brother and the dolls she so loved.
Shaniya’s mother, 25-year-old Antoinette Davis has been charged by police with human trafficking and felony child abuse, saying Shaniya was offered for sex. Unreal. How could a mother do such a thing to her own daughter? Also charged was 29 year old Mario Andrette McNeill with kidnapping.
Authorities also charged Mario Andrette McNeill, 29, with kidnapping after they said surveillance footage from a Sanford hotel showed him carrying Shaniya. Authorities said McNeill admitted taking the girl, though his attorney said he will plead not guilty.
Fayetteville police spokeswoman Theresa Chance declined to talk about additional charges. She also wouldn’t comment on a cause of death or the condition of Shaniya’s body, except to say that state investigators planned to retrieve it about 100 feet off the road.
I am often asked by people when dealing with such missing person cases that wind up like this in death that how can God allow such a beautiful and inncent child to die. My answer is simple in such a case like this henous case of 5 year old Shaniya Nicole Davis where her own mother was pimping her out for sex. God did not allow this girl to die, God intervened and said enough is enough. He brought one of his most beautiful angels home so that she would no longer have to be abused, hurt, raped and trafficked for sexual purposed. Shaniya Davis is now in a place where there is no pain, only love … something of which it would appear that she was given little of on Earth.

UPDATE I: Police Say North Carolina Girl Raped and Murdered the Day She Was Snatched
A 5-year-old North Carolina girl was raped and killed the same day she was taken from her home, according to an arrest warrant released Friday.
Shaniya Davis was sexually assaulted and asphyxiated Nov. 10, the day her mother reported her missing from the trailer park where she was staying, according to the warrant. Authorities embarked on a nearly weeklong search that ended when the girl’s body was found dumped off a rural road.

The news of the plight of this innocent child has made me feel physically ill.
May God keep and bless this innocent.
This is about as bad as it gets. Makes me yearn for the days when they took people like this out to the nearest tree and strung them up.
Seeing the pictures of this sweet angel in the arms of that POS makes me sick, that scared confused look on her face and knowing what that poor baby must have endured. there is no reason why this POS should be shown any mercy.
Please God send someone to deal with these monsters.
Two more found thrown away on the side of the road, when will this end? Some people laugh at religious people that try and save others from drugs and porno, maybe if these creeps were taught the proper morals we would not see this as much.
This brings tears to my eyes. The sad thing is, there is nothing we can do to stop things like this from happening. There will always be crazy mothers out there.
This is becoming a ridiculous pattern in this country. I have two kids near her age and I’m sorry, but remember the telephone booth scene in FACES OF DEATH? Well, I wouldn’t be so kind…I’d take him and her and torture them until they are near death and bring them back to give them hope. I’d play serious mind games with these leeches of society and then ultimately cut their damn heads off with a butter knife!

Antionette Davis is going to meet her new “girfriend” in jail. I hope her name is DIANE, she is 6’0″, 225# and with a beard and killer adtitude to match. You know what? I am so sick over this and I keep wondering why the world is not more outraged? We are all so outraged over healthcare, etc. (as we should be) but where is the outrage over this? Why hasn’t anyone stepped up and said This is Enough! It seems every day we hear about another beautiful child being brutalized and then it goes away, and then another takes the place of the one before. After the recent rape of the 15 year old girl which was watched by all those men, I wondered if things could get worse and wondered why there was no outrage over it? And now this, her own mother selling her like that. I can not begin to imagine how she could do that. Those last images of that little girl, with her little hands clasped together, looking very scared in that guys arms, those will stay with me for a long time. Why is there no one in power to say enough of this and put action into place to keep criminals where they belong, toughen penalties, tell the ACLU to take a flying leap (they only care for criminal rights, the heck with the poor victims). I am just sick, I wish I knew what to do to take action. I am scared for my own children every day, and watch them so closely. Our society is just going to hell and no one is stepping in.

Therefore, a helpless infant or child is chosen to be the living sacrifice unto Satan. The child is subjected to numerous painful and terrifying rituals whereby demons are summoned to come into the child making him/her a literal storehouse or battery of satanic powers that can be accessed by the cult members at will. The most common way these powers are accessed is by performing acts of sexual perversion on the child. The child, of course, grows up and matures into an adult but because of the severity of the abuse and psychological programming, never realizes he/she possesses these powers. I am a loving Christian woman who has no patience for bible beaters who preach what you were.
While I agree that this poor child is now with a power greater than we are here on earth—what you explained really is what I would refer to as hell on earth.
If any of what you post, is in fact, true- again —I shiver at these thoughts. While I do also believe in Satan- the worshippers and the like are demented. I am not saying practicing certain kinds of Witchcraft is harmful. I live in Boston, and many times have marveled at the history in the town of Salem, MA. I have no doubts that several places in this town are haunted there and it’s no wonder—men and women burned at the stake because they were “believed” to be authentic Witches. Scary.
It makes me physically sick to think of a mother doing that to her own child and of what that baby must have gone through. Both she and that subhuman who calls himself a man need to be subjected to the most severe punishment the law can devise. I firmly believe that he was the one who killed her after abusing her, and if so, he should get the death penalty.
