According to the Jerusalem Post, only 6% of Israeli Jews consider the views of American President Barack Obama’s administration pro-Israel. In contrast, 50% of those sampled consider the policies of Obama’s administration more pro-Palestinian. Making points with long time allies. Thanks Barack Hussein Obama.
Another 50% of those sampled consider the policies of Obama’s administration more pro-Palestinian than pro-Israeli, and 36% said the policies were neutral. The remaining 8% did not express an opinion.
The numbers were a stark contrast to the last poll published May 17, on the eve of the meeting between Netanyahu and Obama at the White House. In that poll, 31% labeled the Obama administration pro-Israel, 14% considered it pro-Palestinian and 40% said it was neutral. The other 15% declined to give an opinion.
Why would Jews ever think that Barack Hussein Obama was overly pro-Palestinian? It certainly is a sharp contrast than the Bush Administration. One wonders whether the voting Jews in America will ever wake up and “smell what the Barack is cooking”.
That is a dramatic change from the previous U.S. administration of George W. Bush, which 88 percent termed “pro-Israel” and just 2 percent labeled pro-Palestinian.
Many Israelis reject Obama’s call for a total settlement freeze and have come to see him as overly sympathetic to Palestinian claims.
The poll, taken after Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said for the first time he supported a demilitarized Palestinian state, found 36 percent of respondents viewed Obama as neutral.
Netanyahu’s advisers and aides offered varying explanations for Israelis’ negative view of Obama, ranging from blaming the media for focusing on the perception of strained relations between Washington and Jerusalem to the belief that Obama faulted Israel for the lack of peace in the Middle East.

Nooooo REally? Obama is a joke. The only time you see him is when ABC, CBS, NBC does a report on how wonderful he is, how he can kill a fly on que etc etc…Do you ever hear Obama commenting on serious issues like North Korea etc etc? He leaves that to everyone else. He does what hes done all his life,,,,ride other’s coattails and he reeps the rewards….He’s not that intelligent at all however he can read a good speech,,,,one that was written for him. He’s pro arab,,,come on,,,you mean to tell me nobody knew this before voting him in??? America really needs to wake up
But the Jews were smarter than I, who never dreamed the US would go fascist this quickly — if ever. Though the Jews spied on the USA, protecting their interests best someone can surrounded by foe’s. I congratulate them on their expectancy.
Obama gave the green light for Iran to go nuclear. Iran wants to drop a nuke on Israel. Obama, and Clinton have backed the Palestinians.
Israel will have to defend itself. Iam afraid the Holly Land will become another holocaust.
Judge Obama by what he does. His talk is just to confuse the public and pretend he is on both sides.
There will be no holocaust for the Israelis are well prepared to defend their homeland, pre-emptively if necessary.
Peace will prevail should the Palestinians desire it. The ball, as it were, is completely in their court, but Israel will neither be threatened nor intimidated, regardless of who the President of the United States is.
Israel commits war crimes everyday.The fact is we need to cut off all aid to Israel until they get rid of their system of apartheid they have imposed over there.Hopefully Obama has the courage to do this.We do not need to be sending billions of our tax dollars to Israel.We need that money here.
