following comments for Barack Hussein Obama a gaffe or a wish?
Here is even more Change You Can Believe In … in Barack Obama’s world, The United States is not a Judeo-Christian country, but is “one of the largest Muslim countries in the world.” What planet does this man live on? BTW Mr. President, there is no “e” at the end of Muslim either. On the eve of his speech in Cairo, Egypt President Obama states the following:
In an interview with Laura Haim on Canal Plus, a French television station, Mr. Obama noted that the United States also could be considered as “one of the largest Muslim countries in the world.” He sought to downplay the expectations of the speech, but he said he hoped the address would raise awareness about Muslims.
Is this a wish for Obama or just a major and ignorant gaffe? At Jihad Watch, they have the numbers of Muslim countries around the world, the USA is hardly the largest, it is not even close.
Indonesia: 200 million Muslims. India: 156 million Muslims. Pakistan: 150 million Muslims.
United States: 2.3 million Muslims (according to the Pew Research Center).
Remember what BHO said in the past when in Turkey:
Obama said in Turkey that Americans “do not consider ourselves a Christian nation or a Jewish nation or a Muslim nation”. John McCain was criticised in 2007 for saying the US was “a Christian nation”, later amending this to “a Judeo-Christian valued nation”.

Obama was Protected by the unfree press. Just listened to Obama’s speech in Egypt. Yes, we elected a Muslim as president. Obama is a expert on all religions.
He thinks he is the President of the world. He needs to be here fixing the housing problem as people continue to lose their homes.
No matter what he said, they STILL hate us. PERIOD. It’s about religious ideology; his words can not get past that!

I think that we may just become one of the largest Muslim nations now as all doors are opened for this. Hope we get some of the “peaceful ones” I hear about all the time.
Obama makes statements that he hopes a misinformed and ‘lazy’ electorate will not bother to investigate. Thereby, taking Obama’s word for it that statements like this one are true.
Kind of like watching a movie about an historical figure and assuming that it is a genuine record of events, instead of ‘based on fact’. Which I guess would make ‘Cromwell’ or ‘Braveheart’ more accurate than anything Obama has stated about ANYTHING. Since what Obama says is never based on ANY facts.

America is a Christian nation founded on Christian principals. If the Big ZERO doesn’t like it he shouldn’t have run to preside over it…UNLESS…presiding over a Christian nation isn’t what he has in mind, but changing it to suit his way of thinking (or should I say those who BOUGHT the office for him?).

You’re right, America is definitely a Christian country founded on Christian principles, the proof for anyone who thinks otherwise, is that the highest office in this Christian land can be bought. That my friend is America at its best, everything is for sale, including honor.
