RSSA Moderate Conservative Voter with Buyers Remorse … Maybe People Put More Thought into Voting for American Idol
Elections have consequences … the next time get informed and pay attention. You are not voting 
for the next American Idol. However, has the damage been done?
Here is one moderate conservative who has buyers remorse and was part of that uncommitted vote up until the very end. Are there more out there like this who fell for Obama’s act? In the end she fell for the glamour, glitz and presentation of Barack Obama and is now suddenly surprised that he really is a tax and spend liberal. Actually Crystal, Obama is a tax and spend socialist.
A note to Crystal Wright, you might want to actually pay attention the next time to a politicians track record and words next election, instead of their style. Also, you might be a moderate Republican, there is no way you are a moderate Conservative.
Admittedly, I was one of the moderate conservatives who was wooed by Obama during his PR campaign to become the country’s next president. Sadly, even though I was still unsure of my vote until the week before the election, I know better now. I truly had no idea he would turn out to be the radical tax and spend liberal he’s revealed. Since the beginning of his presidency, Obama seems more interested in making policies and decisions that grab headlines than those in the best interests of the country …
He acts very king-like, expecting Congress to endorse everything he floats their way, but his high octane PR strategy–loaded with smiles and good oratory may be fading.
Mr. Obama spends money like its coming out of his own piggy bank and expects Congress to rubber stamp his agenda at every turn, which they have been doing except when it came to the closing of Guantanamo Bay prison …
I tend to agree with Wizbang’s position in that it is hard to believe that there were so many uninformed “so-called” conservatives out there that fell for Obama’s PR campaign of promises. How could they not have known that he was a “tax and spend” liberal? How could they not know that he was the most radical candidate when it came to abortion? How could they not have known he was a socialist in waiting? How did anyone that calls themself a “conservative” of any type not think that Barack was going to be an Obamination?
Sadly, people saw what they wanted to see. As the saying goes, elections have consequences, and we’ll be feeling the consequences from this election for years because by the time 2012 arrives, America will be unrecognizable.
As Hot Air discusses a “Moderate conservative: Gee, maybe I shouldn’t have voted for Obama” … who knew that the media was in the tank for The One and a smile, some special effects and a lack of substance would actually make people think he was really about change.
“A smile and eloquent speech won’t make it all right,” she concludes. Why not? It was good enough to win the presidency.
One only wonders what America will look like in 2012 and how much damage and debt we will have to incur for years and years to come.

WARREN, Pa. — A small-town newspaper is apologizing for running a classified advertisement calling for the assassination of President Barack Obama.
Warren Times Observer Publisher John Elchert says the ad appeared Thursday. It read, “May Obama follow in the steps of Lincoln, Garfield, McKinley and Kennedy!” The four presidents were all assassinated.
Elchert tells The Associated Press that the newspaper’s advertising staff didn’t make the historical connection.
He says the northwestern Pennsylvania newspaper turned information over to police and that the Secret Service is investigating the person who placed the ad.
A note in Friday’s paper says the newspaper “apologizes for the oversight.”

I know so many people that were fooled by the media, and they were told day in and day out that George Bush was a monster. They were literally brain washed. This doesn’t mean that they are bad people. It means that they were mislead by a corrupt media and others in powerful positions.
NOBODY can say they are a “moderate” Conservative. There really is no such thing! You may not be MILITANT, but you either support the Conservative Agenda, or you do not.
For me, it’s simple: I NEVER (and I do mean NEVER) vote for ANY Candidate who is Pro-Choice. Part of the Conservative Agenda/Stand is Pro LIFE. Even in my State election, I voted for an Independent for my Representative, despite the fact the Republican running was a “nice guy” whom I had met personally several times. I could not vote for him as he is Pro Choice, even though I knew it likely he would win.
Had Conservatives and Christians, including Catholics, voted along this issue alone, OBowMa would NOT be in the White House.
And Yes…2010 may well be TOO late! So, thanks a whole lot all of you who did NOT do your research! ALL of the information was out there…including his associates (Bill Ayers, Jeremiah Wright, Tony Rezko, etc.) and much more. Y’all just voted in a TOTUS with no visible Birth Certificate as well. GOOD GOING!!
