Attorney Jose Baez and the Casey Anthony defense team will be in court today in an effort to get the Zenaida Gonzalez civil lawsuit case thrown out of court. Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales filed a civil lawsuit against Casey Anthony for defamation of character after the tot mom, Casey Anthony, stated that she had left her 2 year old child, Caylee Anthony with the babysitter Zenaida. Casey Anthony accused Zanny the Nanny of kidnapping her child.

Anthony’s attorney Jose Baez wants the lawsuit thrown out. Baez claims that Gonzales’ attorney, John Morgan, is milking the lawsuit for free publicity.
Zenaida Gonzalez is suing Casey Anthony in civil court. She has the same name as the babysitter Casey Anthony claims took her daughter Caylee. Gonzalez says it has ruined her.
Attorney Jose Baez has the nerve to say that another attorney is milking this case for free publicity? No way Jose, you might want to take a good look in the mirror and check out your “glass” law office you work in before you start casting such stones.
Several people, including Anthony’s parents and brother, have been questioned under oath for depositions by John Morgan, Keith Mitnik and other attorneys at the law firm’s Orlando office.
From the Orlando Sentinel, Casey Anthony’s attorneys want the defamation case against her dismissed, claiming it was filed to generate publicity for a law firm with offices in Orlando.
A hearing is set for Tuesday before Orange Circuit Court Judge Jose R. Rodriguez, who is overseeing the civil case. The Morgan & Morgan law firm, which has offices in Florida, Georgia and Mississippi, is representing Zenaida Gonzalez, a 38-year-old Kissimmee mother of six.
Now for the circular logic and BS defense of the day when it comes to the Zenaida Gonzalez civil defamation lawsuit:
He (Jose Baez) also points out that Anthony told detectives last summer that she did not know the Zenaida Gonzalez from Kissimmee when shown a picture and reported she wasn’t the baby sitter she claimed took her child.
Exit question: How could a picture of Zanny the Nanny be the one that Casey Anthony is referring to who kidnapped Caylee when the story is a lie? A self portrait might be required.

John Morgan did state publicly (on more than one occasion) that if the Anthony’s would admit his client, Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales, was not Zanny the Nanny, the civil suit would be dropped against Casey. Morgan’s offer was way to generous. Casey Anthony should not be let off that easy. The entire dysfuntional Anthony family OWES Zenaida BIG TIME!! Off with their freaking heads!

Jose Baez is as crazy and weird as his client and her family. They want everything throw out of court, they want to change venues, they want phone records of private persons, they want this and that. Baez: where you come from? you are blowing the wrong horn, brother. You are facing very experienced D.A., the State and you come out with the most stupid and childish requests. Judge: Civil Case Against Casey Can Move Forward
Zenaida Gonzalez, the woman who is suing Casey for defamation, won her court battle Tuesday in a motion hearing that started just after 10:30am.
