I’m looking forward to your show tonight.
I would be interested to hear if Robin Sax has any insight into whether CA lawyer Todd Macaluso will be able to be admitted onto Casey Anthony’s defense team.
In Todd Macaluso’s 3/12/09 Motion to Appear Pro Hac Vice in Anthony’s defense, he states that he has been retained personally by Casey Anthony. Then last week, 3/25/09, in a pretrial hearing concerning posible conflict of interest in how the defense is funded, Jose Baez testified that there are only 2 attorneys on retainer with Casey Anthony; himself and L Kenney-Baden. Is this a big problem for the defense?
Great show Dana. I did miss part of it but caught Clint and listening to Robin now.
Hope you feel better soon. That flu/cold bug is a nasty one, several members in the forum have had it for weeks.
