Dana, I think the only way to clear this up is to have a trial. Aruba needs to put Joran Van der sloot in front of a jury and the Kalpoe brothers first for playing with the police, blaming the black hotel guards. Then Paulus for giving his son a cell phone in jail, and coaching his son on what to say. Hans mos needs to explain why he hid the eye witness and obstructed justice. Van Straten goes to jail for protecting his godson by delaying the investigation. Joran’s confession entered into the trial. Even if Joran is only found guilty of body disposal and lying to the police. Some justice would be served. Finding the body would be great. A miracle would be needed for that to happen. Yes, I has seen a few miracles.
The Aruban government only cares about the case when it get’s brought back up on american TV. But as we have seen with Hans Mos getting canned. No one talked about it on TV. I don’t think even Greta mentioned it. Which is odd considering how a few months before she was belly aching about him. And that he wasn’t doing anything.
They will April 20th. One day after LMN airs the Natalee Holloway Story,with reruns to go on for years. TIME AFER TIME AFTER TIME. I have a feeling Aruba will not be happy with the truth this movie reveals.
#1, there are no jury trials in the Dutch judicial system. But there is protection against double jeopardy. I recall Mos explaining that the reason that Joran has not already been prosecuted for the disposal of a body is because, once that trial is over, that’s it. Game over. If new evidence surfaces that implicates Joran for something more serious, too bad. He is off scott free.
#2, Mos was not canned; he accepted a better paying job in Holland.
Tell us the why the three suspects and Steve Croes haven’t been charged with obstruction of a murder investigation. That would be the lie about the security guards.
#5, First of all, they did not specifically name the two security guards. They only mentioned one man in a dark shirt who appeared to be a security guard. There were other reasons that the investigation focused on the guards in the early phases (although the lies from Joran and Deepak certainly didn’y help).
But I already explained the main reason – the Dutch judicial system requires that a suspect gets charged and prosecuted for the most serious offense and it has a protection against double jeopardy. If they charge Joran and others with obstruction of justice and new evidence is later found that implicates them for something more serious, too bad; it’s too late. Joran and/or the others will get off scott free.
This whole case is unbelievable that Aruba did not try to make the truth come out! AS long as they choose the wrong side, their economy is going to HURT more than anyone elses!! ARUBA tell and/or seek the truth for the good of your economy!
Joran needs a lot of help! He has no real friends… Yes… he should be worried! Not a fun place to be … whatever your age may be!

The primary question is why not look for Natalee instead of her body? This is what the Aruban authorities fear and why they want the diversion of searching for what they know is not in their area. The method of problem solving used in this “investigation” is flawed by the fundamental error of “jumping to cause”. You don’t find a body if there is no body to be found. A victim of white slavers is the more likely way to conduct this search to a productive conclusion. Putting the pressure on Aruba authorities to move in this direction will cause a lot of rat scurrying and maybe a viable leak.

me and several others are sending the F.B.I natalee holloway posting,which is on thier website thru craigslist.we also promenantly display the one million dollar reward in the posting,and the f.b.i posting can be converted to any language depending on the language used in the ad,we simply pick a country and then a category and start sending.it’s like doing a door to door search.we feel someone will get the email and make that call.craigslist only lets a person send 20 emails a day in this manner,thats 20 per email account,so we simply created more email accounts to get around this.it’s a daunting task,but it’s better than doing nothing,the more people we can get to do the same the better chance we’ll have to find her,it may seem impossible,but we have already sent about 24,000 emails,it takes about 1 min to send one email.these emails go to actual people,who then become another pair of eyes looking for natalee and they actualy live in those countries and can see what we can’t and know things we don’t.of course you might think well why would they bother?well that’s why it’s important to highlight the one million dollar reward,this may be the incentive required to get their attention,after all it may be a criminal or someone motivated by money who ultematly makes that call.we need to start sending those e-mails to around the world thats why I’m posting this message,i hope to get hundreds of people to start doing this.now a direct message to the f.b.i.if you guys don’t like this idea let us know and we will stop.but in the past I sent you guys info and recieved no reply and of course have no idea what happened with that info,for all I know it was thrown out with the trash,just like any leads we generate might now.maybe the another agency would be more interested in solving this.if thats the case then we’ll begin posting their contact number instead,here’s a senerio I hope is not happening,for instance F.B.I receives tip ,they then send tip to aruban athorities,who then transfer info to hostage takers,who then move slaves to different location,thus nullifing original infomation.not saying this is happening,but after four years,one begins to wonder

What would it cost to send flyers to households in Aruba on a weekly basis for months to a year? It could have the reward and tip lines on it. They can’t interfere in US mail can they?
If Aruba can’t solve this they really need to hand this over to the FBI, cause their looking bad.

She was not a victim of slavery. She was murdered. Murdered intentionally or unintentionally is not known. There is no doubt in my mind what so ever though as to who played a part in the murder and cover up. Joran and Paulus are the first two on my list. I think Joran murdered her and Paulus and his buddies took care of the rest. Paulus has been protected more than anyone from day one.
what steps were taken?I would be interested in finding out what was done .yes I believe that it was all over the t.v and the million dollar reward,but that coverage was only in north america,natalee disappered in the caribien and in an area thats just 30 miles from south america,venezwala and columbia bieng the closes countries.both spanish speaking,both with zero coverage of this case,purposely done.while she was bien given her first of many beatings,rapes and sexual assalts the f.b.i and aruban athorities were pretending to be on the case,anyone of those entities can challenge what I just said .they can explain why no one in south america has bien asked to help find her and why there has bien zero coverage since day one,and maybe a run down on the number of tips they have recieved and how they were followed up.also provide the number of phone calls from the aruba police staion to south america and their frequency and track where those calls went.I challenge you,I’ll be waiting
yes,it seems like the athorities in the u.s and elsewhere have a mandate to coddle the criminal element,expecialy when it comes to criminals abducting young girls,they porposely don’t look for them,in fact if you look at any missing girl case in the u.s you will find that little or nothing was done.if the girl is under 17 years old they will look,but grugdeingly as if it’s every thing they stand for.if you question the police or F.B.I they throw huge numbers at you,as if to drown you in the whats the point attitude.but this is just a smoke screen to a problem in thier training,certain individuals have come up with training programs for law enforcement agencies.they train the law enforcement agencies that this apathatic way of dealing with missing people is the right way of doing things.this way the people teaching law enforcement agencies atre then free to kidnap your children and use them to make money by subjecating them in the most depraved fashion.they then sell them to bisness men to be sexualy assaulted.they beat the girls senseless so they dare not say anything and by the way these slaves never surface ,why you ask?I mean some you would think would eventualy make thier way home after thier youth has bien stolen for money,evan after years ,but no thats not the case,you know why?because these so called ligitament bizness types with the blessing of law enforcement are dumped in the ocean.thier probably told they going home but once on the boat and away from shore thier killed and dumped in the ocean ,thats why after so many years of this these poor souls bones are actualy washing up on aruban shores by the hundred every year,THANKS FOR YOUR cooperation law enforcement,thank-you very much.

Aruba under reports crime, together with the utter absence of responsive authorities, combined with overwhelming poverty and mass criminal activity, suggests that what happened to Natalee is just the tip of the iceberg.
Natalee isn’t just missing, she was admittedly “RAPED”. Rape is a way of dehumanizing someone, it is sometimes termed “worse than death”. It means supremacy, we are better than you. And possession, we own you.
