I would not want to buy that property. Probably need to sell for property taxes? Florida has high property taxes.

I have heard rumors that Leonard Padilla (the “gruff” sweetheart) has shown interest in buying the property! LP, you’re always thinking.
If anyone can turn that awful memory into a wonderful park where all children can go and play and laugh without a care in the world, LP can. He truly has a soft spot for Caylee in his heart.

I kinda think it would be nice if a memorial playground in Caylee’s name was built but some may find it a bit morbid, I understand that too.
