   I have called 911 three times. Always busy.
   You have to call the non emergency police line to get any help. Better than calling 911.

   My three 911 calls.
   (NYC)1. A naked woman on the street having a seizures. (LA) 2. A man beating on a woman at a bus stop. (San)3. A DUI who almost hit me.

   Yes, a naked woman on the street having a seizure. I was in a cab 100ft away. People were just walking around her. A real ten. Remember the Puerto Rican parade in NYC years ago? (2000?) I could not get across to the MET. So I jumped in a cab and left. Saw the naked woman ten minutes into the ride. On that day I saw police do nothing to stop thugs from assaulting women ten feet away. Rudy Giuliani was the honorary parade marshal. Yes, Giuliani did not clean up the city! Just a bunch of BS! NYC bites.
   The truth was never told that day.
