Caylee Anthony Missing: As Casey Anthony Heads off to Grand Jury … Texas Equusearch Finds Child’s Dress Near Orlando Airport
Murder Indictments, Grand Juries and Size Size Dresses, oh my …
It is being reported that a dress was found in the woods by members of Texas Equusearch similar to that of missing Caylee Anthony’s. The dress found was a size six dress in a wooded area near Orlando Regional Airport during a Texas EquuSearch search for the missing 3-year-old. The dress has been sent for forensic testing.
A grand jury could charge Casey Anthony with murder Tuesday as reports surface that searchers found clothing that is “very, very similar” to an article of clothing belonging to missing Caylee. “An article of clothing that is very, very similar to an article of clothing that Caylee was wearing at one time and there is a picture of it,” EquuSearch’s Tim Miller said.

For the grand jury, State Attorney Lawson Lamar and an assistant state’s attorney will be questioning witnesses as part of the closed-door proceeding.Anthony’s father, George Anthony, is expected to be one of the witnesses, a source said. Typically, detectives are called to speak before the grand jury.
JESSICA D`ONOFRIO, WKMG: Well, Nancy, we`re waiting on the grand jury hearing tomorrow. We`re certainly going to be out there at 8:30 in the morning bright and early. That`s when she could be charged with murder or manslaughter. I`ve been hearing people now talk about charging her with child abuse leading to death. So we`re going to get some kind of indication on what the charges will be tomorrow, if that grand jury hands down an indictment.
We know that George — I know that George got subpoenaed. That`s Casey`s father, George Anthony, got subpoenaed last Friday. So he will be the only family member to testify against her tomorrow in front of that grand jury. We`re also going to hear from several other people. About a half a dozen people will testify in front of them. We`ll hear from an FBI expert, among others, because that FBI expert obviously will know a lot more about that hair and the DNA and the death band on that hair that was found in the trunk of Casey Anthony`s car.
GRACE: Right now, I am being joined out of Orlando, Florida, by the head of Texas Equusearch, Tim Miller. And let me remind you, Tim Miller not just the head of this searching tool that has gone all over the world searching for missing people, particularly children and teens, he is a crime victim himself, Tim Miller`s daughter murdered and missing many, many years ago.Tim, you`re back in Orlando, searching for Caylee Anthony. I understand you made a discovery.TIM MILLER, TEXAS EQUUSEARCH: Yes. I didn`t make the discovery. The discovery was made by a searcher. I`m very disappointed that it leaked, and it shouldn`t have been. But now it`s out, we need to clarify it.GRACE: OK. I understand — when I say “you,” I am referring to Texas Equusearch. Was the searcher someone working with Texas Equusearch?MILLER: Yes.GRACE: And what was the discovery?MILLER: Well, you know, it was an article of clothing that is very, very similar to an article of clothing that Caylee was wearing at one time and there`s a picture of it.But Nancy, we`ve got to understand one thing. There`s been several articles of clothing found during this search effort. Many of them were sent off to a lab for analysis, and this one is being sent off also. So…GRACE: OK, Tim Miller, let me ask you a couple of questions. Was the article of clothing a dress?MILLER: Yes.GRACE: OK. Was Caylee Anthony known to have a similar dress at one time?MILLER: Yes.GRACE: Was it a child`s size 6?MILLER: Yes.GRACE: Would a child size 6 be the size a 2 to 3-year-old girl would wear?MILLER: I don`t think so. I`ve got my doubts on this. But you know, law enforcement`s doing their job…

The dress found in the woods, size 6 and Caylee was shy of 3 years old by a weeks when she went missing….
Nancy Grace said that size 6 would fit 3 yr. old based on her size/height…Sounds too big to me.
I am thinking this dress would be way too big?
I would have to look at it…did it shrink etc…

Let’s pray that poor little Caylee will be found and put to rest, while her mother and anyone who assisted her will be put to death.
It’s Orlando people. They Mickey Mouse dresses or whatever all over the place. I know my 4 year can’t wear my 7 year old clothes. As far as I am concerned it’s a huge stretch for that dress to be Caylee’s. I have said it once and I’ll say it again…this is in my opinion a witch hunt. I don’t mean this website. I mean LE.
My 3-year old can wear a size 6 dress. It’s a little big…plenty of growing room.
Anthony indicted on 7 counts including Murder.
If the dress is made of 100% cotton…the kind like tee-shirt material…then it is a possibility that a size 6 will shrink to a size 4 or less if dried in the dryer…
when I had taken my children on vacations…we would always buy several sizes larger of tee-shirts to allow for the shrinkage of several sizes after they are dried…
Some tee’s shrunk a lot…and some didn’t shrink so much…but all in all…if we had not bought the larger sizes…they would not have been able to wear the tee-shirts after they had dried in dryer because they would have been too small…I hope this helps…
And looking at Caylee in her pictures she looks like she could wear a regular 4 or possibly small 5…even though she is 3…you don’t go by the age of child for the size…you go by the size of the child…
I am a mother of four…and when my youngest child was 3…we were buying 4′s and 5′s…and all of my children were on the smallish size physically..
.
Not the dress, she was a small baby when she wore that dress, look at the pictures
