The judges decisions yesterday was no big deal … its called discovery. An indictment is imminent … this is just a legal defense dog and pony show.
JOEY JACKSON, DEFENSE ATTORNEY: No, I understand that. But Midwin is absolutely right on point here. The reality is, Jane, is that an indictment is imminent. And what you have to do is you have to really, if you`re the judge, determine whether or not it makes sense to turn this information over now. The defense is entitled to examine the evidence, evaluate the evidence, and having done so, to put up the best defense they possibly can.
Casey Anthony’s attorney may have won a couple of legal battles yesterday; however, come Tuesday of next week when the grand jury convenes, she will lose the Caylee homicide indictment war. Play all the legal games you want this week because next week you will pay the piper.
The walls are closing in on Casey Anthony
The judge considered 11 motions, tabled 3 of them and granted 8 of them including access to forensic evidence. However, is this really any big deal? The defense would have had access to this after Tuesday when the grand jury indicts Casey Anthony on homicide charges which they most certainly will. The prosecutors office has to share the evidence with the defense … that happens in every case. The Nancy Grace Show is making too much of this. Next week begins Justice for Caylee …

LEONARD PADILLA, BOUNTY HUNTER: Well, let me see if I can put this in perspective. What the eight victories that she got are called Pyrrhic victories, OK? What she did was get a 10-day limit, which — when the grand jury comes in with the indictment, and I`m sure they will on Tuesday or Wednesday, it`s still within the 10 days that they had to release that information under discovery rules, anyhow.
As far as the safety issue, I can tell you this. I raised that the day after the results from Tennessee came in and the DNA from the FBI lab came in. I raised that as a strong issue with Jose Baez. And I says, We have a safety issue with your client. We have to do something.

UNIDENTIFIED MALE: A judge has granted several motions requested by Casey Anthony`s attorney. Her defense was granted access to forensic tests, DNA samples and hair strands within 10 days. But a special request to let Anthony travel in secrecy to search for her missing daughter has been tabled until at least Monday. In another major development in this case, her father, George, will testify against her during a grand jury hearing next week.
UNIDENTIFIED FEMALE: Reportedly, he`s going to talk about the confrontation he had with Casey when she didn`t want him to go inside her trunk.
GEORGE ANTHONY, MISSING TODDLER`S GRANDFATHER: Casey, I`ve got an extra set of keys, I`ll go in the truck and get it. So her and I got in a little verbal…

VELEZ-MITCHELL: But Leonard, she is asking for permission to go and search for her daughter, quote, unquote. That`s one of the rulings that the judge did not finalize today. He didn`t say yes or no. But they filed a motion. If she`s so scared about her safety, why is it that she`s seeking now a motion after all this time, after she partied and went shopping during a time when she could have been searching for her daughter — now they`re petitioning the court, Let`s go and let her search for her daughter.
Casey Anthony’s attorney can perform of the legal three ring circus trick he wants to, it is not going to prevent the fact that next week Casey Anthony will be indicted for homicide in the case of her missing daughter Caylee Anthony and rearrested without bail.
PADILLA: That is typical Casey/Jose Baez stuff that has — it`s meaningless. The minute she gets rearrested on the murder charge or the manslaughter charge, when it`s brought in by the indictment, she`ll have a no bail and she won`t be able to go anywhere anyhow. And the judge tabled that.
The judge was very astute in the way he granted certain motions and the way he tabled certain motions. The ones that he granted — discovery is going to be available next Thursday or Friday anyhow, still within the 10 days. He was very astute in what he did.
But that is typical Casey, typical Jose Baez. But the thing about it is, there is a safety issue, and I wouldn`t even want her out there searching, if I was in charge of her. That is just — I don`t know what that`s about.
VELEZ-MITCHELL: You talk about the safety issue, you`re talking about threats? Is that what you`re saying?
PADILLA: Absolutely. Yes, you`ve got massive amounts of people in Florida that would harm her, if they could get a chance. You`ve got the protesters out in front of the house that rally every now and then. That`s the kind of stuff you don`t want her exposed to, whether it`s in secret or in private. I mean, any way, shape or form, you don`t want her out there. I don`t know what they`re doing that for.

How does a mother not have the natural God-given instinct to nurture and protect her child, instead giving in to selfish desires?
Justice may be late in coming, but whenever it comes it is a welcome arrival.

In fact, I might take it a step further in saying that the desires she was fulfilling are not only selfish, but immoral, as well.
Even a few years ago, when I was young, I looked upon the girls that did THAT kind of partying as the ones that give the rest of us a bad name. If you ever take the time to talk to them, you find out, real quick, they’re empty headed bimbos that think that using sexual attraction is the ONLY way to catch a man. Ofcourse, the type of men that she’s been attracting, lately, speaks for itself.
We know there are more than a few of you guys out there that look upon girls like her as ‘hot’ for about five minutes… they don’t, usually, know how to be for real and just shill… always in a hurry! I act respectable, and, still get the inappropriate behavior forced upon me… But, for women like us; and I assume I can speak for all of the women, here; when I say… It takes alot more than a few butterflies to land this fish! Besides, I like my freedom. I can hold out for the best… got plenty of time.

i have to say a quick thing about fridays hearing with biaez (bozo) the judge comletly new if he gave the state 10 days to give the docs over casey will be indited anyway so the state would have to anyhow,i new when i heard him say 10 days thats what he was doing,casey better enjoy her last weekend of freedom because after tuesday shell be in her orange outfit again.i have to say orange is her best color!!

I would feel better if some of these ” rumors” actually happend. Letting her have the evidence is not a big deal, she would get it anyway and we do after all live in countries where there are entitlements under the law.
I believe that it might be possible that Lee Anthony is the biological father of Caylee…This could explain why he refused to take the DNA test, and why he wouldn’t want to do the polygraph test, and why Casey wanted to give Caylee up for adoption in the beginning, but Cindy fought her and wanted to keep Caylee…If you look at pictures of Caylee and Lee you can see a very strong resemblence…If they find this to be true, then this certainly would not be the first family to ever commit incest amony their household…
I believe that Zaneida Gonzales is actually a reference name that Casey has been refering to the “trunk” of her car…I believe that she had started using Chloroform to put Caylee to sleep from time to time, when she needed a “babysitter”…probably Cindy had refused to babysit all the times that Casey wanted her to, and when she couldn’t find someone to babysit for her, then she came up with the idea after searching on google about Chloroform…and “presto”, instant babysitter, “Zaneida Gonzales the trunk”…and when Caylee wake up, Casey would probably tell her that she had just picked her up from the babysitter…and Caylee being just 3 years old would believe the very person that she trusted, her mother, Casey…
Also when they picked the car up from the pounding lot, they thru away a pizza box…and some piece of eating utensil was found in the trunk too…
I believe that Casey chloroformed Caylee too much the last time that she used it, right after the big argument with her mom, Casey probably wanted Caylee out of the way for a while, so that Casey could sink her anger with possibly drugs, alchohol, and sexual relations…and later only to find that Caylee was dead in the trunk…
After reading Cindy and Casey’s myspace writings that they posted…it appears that both are somewhat poetic to a certain degree…and taking that into consideration…Casey probably really enjoyed literature and plays at school…and with that type of creative imaginative mind.. if you look up Zany on google it’s a possibility that she already knew the meaning of zany, and possibly she has used it before in a jokingly way…and the gonzales part, well everyone knows speedy gonzales, I believe…and I am sure she has watched him, and has seen his name and heard him mentioned around universal in Orlando…I posted the meaning of zany below…

It has been said on television that Casey always tells a little bit of truth in what she is saying…and taking this into consideration…when Casey keeps menioning the Jay Banchard Park…could she possibly be talking about another Park?…and then we have heard Casey say earlier on that Caylee was not far…and then we hear on television that she is staying with Tony Lazzaro those last days…Tony lives in Winter Park…and if you look just beyond where he lives, you will see Kraft Azalea Park…and there is a Waterway between Lake Maitland and Lake Osceola…this could be a place to put a small child’s body without digging a hole…I just don’t believe that Casey would take the time or be physically strong enough to dig a hole…I heard on tv that she borrowed a shovel from her neighbor, but didn’t keep it long, and it does take a while to dig a hole in dirt…I believe that she gave that effort up when she realized how difficult it was to dig into the ground…
I agree with you on so many levels.
No one knows why Kaylee was placed in the trunk, but in my opinion, Casey borrowed the shovel to bury Kaylee under her playhouse, the place where she loved to play. But, I agree with you, she didn’t want to dig deep enough, so she returned and grabbed the gasoline and put Kaylee into the trunk. It has been said that there were dirt particles found in the trunk along with the hair, after it had grown out AFTER death. So, in my opinion; she was buried or covered with dirt during part of her decomposition. There’s no telling how long Casey drove around with the body of her decomposing child and that gasoline in the car before she, eventually, removed her.
I think that her problems go alot deeper than just trying to be funny. She had, probably, told her boyfriend that she worked at Universal; created a person that was not Casey, in order to please him, deceive him and catch him. It has been established that she will take on the personality and the interests of the one she’s with. A little extreme, for someone that is zany, and a comedian? That’s not being funny, or trying to make someone laugh; that’s being manipulative to the point where you will give up your very being, in order to manipulate someone into caring about you, loving you and, possibly, marrying you.
But, I agree with you, there is alot of secrecy in the family. And, on the part of Cindy, alot of hiding of the truth, covering over the act and toying with the evidence… I don’t know what I would do in her circumstances. It must be very, very hard to lose a grand daughter, whom you love and cherish; as well as a daughter, whom you love, as well. Besides, no matter how old our children become, there is always a part of us that will feel responsible, or ashamed, when they do something as extreme as this; and I can’t help but suspect that there was and is something dreadfully wrong with Casey. Something that was ignored, passed off and excused, as long as she kept up with appearances.
I’m in agreement with you in the sense that she has woven a web of secrecy around the information having to do with who the real father of Kaylee was. Kaylee is also a name derived from Casey and Lee… so as far as that part of the equation, I don’t have an opinion… so, you’re probably right.

I, too, have thought about “Caylee” being a combination of “Casey” and “Lee…” and, yes, also wondered if Lee is the biological father of the child. I noticed in one of Caylee’s pictures she looked exactly like Cindy must’ve looked when she was a child. Perhaps that “acorn” didn’t fall far from the tree at all. That aside, I’m delighted that Tim Miller and TES are going to resume the search for Caylee. However, I don’t think George Anthony will lie for Casey. I think he has too much the mindset of a law officer to do so. Perhaps that’s the reason he’s gone to work at night… so he can sleep during the day and not have to be around Cindy or Casey. Somebody in that family has got to be familiar with the TRUTH! I most definitely am going to sign the petition against the Anthony’s benefiting from any book or movie over this tragedy!

All this girl ever has thought about has been herself, and the sad part is—this child that she never wanted to have in the first place could have been adopted after birth. I partly blame Cindy for practically forcing an obviously incapable, unfit young woman to help raise a child in her home.
Casey is sinister, and deserves whatever she gets. It’s appalling to me that after killing her own daughter, the judge would grant her the legal right to go “search” for Caylee. If Casey had one shred of decency in her—she would have confessed long ago for the sake of that precious child to bring some closure to this tragedy.
Anthony’s a coward, she’s inhuman and evil. I hope when she meets her maker, that God can forgive her for her sins because no one else will.

Casey created a “fantasy” world because she didn’t like the real one. She didn’t even think about “what ifs” and now she is going to have to face those. IMO she will be convicted of murder with or without a body. She may not get death penality because of mental status. We would not even know about this whole situation if Cindy had not been to a therapist who told her to use “tough love” approach on Casey. That is lucky break for little Caylee.

We are not speaking here of rumors that we want to go around if it were not true…
What we are trying to do is make some sense of the Casey Anthony case that is broadcast on television every day and night to the general audience of the American people…
And we have a right to voice our opinions in what we believe might be happening based on information, facts, and evidence that they are telling us…
Sometimes a person has to be on the outside of the box to see what is really happening on the inside of the box…
And we, the audience, are on the outside of the Casey Anthony box, and we can perhaps draw a different perspective on the source of information that they are providing us based on what we are hearing…

Buns, I agree with you that Casey was/is in her own world. A lot of people think she planned this, and that her family is in it with her, but I think she is not really capable of planning much, and that’s one reason for her problems.
She lies a whole lot better than she thinks ahead…
I even still think Caylee’s death was somehow accidental, and that flurry of calls was while she was trying to think what she should do…
While she was in a panic, unable to think what would be best for Casey, little Caylee gave up the ghost and passed away. Then she knew what to do—get rid of the body and pretend it never happened…But we may never know the truth.
I believe if you re-read my post, you will see that I never stated that it was a fact that Lee is the father of Caylee…And please don’t read more into what I said than what I said…
And being said…it was only a belief based on the information from television stating that Lee refused DNA testing and a polygraph test…
The Anthony family has wasted precious time in refusing to be cooperative with poygraph testing and DNA testing…

I’m not really convinced about the incest theory. Although LP states he knows who the Father of Caylee is/was, and it will be “shocking.” That is the only thing that makes one wonder if it is indeed, true.
Even if that were to be the case, still that in now way justifies any of Casey Anthony’s or Cindy Anthony’s actions.
The bottom line is, a innocent little child paid the price with her own life. It’s so true, this is more about exposing the plight of the victim and bringing to justice the individual(s) responsible for this henious crime.
The Anthony Family is nuttier than squirrel poop…A child is gone who had no choice…she had no voice.

The only reason they revealed anything is to get the public against casey…no other reason….for that fact I want to see it all…instead of half-facted accussations..
I believe she did it…but I have never seen an investigation release this type of info soo quickly.

Why do I think Caley Anthony used Chloroform to KILL her child and not put her to sleep per say for a babysitter? Because she was researching missing children sites back in March or sooner. She knew what she was doing. She murdered the baby.
Has anyone heard anything about results of DNA tests on the child’s ‘Mickey Mouse’ dress found October 13? I know Cindy A. said it wasn’t Caylee A’s…however, that would not stop the police from checking the one found by Equusearch.
