May I use the word “crapola” for the idiot who even dreamed up this idea of Casey getting out and looking for her baby!!! This is disgusting, I have a strong feeling little Caylee is not in a wet T-shirt contest drinking and showing her as*!!
Surely Casey will be heavily escorted by police if the ankle device is removed. Maybe she is ready to let everyone know where Caylee is. Why beat her up for that when several people are accusing her of not caring about looking for her child. The media doesn’t know everything. All those documents were in police hands for two months before the media and the public got to see them. Baez has said that it doesn’t do Casey any good to admit to anything right now. All this at the same time that Casey is asking to look for her child without the home confinement device. Possibly this is not a coincidence, but a view of what is to come. I believe it could lead to the answers we’ve all been waiting for. Where is Caylee? Was it an accident? Was it a premeditated murder? Did you give your child away?
PLEASE!!!!!!!!WHERE’S THE JUSTICE IN THAT?
Question: If she has firsthand knowledge of a place to look, and is sincere, why can’t she simply give that info to the authorities?

What….she is a suspect out on bond and home confinement….what is she going to do try and run away…just where does she plan on looking for her…completely ridiculous, well I hope the judge says no…request denied.

The only reason she would want to search is for a vacation. She is tired of being in the house and Baez has grown tired of her being at his office all day. If she wanted to search she had 31 days and as she said it was naive for her to have thought she could do it herself!(her words)The only thing she would want to do is destroy evidence. She must be expecting TES to search in a location she doesn’t want searched. If she has info, give it to authorities and let them do their job. She is a liar and suspect. As for the rest of it. I don’t see how Baez is entitled to information that does not pertain to the charges that may be pending but not filed. He should only get information regarding the child neglect and fraud that she is charged with. Let him get off his lazy butt and gather his own information!!!!!
Does Casey want to look for a body or an alive Caylee? Has she specified? If she has clues, just tell her dear lawyer or the police – she personally doesn’t have to search. Any judge that agrees to that needs to be locked up in the same padded cell that Casey should be in.
Now just what does Baez and Casey have up there sleeve….where is she going to search the Fusion nightclub…why should Orange County have to spend anymore dollars….and take officers off their regular duties to go along on the search….
Yeah, just like Casey said she searched for Caylee for 31 days…not! She’s sitting at home thinking up more lies to spin…and Baez tells her not to tell the truth…he knows Caylee is dead so where is he going with this case…
So what would they have to do, take off the ankle bracelet, then put it back on, take it off, put it on…
Wow….just when you think you’ve heard it all on this case—another ridiculous request comes from the Anthony Camp.
How many bodyguards will have to escort Casey while she is supposedly “out on the search”.
This is insane—I hope the Judge will deny the request. If by some chance the unfit Mother is granted her request—I hope the protestors at Hopespring Drive go beserk and keep a vigil outside the Anthony’s home continually.
This request if granted is going to cause much havoc. Sheesh! Get’s you sooo damn mad, you could spit nails.

Right on NEW GIRL….You are hitting it on the head!!! The sooner Casey gets her butt back in jail, the better for the entire world; the bad Karma she sends out hits all the way to the D.C. area.
I just don’t know how many more times these people can insult our intelligence. It’s an absurd request and I really hope that judge is smart enough to say “hell no”.
