Zenaida Gonzalez, the alleged baby sitter who Casey Anthony, the mother of missing Caylee Anthony, stated she left Caylee with for a month has filed a defamation of character law suit. People have speculated how long it was going to take for a falsely accused individual to file suit against Casey Anthony. The alleged accusations against babysitter, Zenaida Gonzalez, have been just one of the many lies, fabrications and stories to come out of the moth of Casey Anthony to investigators.
A woman has filed a defamation lawsuit against the mother of a missing Florida toddler after she claims she was accused of kidnapping the child.
Attorney John Morgan says Zenaida Gonzalez has never met Casey Anthony, who he says accused Gonzalez of taking her daughter Caylee in June.
Gonzalez sued Anthony, 22, on Wednesday in Orlando.
Zenaida Gonzalez has been implicated in the disappearance of 3 year old Caylee Anthony by Casey; however, Gonzalez states that she has never met Casey Anthony. Casey Anthony has stated the last saw her daughter, 3 year old Caylee, was in June with a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez. After having been named in the case of missing Caylee Anthony, according to WESH 2 the real Zenaida Gonzalez has been harassed by people and that she lost her job and apartment because of the Anthonys
Meanwhile, Zenaida Gonzalez, whose name Casey Anthony used and blamed with taking her toddler, Caylee, is suing the Anthony family, she said Wednesday afternoon.
Gonzalez has hired prominent attorney John Morgan of Orlando and said she wants to be sure Casey Anthony and her family do not profit from any movie, television or book deals. Gonzalez is suing for slander.
When Casey Anthony reported her now 3-year-old daughter, Caylee, missing in July, she said she had last left her with a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez. But Gonzalez does not know Casey Anthony, and investigators say she is not a suspect.
Orlando authorities don’t believe Casey’s story. In typical defense attorney fashion, they state that Casey Anthony was referring to a different Zenaida Gonzalez. Of course she was, she was referring to the dead squirrel, no doubt.
Todd Black, a spokesman for Anthony’s attorney, says this isn’t the same Zenaida Gonzalez Anthony left her child with. Black called the lawsuit frivolous.

Homeless and without a job, Zenaida Gonzalez sat in her hotel room and took comfort in the arms of her youngest daughter.
She has been sucked into the vortex of one of the most highly-charged, controversial, missing child’s case the nation has ever seen, and for Zenaida, it all started with her name.
Mother Casey Anthony, 22, claimed her daughter had been kidnapped by the babysitter. She said she dropped the toddler off with the babysitter on her way to work at the Sawgrass apartments in East Orange County.
According to the story Anthony told investigators, she returned to pick Caylee up, but both had vanished. Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez was the name Anthony gave investigators during her interrogation.
“When she said Zenaida Gonzalez it turned my life around. It turned into a point where I wished I wasn’t Zenaida Gonzalez. I wish my name was something else because it made my life that impossible,” Gonzalez said.
She said she never knew Anthony in anyway.

Will the “real” zanny please stand up? WTF, maybe the Anthonys would like to tell us which is the Zaneida they are referring to? Maybe that one can sue also. Hey Casey, cut the drama your movie deal just went south. Now you can just tell us where you really left Caylee.

Yeah, and since now LE has just released evidence that Cindy Anthony also initially accused her own daughter of foul play with Caylee, I hope this woman does sue Casey (who has no income)—so that would mean perhaps the Anthony family would be liable.
Casey’s lies and actions have caused so many grief……Oh, what a tangled web we weave??
It would appear to me that if Casey ever gets formally charged for the disappearance of her own daughter—there is certainly enough evidence to convict her.

I think the reason that Casey ran out of gas and used gas cans instead of at the pump was because she was nervous about the horrible odor in the car. She tried to stay away from people with that car. What do you think?

Cindy must have a love hate relationship with her daughter. They both probably are very explosive with each other like oil and water. I do feel sorry for Cindy. Although I have heard her lie and think that is where Casey gets her lieing from….hey when mom lies the kids pick it up and Casey just ran with it….ingrained with her sociopath behavior…Yeah Cindy probably calls it “little white lies”… little does she know that those little white lies can drain the life out of someone!!

I can not believe a young girl that got pregnent and gave birth to a lovely girl like Caylee had everything she ever needed a lovely house lots of money …finacial backing from her parents. Grandparents that were willing to adopt the child and she was a lazy selfish bitch that could not hold a job … while their are so many women in Canada and the U.S that have no support from anybody raising their kids on very little money and would do anything for them including give their own life to ensure their children get food and clothing . I hope you burn in Hell for this Casey and I hope that your parents leave you in jail and never forgive you for what you have done to their only grandchild .

Initially I suspected that Casey SOLD CAYLEE for DRUG MONEY…then I was concerned that CAYLEE was held hostage until the ransom was paid…both scenarios are TRULY DISGUSTING…but at least there was a chance that CAYLEE may be alive!!!

With more tapes being released yesterday. I am amazed at Cindy’s interview with the police how she throws Jesse under the bus. It was so obvious that she was pinning him for the murder/dissapearance of Caylee.
It really made me very suspicious of her like she was “hiding” something from the police. What else does she know that she is not telling the police?
It bothers me that she is going through great lengths to get the focus off of her guilty daughter and placing blame elsewhere.
This tells me she is not very honest!
Wow back in March “someone” logged onto/using “Caseys” “logon” for Cindy’s computer (which Casey used all the time) and was looking up MISSING CHILDREN. Then few months later looking up Chloroform.
When will they be arresting her for murder?

I think Casey needed the gas cans NOT for the car BUT unfotunately to burn little Caylee. She needed to get rid of the evidence and that was why she did not want daddy getting into the trunk of the car cause poor Caylee was still there.
Why doesn’t the court as a couple of her bail provisions be A. get a Job, B. Can NOT live with mommy and daddy or any other family member as they will no doubt be witnesses one day. I also think the grandparents need to get a frip on reality and come to the terms that their daughter murdered the little girl. The sooner everyone turns against her and she has no where to go the sooner she might slip up get drunk and tell where the remains are.
