The fact that there is even rumblings of a million dollar book deal are distubing.
There is always a little truth in everyting … so what was said to who? The family atty referenced last night on Nancy Grace that FL has a law where felons cannot profit from a crime.
Did anyone bother to ask whether Casey’s family could or the $’s would go to her legal defense?

I bet there is some sort of loop hole in that law and that family will profit which sickens me.
I would like to know what Casey’s boyfriend’s reaction to all this. His roommate has been interviewed, but not him. I wonder if he supports Casey or if he wants nothing to do with her after hearing all the evidence thus far.
I saw the lawyer for Cindy and George on Nancy Grace last night and he paints these two as just innocent victims. IMO their stonewalling and protecting Casey has lengthened this investigation and there should be some type of charges filed against them. If they get money on top of this, it is an outrage!!
George and Cindy did not hire this lawyer to defend them for pansy things like pushing an old lady or the gun.
They went to this lawyer shortly after receiving the news about the chloroform or was it the summons to appear in November on the child neglect ?
That is probably why Lee is driving Casey to Jose’s office. It would be improper from a legal point of view to have all three collude on which version of events is the truth. Cindy and George can lie to Nancy Grace, Greta, etc, but they have given statements to the OCSD which are going to be in direct conflict with what Casey is telling Jose.
Perhaps Jose will have to throw Cindy & George under the bus to defend his client.
It is ironic that Cindy Anthony thinks Caylee may be in Puerto Rico and that at that exact time according to pings on phone, friend Amy something was on “vacation” supposedly in Puerto Rico. Also, supposedly this is the friend Casey stole the checks from her borrowed car. Sounds kind of fishy!!!! Could Amy and Casey have sold Caylee; Amy took her to Puerto Rico, left car and money with Caylee as part payment and now that Casey is in trouble with law Amy is filing charges against Casey so no one will look at her!!!! Just trying to figure this out!!!! But a coincidence that Cindy mentioned she thinks Caylee is in Puerto Rico and then it is said last night on Nancy Grace briefly that Amy was on vacation in Puerto Rico about that particular time…. when Casey was at boyfriends. Then Cindy and Amy show up at boyfriends. Something fishy about that situation. I’m just hoping and praying little Caylee is alive!!!!!
The flight that Amy was on was checked for any little kids. Airports have cameras and passenger manifests. Caylee went ” misssing ” in JUNE, either the 15th or 16th. No one has seen Caylee since then. Amy’s trip was in JULY. Cindy thinks that because there were tickets purchased for Amy’s trip by Casey using Cindy’s credit card.
Casey probably used Cindy’s card and collected the cash from Amy. Of course every angle has to be looked into by Cindy, but I suspect the desire for donations and the let’s create a reasonable doubt are the driving force for the family’s behaviour and statements they have made via the media.
Cindy really irritated me one night recently when she said something like “if you don’t get off your asses and look for this child, YOU are going to put her in her coffin”…When Caylee’s remains are found (if ever) then she can say…”see, I told you so!!” Always blaming everyone but the real criminal here, Casey!
Here’s a weird thought… And, yes, feel free to say that I am absolutely insane…
What if Casey is innocent? What if Cindy actually killed Caylee and set Casey up to take the fall? And what if the father of Caylee is either Lee or George?
Definitely, the family is in on it, just don’t know in which manner!
You know I was tossing that theory around today. I was reading caseys interview with investigators and it almost seemed like casey was using zenaida as a code word for herself or Cindy. Only problem is I don’t think Cindy acted like a guilty person when she made the 911 call. That seemed genuine to me.
I will say it wouldn’t surprise me if casey is protecting a man..ex boyfriend that was involved someway. I think George,Cindy and Lee know more now than they did at the beginning and are afraid they will at some point be asked a direct question that will reveal new evidence.
I don’t think there is anything innocent about casey. I would guess there is another side to her that her family knows about and would not like it to be made public. Casey seems to play a part for whomever she is dealing with..The perfect little stefford girlfriend..The good little mother. I think casey is a 22 year old child who had alot of jealousy towards Caylee and Cindy both. I would not trust her in my home if she was my daughter and I have my suspicions that maybe Caylee was only the beginning. It’s very possible she was planning more than George and Cindy thinks.
This case has sickened me from day one. The only one NOT concerned, and NOT looking in some fashion for this child is the ONE person that should be concerned. And that is her mother, Casey. Cindy and her husband need to take a long, hard look at their daughter. Arrogant, uncaring, irresponsible, deceitful, and absolutely unemotional. The one time I’ve seen her shed a tear is when she was first put in prison. Hell, I come home and don’t see one of my cats right away I worry, she does not care at all about her daughter.
As much as I’d love for Caylee to be found alive, every part of me is telling me she’s dead. To think that they’d profit in any manner from this is pathetic.

Puerto Rico. the one that died in a car accident on her birthday in August. Oops, he died in May.
