Tim Miller of Texas EquuSeach announced yesterday that they will be temporarily suspending search operations do to high water levels that were impacting and affecting the search for missing Caylee Anthony.
The Anthony family might think that is a good thing for them, but is it? For weeks members of the Antony family have been critical of search operations for Caylee insisting that Caylee was alive even though every sign of evidence proves otherwise. With TES pulling out for now, where does the Anthony family think the attention is going to shift to? The media and people of Orlando will no longer have a search to cover … they will be parked out in front of their home, that’s where. Anthony’s … don’t ask for things, they might come true. The powder keg known as the Orlando community toward what happened to little Caylee Anthony no longer has a search operation to diffuse it. One might have thought of this before deciding not to cooperate.
The other question to ponder is what is to happen with Casey Anthony? Indictment, revoking of bail or sitting in the pressure cooker waiting to blow?
The courts most likely have the right to revoke Casey Anthony’s most recent bail as the presence of a gun on the property most certainly violated the provisions of a bail. George Anthony knew of these provisions, he signed the bail agreement. So if they really wanted to, the police could most likely re-arrest Casey and revoke the bail.
Or Casey could be indicted with the evidence that is presently at hand. I hope that Casey and the family do not take the theory of “no body no crime” to heart. Just ask Hans Reiser who was convicted of murder without a body and then lead police to his wife’s body.
However, maybe the best remedy to getting the truth from this family is letting them sit under one roof and what could only be described as a pressure cooker and powder keg. We have seen from the actions between protesters and the family that it is a volatile situation. Can you imagine what it must be like behind closed doors under the Anthony roof? Do not think that it is wine and roses, trust me. From all accounts there is hostility and dissension that can only get worse over time. The pressure of the spot light is solely on the Anthony home until Texas EquuSearch returns … we can only wait and see it reach the boiling point.

I’m hoping & praying that the pressure is on and someone in that family will start singing like a canary.
Does anyone know if ANYTHING has been found in the search thus far or if the officials will check out the concret slab that was recently poured in the Anthony’s backyard? If the dogs hit in the backyard should this not be looked at?
I sure hope they search that yard too. I hope they find litle Caylee soon and shut Cindy Anthony up. She is on my last nerve.
LE has much much more evidence. Circumstantial as it may be it is still evidence that will convict her. I think that the LE just wants to find Caylee’s little body and give the world some sort of conclusion to this horrific crime. Caylee deserves a proper burial for every one’s sake. jmho
George knows better but yet he didn’t do anything about it, as usual…

While so many monkeys are truly grateful for Tim Miller/TES/and local volunteers who showed up while this whackjob family sits on their ass…we’re observing how the complete ignorance and denial of justice in this case has struck a nerve with so many. In light of that- there are many protestors who are claiming they will not leave the Anthony residence with their signs until a body is found or a confession is made.
As LE proceeds carefully within the time allotment before her trial- it is going to get really ugly over there. Cindy and George are not the brightest bulbs on the XMAS tree, that’s for sure. What ignorance they are displaying to let this continue.

Everytime I think I have just about heard or seen the worst, there is one more story.. this is one I read about tonight..
kfflsdw (AP) – DAYTON, Ohio A mother who burned her baby daughter to death in a microwave oven was sentenced Monday to life in prison without the chance for parole.
The mother in her 20s got in a fight with the father over who was the biological father and put the month old baby in a microwave.
The inside of that house has got to be a ticking time bomb..
George should be arrested for having the gun….they are all a bunch of liars…he well knows he was in violation of the bond…it’s no wonder Casey is a wacko job look who raised her…someone that thinks he is above the law….!!!

Remember, Casey is facing felony child neglect charges, which she will clearly be convicted of. She will serve jail time for this, which just gives the state more time to create a solid case against her. There’s no sense in rushing charges when the offender is already going to be serving prison time.
I never thought of that, but if and when Casey goes to jail for her current charges, they’ll have years to keep looking for more evidence and find Caylee’s remains… I hope it doesn’t take that long, though. Everybody needs closure.

In watching Nancy Grace last night, new info was given that the “so-called” nanny gave a script for Casey to follow and that the nanny’s sister, Samantha, drove off with Caylee……is there info that the Zanaida individual had a sister and was her name in fact Samantha or is this just another lie told by Casey?????? I would NEVER want to put someone in jail for a crime that they didn’t commit but come on people, her actions and silence are telling the story!

Casey has not been found guilty of anything, she has a clean record. While many are jealous of her lifestyle and great-looks, that does not make a mother a murderer. The false assertions by media heads like Nancy disGrace only perpetuate anyone to lie to the authorities. If you eliminate the Nancy Grace show, Casey may very well cooperate with law enforcement. Idiot-heads like Nancy fuel the lack of cooperation with authorities and Nancy needs to do a year in prison for each lie she has documented against Casey and Caylee. That prison sentence would be over a thousand years long. Perhaps that might be enough time for Nancy Grace to dry out from her alcohol and drug addictions.
I applaud LE for their round-the-clock endless hours that they’re putting into solving this case. I also appreciate the efforts of Tim Miller and his team. While all of us would like to see this ridiculous circus end, I’d rather the investigators and district attorneys take their time and make sure that they have a good solid case against lying murderer Casey, rather than rush into charges that she can ultimately wiggled out of. Let them take their time to do it right. Remember, there is NO statute of limitations on murder. Eventually, they’ll make some kind of sense out of this mess, and when they do, I hope that the whole family will end up behind bars.

To Angela Haggert: Are you sure your real name isn’t Cindy Anthony? You sure sound like her when you now start blaming Nancy Grace for this mess. If Casey had cooperated with the authorities from the get go, she wouldn’t be on the receiving end of everyone’s (including Nancy Grace’s)frustration and anger. And, as far as asserting that anyone is jealous of Casey’s “good looks” and “lifestyle”..????… Are you kidding me??? Casey is a total destructive loser, and psycho nitwit who, in my opinion, (and, obviously, that of many others) is also a baby killing murderer. You raised a daughter who steals, lies, and treats you ike dirt. She wasn’t born like that you let her get away with that behavior since she was able to walk and talk. Your daughter hated you so much that she murdered her baby, so you couldn’t get custody of her. You should have let your daughter put her baby up for adoption like she wanted to do. You knew she was unbalanced and unfit to be a mother. Just like you were unfit to be a mother. No wonder your husband cheated on you he hates you too. Hope you can live with yourself after they find your grandchild in some dirt pile. Then you can live with your daughter getting the death penalty for killing her baby.
I think there might be something way different going on that might be something like the reason Casey is not talking is that she perhaps is being blackmailed not to say one word about something she has seen or knows about perhaps a drug lab which makes ice or something and to insure her silence they take her daughter to one of those places that Casey thinks she might be, TExas, Puerto Rico or someplace like that…..and maybe she witnessed a murder and they put that body in the trunk of her car to make it look like Casey killed her daughter when in fact she may be a person involved with being a witness to a murder or drug manufacturing, etc. cause she says if she says where or who took her they might do something that might make the kidnappers kill her daughter….hmmmm????

Also, why did Amy leave her car in Casey’s care when she went on vacation? Casey already had a car.
And did this friend who lent Casey her car ever see the nanny or her sister Samantha and if so, why have they not asked for a composite picture to be drawn from thier description?
