Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez was arrested for the rape of a 10 year old girl in 
Idaho where she subsequently gave birth. Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez is suspected as being an illegal immigrant. Proponents of illegal immigration say that illegals are just doing the jobs that Americans do not want to do. What, like raping and impregnating 10 year old girls?
A 37-year-old man is charged with raping a 10-year-old girl who gave birth last month in Idaho.
“St. Anthony Police said they were notified of the young girl’s pregnancy by medical personnel after she went in for treatment at a doctor’s office,” KIFI-TV reports on its website.
One day later, the ABC affiliate says the young mother delivered a 6-pound girl at Madison Memorial Hospital in Rexburg, Idaho.
KIDK-TV says Guadalupe Gutierrez-Juarez, a suspected illegal immigrant, is being held at the Fremont County Jail. He’s due in court next week to face rape charges.
“I wouldn’t have believed a 10-year-old could conceive in the first place,” Fremont County Sheriff Ralph Davis tells the Associated Press.

Girl was 9-Years-Old When She Got Pregnant
Here’s a headline from 2 News.tv, KBCI, 10-year-old gives birth; 
allegedly raped. ALLEGEDLY!!! Do we think that some how a 9 year old had consensual sex with this man!!! Let us not forget the fact that this predator was an illegal immigrant as well. This country has enough problems with our own child predators, than to allow ones to sneak across the border.
In documents that were filed April 29 in 7th District Court and obtained by The Associated Press, Gutierrez-Juarez is charged with one count of rape. He remained in jail with bail set at $250,000 pending a preliminary hearing May 13.
Authorities said Gutierrez-Juarez did not have legal documentation to live in the United States. His home town and nationality were not immediately clear, but police said they had received no complaints about him before investigating the pregnancy.
The investigation was continuing. Smith would not give details on the condition of the girl but said additional counts of rape could be filed.

I bet the child is related to him in some way…I can’t imagine a mother not reporting such crime, unless she knows the perpetrator, is afraid of him or wants to protect him.
Well, we have at least 12 million illegals here…hmmmmmmmmmmmm, possibly he would be the only criminal among them???? Which candidate running for President plans to take action about the illegals, by the way?

she could have gone to the police… he would of immediately been arrested.
his behaviour is toaly unacceptable… and for whatever reason the mother used for not reporting that too is unacceptable… this was her child … and it was her responsibility to protect her daughter..

Honestly, this story is just disgusting. Keep in mind how you are voting this year, people and which candidate FAVORS IMMIGRATION REFORM. God Bless this young child… I want to cradle her in my arms and hold her ~ I pray, that she’s getting help, emotionally, physically and spiritually…to deal with this heinous crime committed upon her and I pray, too, that the baby is as well…
I pose the question as to why in America, the preditor/monster/perpitrator has more rights, than our children ~ it matters not to me, if they are illegal or not, that is an issue, of course, but the bigger crime is and has been committed against children, over and over again and these monsters get a slap on the wrist, imprisoned and they are released again and again to do it over and over again… it’s not about sex, it’s all about power and control ~
when is our Government, going to do what it takes to protect children? The article doesn’t say anything about the mother. Perhaps the child was trafficked to the U.S. with this man or somehow came in contact with each other. The girl, no doubt, was an illegal, too. Which was probably one reason she didn’t seek out help before the delivery.
This man should be deported, never to be allowed into this country, again… but over and over, it seems the worse ones are the ones that make it. No doubt they were working in the fields as migrant workers.
If Mexico could cure their poverty, and take care of their people, we AND they wouldn’t have these problems. If we can travel all the way to Africa to see that people learn to farm their own land, whey can’t they do the same in Mexico. There has to be a way that they could produce some of their own food and sell it on the world market.
Then, maybe our own children could learn work-ethic and work those jobs as summer jobs… instead of smoking pot from some pour child’s skull. We need to instill principals in our children and Mexico needs to educate its’ people… instead of using 9 year old girls as migrant workers for their families.
First of all I am so glad he is behind bars, secondly my most sincere prayer goes out to the victim. Being here illegaly has nothing to do whith this, thats secondary…things like this happen all the time and the abuser’s legal status shouldn’t be an issue, because if it does we become prejudgemental. On the other hand and what should be an issue is keeping these “monsters” behind bars. I say “monsters” because thats what they are, color, or race, national origin has nothing to do with the act they commit. This happened once in my neighborhood,they arrested the man, sent him to jail, and few years later, he got deported….set free in his native country….they should do a system in which we work with other countries to keep them in prison when they are deported.
I imagine you won’t believe this … I’m still trying to figure it out … but an article in a North Carolina newspaper today (Saturday, May 10) says that the federal government has said that it is acceptable for colleges in that state to admit illegal immigrants.
I don’t know if immigrants is the right word. But people who are in this country ILLEGALLY, that is, against the law … if we remember that archaic concept … can go to college in North Carolina.
If they can do so there, why not everywhere?
Apparently the college will not be held responsible for checking, or validating, their citizenship status.
When I read things like that, I have trouble convincing myself of what I’m reading. I’ve lived overseas for ten years, and have studied overseas … but never against the law.
No wonder the concept of obeying the law has vanished in this country. Why should anyone? It doesn’t seem to matter.
Anyone remember something called 9/11? And all the hot air and pledges that we got from Washington about border security, and protecting our country?
And now, you sneak in here … sure, go to college, why not?
I sometimes think we are asking for it. Unfortunately, when and if the next attack comes, it won’t be the people who allow this kind of nonsense who will be the ones affected.

U.S.: Colleges may admit illegals
Federal officials say N.C. schools aren’t required to consider students’ status

North Carolina is free to admit illegal immigrants to public colleges and universities, federal officials said Friday.
“It is left for the school to decide whether or not to enroll” illegal immigrants, said a statement released by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. “The Department of Homeland Security does not require any school to determine a student’s status.”
The statement joined a chorus of voices — including one from an immigration hardliner — disputing the advice that the state Attorney General’s Office offered this week to the Community College System. An advisory letter from the attorney general recommended that the colleges stop admitting illegal immigrants because a federal law appeared to require it.
“The attorney general is all by himself,” said Josh Bernstein, of the National Immigration Law Center in Washington, D.C., which advocates for poor immigrants. “Nobody believes that the law says this. Nor has anyone ever brought it up, including the authors of the legislation.”
Lawsuits elsewhere in the nation have challenged the policy of offering in-state tuition to illegal immigrants, but no suit has argued that it is illegal simply to allow undocumented students to seek degrees, several immigration law experts said.
The handful of illegal immigrants who attend North Carolina’s 58 community colleges and 16 public universities must pay out-of-state tuition, which the schools say more than covers the cost of their instruction. Officials at the Community College System released a new estimate Friday, saying a recent survey showed that only 112 of 297,000 degree-seeking students were illegal immigrants. The University of North Carolina system says 27 of its 200,000 students are here illegally. Most of those who are college age arrived in the United States as young children, accompanying their parents.
The letter from the office of Attorney General Roy Cooper, released Wednesday, said that federal code listed post-secondary education as a benefit to which illegal immigrants are not entitled. It said that unless the state passes a law expressly allowing illegal immigrants to attend its colleges, admitting them might not stand up to a court challenge.
The letter also acknowledged that the law on the matter is “unsettled” and advised the colleges to seek advice from the Department of Homeland Security, which is responsible for the law’s enforcement.
Clarification provided
Federal immigration officials provided clarification Friday at the request of The News & Observer. The statement says that, although illegal immigrants are in danger of deportation and possible criminal prosecution, schools are not required to use immigration status as criteria for admission. They also do not have to report students who are in the country illegally, except those who have student visas and are registered with the Student Exchange and Visitor Program.
Officials in Cooper’s office responded with a brief written statement, saying that this week’s letter “advises that the [Community College] System can rely on the Department of Homeland Security for guidance.”
The letter has become the target of scrutiny from immigration advocates and lawyers across the country.
Several said the attorney general’s advice defied their understanding of the law, including Mark Krikorian, head of a national group that advocates for a crackdown on illegal immigration.
“I’ve never heard anyone say that before,” said Krikorian, director of the Center for Immigration Studies in Washington, D.C., of the idea that federal law prohibits illegal immigrants from attending public colleges. “I’ve never understood that to be the case.”

Im here Misskatie, a friend of mines 5 year old granddaughter was abducted last year from her home and raped, the guy let her out in the neighborhood afterwards,,,,it is heartbreaking, she keeps asking her parents if she is bad….

Being a farmer, I will try to get the statistics on illegal immigrants working on U.S. farms.. it’s lower than most of you think ~ and NOT where most of these folks are working… and unfortunately, we’re (us farmers) are taking the rap for it. It’s just not reality, but a gross misconception that farmers host illegals… just not my personal experience and before making comments about the farmers, get the stats…

For the little innocent child.. not much is being shared about her right now… as her identity has to be protected.. bless this child ~ it’s difficult enough to comprehend this, (being a survivor myself) and painful, knowing it goes on every day… illegal immigrant monster, or legal citizen monsters, are the same, they are MONSTERS… allowed to prey upon our children. It’s allowed by our dysfunctional judicial system and through our legislators that children are continually raped and victimized over and over again, through the “catch and release” programs that our judges seem that fits this type of heinous crime… these monsters are allowed for some reason, to live in yours and my neighborhood and somehow, having a list of the sex offenders in the police stations, throughout our nation, is supposed to suffice… THAT I’ll NEVER truly understand, ever. I think most of us would pay some extra money to have these monsters in a specialized prison ~ and throw away the key…not ever allowing them back into society, to harm another child, ever again.
For this illegal immigrant issue… the sweat shops, the hotels, landscapers, construction sites… that’s where you’ll find most in hiding… in my state, recently, they closed down a business and it wasn’t farming, that hosted and hid illegal immigrants, it was disguisting the working conditions in this factory and the most interesting thing was the building opposite the factory had a sweet little office, making fake identification for these folks …BUSTED!… our country has turned a blind eye to this HUGE problem, there is NO homeland security, and it is frightening ~ and needs to be addressed… yes, our election is forthcoming and this issue, needs to be discussed and our laws, need to be enforced… why do we have laws, if they are not being enforced. In my community, they know, most every illegal immigrant in residence… when looking to solve the problem, of having them leave, there is no solution out there for the local police, as they are not being supported… it’s too big a problem… what do they do? Get a bus, bring them where? Then, who pays for the plane ticket back to their original residence? there is the question.. cha ching, cha ching… this costs money… who’s going to take charge?… it’s all screwed up and is a huge problem.. and too complex to have a patzy answer and easy solution…

I can go for the “alleged” thing. We all have to remember that these “tv shows” show us these wild and out of control girls who have been having sex since they were 9 and 10 years old. It is truly sad that this happened, but things like this happen every day and I do not see them ending any time soon.
