Coroner’s Jury Ruled Princess Diana & Dodi Fayed Killed by “gross negligence” of Driver & Paparazzi
Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed died in a car crash in 1997 as they were being chased by the paparazzi. After all the stories, accusations and speculation the jury has made its decision. Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed were unlawfully killed due to the “gross negligence” and the wrecklessness of their driver and the paparazzi. Thus bringing to a conclusion one of a saddest story book Fairy Tales.
LONDON — A coroner’s jury ruled Monday that Princess Diana and boyfriend Dodi Fayed were unlawfully killed through the reckless actions of their driver and paparazzi in 1997.
The jury had been told a verdict of unlawful killing would mean they believed the reckless behavior of the driver and paparazzi amounted to manslaughter. It was the most serious verdict available to them.
New criminal charges were unlikely because the incident happened in France outside the British authorities’ jurisdiction, a court spokesman said. (FOX News)
In the end it is the most likely and plausible decision as what happened that fateful evening. Even Princes William and Harry ‘agree’ with Diana verdict. However, the father of Dodi Fayed refused to accept the decision. One has to believe that the only decision that Mohamed Fayed will believe is that from an Oliver Stone motion picture.
Drunk driver Henri Paul taunted paparazzi. However, let’s not be so quick to blame the driver and not hold the rabid paparazzi to blame as well. The paparazzi have been menaces for years. It is unfortunate that the pack of wolves also at blame for the deaths of Princess Di and Dodi will not be prosecuted. A paparazzi who has never learned their lesson as seen by their recent ridiculous actions in dealing with and going way over the line with Britney Spears.
Having taunted paparazzi outside the Ritz with boasts that they would not be able to keep up if they tried to follow him, he sped into the notoriously dangerous Alma tunnel at 65mph, more than twice the speed limit, where he lost control of the heavy limousine and crashed head-on into a pillar. He died instantly.
The jury decided that Mr Paul, 41, was guilty of unlawful killing because of his gross negligence in driving the car while drunk.
The BBC asks, what now after the Diana verdict?

how sad I rememeber that day my daughter called to tell me the news… she was a great humanitarium… a beautiful woman inside out…
r.i.p diana
Mohammed Al Fayed must have a reason for taking this story over the top the way he has. Dodi was engaged to an American model, Kelly somebody. He gave her a huge diamond on Valentines Day 1997 and it was Kelly’s photos all over the Paris apartment in August 1997. The Diana photos in the apartment came after the accident. The grand romance was just a fling for both of them, and if Diana and Dodi had their seatbelts fastened they most likely would have survived. There may have been some injuries but I think they would have lived…and if they had been transported to hospital as quickly as possible. What a waste….
Diana was killed in a vast conspiracy involving Satanic intrigue. It had nothing to do with Dodi.
How awful that this beautiful and couragous woman had to die.She died one day after my brthday…I cried for days….so sad…so tragic.#3- the only Satanic intrique were the animals that took the long way to the hospital….
well-i am not pleased with this. because if rabid paparazzi are too blame as well – then there should be prosecution launched by the French. i truly beleive they (paparazzi)have no restraint..what-so-ever.
