To paraphrase the famous comment on Truman …

      Give ‘em hell, Dana!

“Them” being, of course, the suspects and the array of shadowy figures who have thwarted justice, not to mention decency, for nearly three years. Your days are numbered, animals.

And your days, Aruba, are gone.

Meanwhile, it looks like Aruba is getting desperate … a new advertising agency has been hired. Found this on Yahoo from AdWeek, but couldn’t pull up any more of the story:

“Interpublic Group’s Lowe here has been selected to handle creative and media duties by the Aruba Tourism Authority after a review, sources said.”

I hope Dana asks Peter R. DeVries if peter plans on investigating/exposing the roles of Jan Van derStrated and Judge Wit (the judge who halted the first search of the Sloot residence) and has figured prominately in judical rulings which have shielded Paulus from investigation. Someone needs to be sticking camera in van derStraten’s, Wit’s, Jacob’s, and Croes faces and press for explanation of their actions and statements in this case. They all need to be put under a microscope like the bugs they are….And let’s not leave out the Gottenbos boys either, ALE has not questioned them, someone with guts needs to…

I don’t know if the interview with PRdeVries is recorded yet (probably is because of the time-difference US-NL) but else I’m curious what PR thinks of Dr. Andrew Hodges (and criminal-profiling in general) and could the two maybe team-up to give the perps the final blow that’ll put ‘em all behind bars?! …

Dana, great show line up for tonight can’t wait. I even bumped up an appointment so that I could be able listen live.

I met Beth at the book signing in Chicago and I had asked her if she thought anything would ever happen and she told me she thought that the 3 would get away with it and found not guilty and the case would be closed. Now with this new information provided by Peter DeVries, has this changed her mind?

I am so glad that Mr. DeVries had the guts to take this on.

Beth you are a truly brave and tenacious mother. God bless every one of you, we are behind you.

This url leads to an interesting interview of Jug Twitty on the Nancy Grace show:

      http://transcripts.cnn.com/TRANSCRIPTS/0802/11/ng.01.html

What’s significant is that in response to a question, he seems to say that he’s not absolutely convinced that whatever happened, happened on the beach. This is what I think too, not that what I think matters much.

It would be interesting if Dana could raise this question in the interview tonight. We know that Joran vd Scum has lied from day one; while some of his tale undoubtedly is true, it’s hard to imagine why we must think that all of it is true.

Jug also says that the court’s decision has been moved until the end of the week, to accommodate Aruba.
