RSSBody of Missing Denise Amber Lee Likely Found … Michael King Previously Arrested for Abduction
21 year old mother of two, Denise Amber Lee, had been missing since January 17, 2008. Police had already arrested Michael Lee King is Lee’s disappearance. Authorities have now found a body of a white woman in Sarasota County, FL presumed to be Denise Amber Lee. Another missing person’s case comes to a sad but all to predictable conclusion.

I’m reading conflicting reports on our new-found murderer Mr. King. Read that he “did not have prior convictions other than traffic violations” When did this abduction thing come out in the open?
Anyhow, this is a heinous crime. I must applaud our dear victim Denise Lee for having the presence of mind to (1) keep her kids from harm, (2) the ability to dial 911 from her abductor’s cell and allow the dialog between her and her captor to be recorded (3) for leaving her ring in his car.
Certainly, being a policeman’s daughter did help her in knowing the importance of doing these things. Soooo sad she was not able to talk her way out of that car. On TBO (Tampa Bay Online), the rumor is she died from a single gunshot wound. It is not being officially verified yet, but I feel that she probably would have figured out a way to either escape or take care of him at her home were he not armed. Such a miserable thing to have happen. God give strength to her family.

My condolences to the family. I’m very confused. I’m following what little information the media is presenting and i’m at a lost. You mean to tell me this man, which is of no relation to her came to her home where she was alone with her children and abducted her. How Bold? Who does that. Although that was a retorical question especiallly because Denise met her demise, but I don’t understand. Did he stalk her? This is bizarre and sadly unfortunate. I pray that her family finds strenghtgh and flourish the all the love for denise on her children. The saddest part about this whole story is that with all the scum (michael king)on the earth, a young devoted mother, wife, and daughter was robbed of her life that devasted so many others. What gives a person that much superiority to think that they can just take a life. “Taking the life of one impacts the lives of many.”-kdw This incident validates that there is pure evil here on earth and that nobody is safe. Every time I watch the news I get depressed thinking about all of the senselessness that occurs in our society. It’s no wonder I haven’t developed agoraphobia (the fear of outside). My heart aches for her family and I hope that lessons are learned and she didn’t die in vain. One could only imagine the thoughts that had, the determination to survive, and helplessness and horror that she endured. God Bless You Denise!!

I knew nothing of this case until today when i turned on in session. I dont watch much tv…i was SICK when i seen this. I just happened to turn it on right before the 911 call. I was appauled! the 911 operator couldnt tell she was in distress????how many times did she says”hello”,”hello” and why couldnt 911 say to her, we are tracing this call.” did they trace the call???? if not, why not??? all this modern technology and this poor poor girl has the strength and wits about her to call 911 while enduring such a horrific event and she was totally let down. i PRAY this MONSTER gets death. disgusting man took her out of her home , obviously stalked her. In which case he knew she had babies to care for. I truely hope he dies but lethal injection is too kind for him. God bless her and her family.
