Wanted By The FBI: Cesar Armando Laurean, United States Marine Corps Corporal. Authorities are looking for Marine Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean, wanted in the death of Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach, who had accused him of rape. Authorities plan on putting Ramirez’ picture on billboards in Tampa, FL, Columbus, OH, and Las Vegas.

- Scars and Marks: Laurean has a tattoo of a skull on one of his upper arms, and a tattoo of a black widow spider, including an hourglass on the spider’s abdomen, on the other upper arm.
- Remarks: Laurean is a United States citizen. He is also a United States Marine Corps Corporal currently assigned to Camp Lejeune, North Carolina. Laurean may be driving a four-door 2004 Dodge Ram truck, black in color, displaying North Carolina license plate TRR1522. (FBI)

I heard that pregnant women are an “at risk” group when it comes to being murdered. LeToya Figueroa(sp?) comes to mind. Sad and scary.
I have to wonder if they will ever catch this guy alive. Seems to have some history with regards to avoiding major problems. Afterall look how he dealt with the rape/pregnancy(presumed) of Marine Lance Cpl. Maria Lauterbach. The guy is a coward and his days of freedom are numbered.
Having brought disgrace to the uniform he will be hunted down and made to wish he had never been born.
The military is a joke when it comes to situations like this.
They cover things up, lie, and will do what it wants in order to make themselves look good.
Just look at the Pat Tillman case.
The military just will not tell the truth.
Abuse and rape in the military is out of hand.
That is the truth.
The military is not the band of heroes you think it is.
Yes, many of our (U.S.) troops are great people, and are heroes, but there are too many idiots in the military, and the leaders are a bunch of cover things up cowards.
Sorry, but the truth hurts.
