Marine Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean, Suspect in Murder of Maria Frances Lauterbach Sighted
Man hunt on for 21 year old Marine Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean after the grisly discovery of Maria Lauterbach’s charred body and fetus in fire pit.
The primary suspect in the brutal murder of pregnant Marine Maria Lauterbach has been confirmed to have been spotted according to authorities. Maria Lauterbach had been missing since December 19, 2007 until her remains were found in a fire pit where the suspect Laurean burned and buried her body.
Since the gruesome discover there has been a man hunt for Ceasar Armando Laurean. Authorities have issued an arrest warrant on murder charges for Laurean.
The key suspect in the brutal slaying of a 20-year-old pregnant Marine has been sighted outside of North Carolina, Onslow County Sheriff Ed Brown said Sunday.
The sighting by a member of the general public happened around midnight, Brown said. He expressed hope that Marine Cpl. Cesar Armando Laurean would soon be in custody. (FOX News)

This has been in the news for a couple days now. I am disappointed it too sm this long to move it from the missing person’s page to the main page.

SM: The Missing Person’s page isn’t a page but a separate site dedicated to Missing Persons. Not sure why you would be disappointed. What makes you think the Missing Person’s Blog gets less viewers? (klaasend)
#4 Michelle,
Who are you kidding? All you have to say is a negative comment about a story … hater!
The Missing Persons page is a site that generates page views from search engines by people who want to find info dedicated to particular missing persons stories.
IT IS A SEPARATE PAGE (BLOG) UNTO ITSELF.
SM.com is not the main page of the Missing Persons site.
Sad you could not just comment about the story, but instead had to make a negative agenda comment.

Yes, of course he would like to reach/breach the Mexican boarder!!
Hope they catch this sociopathic killer. I feel soooo sorry for current wife and child. They never knew. Victims #2 and #3 in that case….just they are still alive.

From what I read the Marines did not handle this very well….and they are still not answering any questions?

This will be handled best by a 3rd party who does not have to worry about red tape issues. Supposedly someone made a statement that he has reached a place where he no longer needs to run. Could be taken 2 ways, 1 Out of the country which is possibly, 2 in hiding which is very unlikely.
I question whether or not the DOD Inspector General’s investigation will be honest and transparent.
As a former DOD employee, I wrote to the Director of the Hotline, Leonard Trahan, Jr. concerning a verified, extensive and pervasive record of criminal activity by a few attorneys at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMAE), Boston, Massachusetts. The criminal conduct was based on my direct and independent knowledge, which was neither disputed nor denied by anyone. Some conduct included, heinous and violent acts against women (and their children), targeting, framing, prosecuting, punishing innocent individuals, certifying fraudulent promotional certifications which the agency ethics attorney characterized as “criminal,” intentional retaliation, fabricating and falsifying charges, program fraud, abuse of power and authority, well-planned discrimination, fabricating government records, manipulation of investigations, and rewarding cultivated witnesses with jobs, promotions, and awards in exchange for testimony and/or affidavits/depositions the DCMAE and others knew to be tainted and/or false.
In one case assigned to me, the supervisor admitted that her employee did not commit the violation for which she was being charged, which was supported by the EEO Counselor verbally and the Counselor Report, in writing. During my attempt to convince the Chief Counsel that it was wrong to punish this individual for something she did not do, and that the punishment being held over her head was unjustified, he boasted, “We (the DCMAE Legal Directorate) can do anything we want. It’s called gaming. We can deny, we can delay…dismiss. We can manipulate the system any way we want.”
The DOD IG’s Hotline verified the accuracy of my reporting. Instead of investigating my allegations, Director Trahan entered false statements into the official government record to cover up framing innocent individuals. His memo to justify framing innocent individuals was pathetic.
Senator Grassley’s request for the DOD Inspector General to investigate my allegations was met with a sixty-page report, which essentially was a cover up of the cover up.
