well, the murderer doesnt look so smug anymore…..poor Beth and Dave I feel so sad for them, to have to go thru all of this again…I really am praying that this is it…and he is still wearing that STUPID shirt again….for goodness sakes….where is his fashion sense?

I don’t mean to be a smart a$$, I really don’t, but I think you are wrong about the landfill. It’s my #1 choice. I don’t think they took her there, but I definitely think they looked for her there; and if you have followed anything I’ve written, you understand where I coming from.
It fits Joran’s smug, elitist, arrogant, psychopathic, psyche to a T. He blames Natalee for what happen. About this, there is no doubt. Her worth to him is to be thrown away with the garbage.
If Paulus was involved with hiding Natalee from the beginning, all bets are off on ever finding Natalee. A diabolical mind like Paulus could come up with anything, and he would never talk, short of being water boarded (I’ve got first turn on that one, should he be sent to Cuba for motivational training).
If Paulus were involved from the beginning, no, Natalee is not in the landfill; but rather she has been cremated or thrown in the airshaft of a gold mine (as postulated by 1906).
If only Joran and the 2 Ks and some of Joran’s friends were involved, then to find Natalee one has to think like a dumb a$$, crack head, or his cousin. What would a dumb a$$ crack head or his cousin do with Natalee? Simple, they would throw her in a trash container.

Well it looks like the Dutch finally told the AHATA to stop the bleeding.
Aruba tourism is in the toilet. Justice for Natalee protestors are right up your ass, no matter what shows you go to. (You got that right; no matter where the travel show; somewhere J4N protesters are going to be all over you like flies on horsesh-t.)
The Dutch can no longer afford to pick up on default payments on loans and extensions. It usually takes two to three years to recover from a scandal. Aruba; if you had done right by Natalee, Beth and Dave, you would now be on the recovery road. Now you are looking at 2010.
If the prosecutor can make a good plea then the three are looking at:
Kidnapping
Sex with a victim who could not defend herself
Failure to render aid to an injured person in their presence
Improper disposing of a body.
But then again let us not forget who worked in the Prosecutors’ Office.
I would and I’m sure Natalee’s parents more so would love to see her alive; but I’m afraid that will not happen.
If Natalee is in the sea then maybe Michael Dompig spoke the truth when he said that Joran was on Koen’s father’s boat. What better way to cover the boat was in the water then Koen when he said earlier he asked Joran if he wanted to go out on his father’s boat.
Perhaps not only is Koen doing number one in his pants but hopefully number two also.
Let’s not forget about Sanders. He played soccer with Joran at the IS and his phone was (Stolen?). Perhaps that is when something bad happened is when Natalee was able to get off that phone call. Sanders covers any trace by saying it was stolen.
Let us not forget Geoff. They would have had help getting the boat out since the VCB Beach Security is in the area.
Guido: I think they just wanted his a$$ back on Aruba. He let Joran win at the tables to impress the female tourist into thinking he was their lucky charm.
My guess is they sacrifice these three and avoid implicating anyone else to side step the cover up issue.

OMG, wheres Daddy now? I hope he didn’t drown in sweat yet. I hope he has some spare dogs I can beat when I get home. Hope King will be by my side again this time…..So many things to think about. Don’t know if someone posted this at an other place at SM already but this article in NieuwNieuws says that the seperation of the 3 suspects is so strong that the two kalpoes are not allowed to have the same lawyer!!! They were represented by the same lawyer but that’s prohibited by the Pros. Office so they can’t sync their statements!!!

Joran left at 14:10 from Amsterdam…it’s about 12 hours of flying to Aruba?
He was about to start living & studying in Amsterdam…he was in the process of moving out of his appartment in Arnhem; was about to rent a place in Amsterdam from the 1st of december. His mother said they are planning to do a reconstruction with the three of them again. She also gave some information about the arrest: not done in a proper legal way….his parents want an investigation about that.
No I don’t think they disposed of Natalie in the dump heap… They were probably freaking out and knew they had to get her off the island.
I do think she was put in a cage or drum and dropped in the ocean.
I don’t think they would want her burried anywhere on that island.
I am believing the truth will come forth and soon.

dont be surprised if Paulus is not involved in the cover up. i think the three boys panicked and took her out to sea. it is not impossible to swim her out pass the sand bar, (inside the bar, things wash in, outside the bar, they wash out)but my guess is they had a boat and weighed her down. i think this all happend in the first two hours of her death. no way was she put in a landfill. island kids are fish, they know the water like you know your sidewalk. they know how to get boats. some are small and not locked up. they could have paddled out, not a big deal. they wont find a thing in 330 feet of water after two years. let’s pray they said something definitive on the tapped call. i hope it not ‘just a discrepency with their alabi’, cause that wont hold up. pray they said something for sure, pray they were dumb enough to put her in a container of some sort so it can be found. the father must know something to search the deeper water. if their PI knows a detective and they heard something about a cage/barrel/boat, we have a chance.

Mayan good to see you back. Joran could never quit talking. Always doing one interview after the other and changing his stories each time, then it was on to writing a book and telling more lies. People like him never know when to shut up and usually leads to their undoing. He’s enjoyed taunting Natalee’s family for over 2 years with his lies about Natalee and what happened.
I heard Joe T said Joran has always felt bad about what happened to this girl. Apparently Joe T hasn’t read Joran’s comments about Natalee.
What’s the deal with Antonio Carlo representing Urine and Sweaty Sloot working out of that office? Doesnt that make information available to Sloot that he shouldnt have? Conflict of interest? what if the Sloot ended up helping with the dispossal of the body? How can he have access to whatever Carlo has? Doesnt this raise a flag anywheres? Both Sloots can communicate thru Carlo to get their stories straight. They need to find something on Sloot sr. and put him in the can too.
Although I am thrilled to see those three evil bastards rearrested, I am disappointed that they have not rearrested PVDS. That man is up to his sweaty neck in this crime. People keep making reference to a letter written by Karin Janssen (?a CLOSE friend of Paulus..yes?), which needs to be revoked. Is this why he has not been included in the rearrests? Or perhaps he will be rearrested later. I sure hope so.
I find it particularly satisfying that his darling little sporter was busy moving into a new place etc etc etc. and… how angry he was thinking all t6his was behind him….well too bad, now he can move into the jail, and for a very long time I hope.

I’ve lost a loved one (my dear mother) on the 13th of this month and she too was a staunch supporter of Natalee always telling me to “give em hell honey” and would be sooo happy to know the farce Aruba’s been pulling is coming apart at the seams.

When i read the article i got the impression that the *Mr. VDS has been detained in his home was a reference to Paulus not Jurine.
Anyone else get that impression too? I did see some footage of Papa Sweat that i think was taken either today or alittle earlier in the week and he did not look so damn smug as in the past.
It was only a matter of time until at least in their own tiny little minds, the three felt they were in the clear and got sloppy. Also, with it having been two years they’ll have a harder time keeping their stories straight I would imagine. Kayjay – I’m with you. They need to guard PVDS with their lives and not let him NEAR his son or anyone else (who could pass his son information) for that matter.

Did anyone hear that 13 others were arrested in connection to this case? I thought I heard it on FOX late last night? Anyone confirm this?
I keep thinking of Natalee’s family and what stamina they have… keep strong in the Faith~! I believe they may get their long awaited answers and am so thankful for the Dutch team in the Netherlands for working so hard on this case and taking it very seriously ~ and for others not giving up… prayerfully, there will be answers… let’s continue to pray for answers and i hope these monsters stop covering their butts and be men and speak truth… (I would like to think that the Aruban Gvm’t and it’s people would go after all involved in a cover up for putting their country in such economic chaos and financial pits)and have each one be accountable and responsible for their actions/non actions… shame on them… I hope all responsible are reminded they are not above the law and hiding truth is a no no… shame to put Natalee’s family through such pain and suffering not to mention their own country… (so selfish)…

Looking at that latest picture (update II) I hope all the media-attention, i.e. all the big cameras in Holland, at Aruba and at the Curacao-airport intimidate Urine so much he finally cracks! When he sees he’s back on all the frontpages and in the prime-time-news worldwide again as the ‘murderer’ of Natalee…
Maybe that gives even more weight to the new evidence and he finaly gets scared.
But on the other hand… Sociopaths are not so easily scared…
Well, the three plus Paulus have to be getting moreworn down. It is as if they have an infection that is uncurable. Joran gets slammed again, he has to be thinking, “when will it end”. It ends when they tell the truth, and the pressure is still increasing. If Paulus tries to pass info to Joran, he will get caught and put in the slammer too. Go ahead Paulus, try it, may be just what they want and are waiting for. Maybe the caption of Paulus advising Joran is “keep your back to the wall”.

But I suspect that a lot of theories will be exploded, mine among them. Fair enough; the truth IS out there, and I think that these efforts are sincere.
My biggest fear: the still-corrupt Aruban “legal” system. But I think Aruba has been put on notice that anyone who tries to manipulate things in the way they have been over the last 2.5 years is going to pay a very steep price.
We certainly will hang in there.
I personally think that van der Straaten, who said “I know she’s dead; I’ve seen the evidence,” ought to be subpoenaed for possible obstruction of justice. Ditto for chief cop Dompig, who stalled the water search.
And of course Paulus is a major issue ….
Let’s hope the day of reckoning is nigh.
My thoughts on the good Doctor:
Although Dr. Hodge makes for good reading and I’m sure his methods may gain future acceptance; but I liken his translation of Deepak’s email confession to the writings of
Nostra Damas. Find something that has happened and let me see if there is something written that fits it. As Penn of Penn and Teller says. Take one of the writings and predict what will happen, not what has happened. There was too much information known to be able to give an objective translation of the email. The Doctor is too specific about details. Details such as they made Natalee take off her clothes and raped her in the back seat. Each attack lasted 10 minutes; etc. He is too specific about the time of death; I don’t think Deepak looked at his watch just when Natalee may have died. He brings up that Natalee is in some surroundings like a container. The fisherman’s cage. Well a crypt, casket, and an air shaft can be interpreted the same.
How does he conclude she choked on her own vomit? Earlier statements that she was coming in and out of consciousness does not necessarily mean drugs. Usually with drugs you are out. But choking someone until they faint is a known practice in “Something Dreaming”. Whether it was used to enhance their pleasure or to subdue Natalee is open to speculation.
And the fact that Josey says that the three are only guilty of an accidental death and they panicked is bul$hit. I liken choking someone repeatedly to playing Russian roulette with and automatic pistol. It’s not like a revolver where it may happen; death with an automatic like choking will happen. Hence the charge should be manslaughter in the first degree. There should be a kidnapping charge as she was never taken back to her hotel as she screamed out the window. “Its ok, then they will take me back to the hotel”

Conspiracy to obstruct an investigation. Lying as a witness and improper disposing of a body. By his own admission that Natalee was incapacitated on the beach and he Joran left her defenseless that is a punishable crime on Aruba. Anyway you put it they/he is guilty of some charge; prosecuting without a cover up is another story.
He brings out that she is in the water, and that the boat driver and Joran disposed of Natalee all the while Joran’s father knew what happened. (Hence stop the bleeding)
Strange then that no conspiracy or cover up is mentioned. Why? Because if he did then it would prove that he is only paraphrasing and emphasizing what is already known.
I am in no way attacking the credentials of the Dr and I believe his method has merit; however here there was too much information and my opinion of his opinion is it was jaundiced from the get go.
By the way in my opinion, his time lines are way off also; only allowing 5 minutes to go from Joran’s to C and C’s. The attack on Natalee only lasted about 25 minutes. Natalee died at 2:00 am and Joran broke into the fisherman’s hut, put Natalee in a cage, got in touch with his father, got in touch with some one with a boat, went out to sea, disposed of Natalee, returned to shore, got a ride and returned to his house in less than two hours all without being seen. Sorry I’m a little skeptical on this one.
However it would match Paulus’s story about picking Joran up at 4:00AM now wouldn’t it?
The Birmingham psychologist sounds to me like a practitioner of pop psychology. Making too much out of too little. But he may be right regardless.
I hope Papa Perp does not have access to information/evidence, etc. since he is employed by the “justice” department. He could have access to sensitive information and could alter evidence or make is disappear. They better keep a good eye on Papa Perp!
If you recall, when the 3 perps were first arrested, Depak was in jail along with one of the security guards. Papa Perp who had unlimited access to Joran and the others told the 3 perps “no body, no case” as per one of the security guards.
Also, in the very beginning it was reported that one of the perps said “something bad happened”. Then is was washed away like it was never said, never followed up on. But then again, back then the police chief was Joran’s Godfather.

I agree that psychiatrist Hodges makes much out of very little and even looks a bit like Nostradamus… And he probably wouldn’t realy make the difference in a courtcase. But I think there’s something in his approach and it might be helpfull to get another perspective in an ongoing investigation. I even think his timeline actualy could be very, VERY close to the real timeline!

My theory, they took her out on a party boat, got her drunk, trashed her, and threw her overboard for laughs.
The sharks got her either before or after she drowned.
