A Mexican national infected with a highly contagious form of tuberculosis crossed the U.S. border 76 times and took multiple domestic flights in the last year, according to Customs and Border Protection interviews and documents obtained by The Washington Times.

Well, gee whiz, you wouldn’t want to violate his rights, would you?
(Of course, some might say that the public has a right to have its health safeguarded … but just look at the bonanza that this will give the lawyers.)
Something to think about. In the food handling business years ago…you have to have a chest x-ray for TB. When did that stop and why?

Anyway alot of UNDOCUMENTED workers are working in fast food chains, mom and pop shops and ever the larger restaurants.
We had to have a chest xray and a tb test to get a job at Mickey D’s, why not anymore?
