Below is the face of pedophile evil digitally unscrambled by Interpol. The image in question was found on the Internet to reveal the face of a man shown abusing boys in Vietnam and Cambodia. The pictures were released in an effort that someone would come forward who may know or have met this heinous individual.
Interpol released four reconstructed photos of the suspected pedophile on Monday in an unprecedented public appeal for help, hoping that someone, somewhere, will recognize the man whose identity and nationality remain a mystery. (Fox News)
Interpol made this unprecedented decision to release the the picture and let out some of their technology secrets in an effort to catch this pedophile who has been eluding them for years.
The international police organization obtained about 200 pictures posted on the internet showing 12 boys being sexually abused in Vietnam and Cambodia by the same man whose face is disguised with a digital whirl.

Meanwhile, neighboring Southeast Asian nations placed their borders on the lookout for the man, whom authorities described as a teacher whose digitally blurred image had appeared in Internet photos showing sexual abuse of boys.

Since he is taunting law enforcement and the general public with this little stunt, the mitigating circumstances add up to the Death by hanging in my book. Personally, I cannot believe these people can be rehabilitated. So what other use are they to society?

Ok…coming from a full-time IT professional…admiting to how this was accomplished was the MOST STUPID thing anyone could have ever done. They may as well have hung themselve. Wanna know why?
Simply common sense. You see, the perp put his picture on line and did not realize that it could be manilpulated back…NOW…they ALL know. Making it worse, those who are savvy enough (at least 2 brain cells) know how to do an image capture. In other words…they can go ahead and swirl or distort the image then use what is called a “capture” and eliminate ALL ability to then manipulate that picture.
My GOD! Let’s just tell them how we track everything. So stupid to have let that out. That is the most ignorant mistake I’ve seen since John Kerry admitted to the military working on “Bunker Busters” during the debate with Bush. I thought Bush was going to walk over and strangle him based on the look on his face.

you guys really should step down a little… really.
1.: everybody with a basic knowledge of photoshop knows the “twirl” filter. you just re-apply it centered on the distorted (twirled) area with negative direction. since this filter shows a preview before you apply it, you know exactly how much you have to twirl. so… speaking of sophisticated interpol technology is just a joke. but it seems to impress a lot of you. doh!
2.: although child molesting is a horrible thing, it’s still not the same as child murder. you guys remind me of the stupid peasants with torches in the “frankenstein” movies.
what about that: you guys each upload a pic of yourself and then we do a contest about how much pedophile and/or ugly you look! get real… this guy looks totally average.
