RSSBREAKING: Boyfriend, Bobby Cutts, Confesses to Murder of Missing Ohio Woman Jessie Davis (UPDATE: JESSIE DAVIS found Deceased)
There is a news conference scheduled by law enforcement in Canton, OH at 5:00 pm 
eastern. Authorities have also called off the search. This most likely can only mean one thing. The family of Jessie Davis has also been asked to come to the Sheriff’s Dept in Canton. It is obvious that the police have attained new information in the case of missing Jessie Davis that would warrant a stop in the search.
It is being reported at Foxnews.com that Bobby Cutts has confessed to the murder of missing 9 month pregnant Jessie Davis
WHBC radio reported Saturday that Bobby Cutts Jr. confessed to killing Jessie Davis, the pregnant woman who disappeared in northeastern Ohio, last week. He is reportedly leading authorities to the locations where she and her unborn child were buried.

Perez said the body was found in Summit County, not far from Davis’ home in Stark County’s Lake Township. The Repository newspaper in Canton reported the body was found in a lake.
UPDATE V: Police Search Home of Classmate of Jessie Davis Murder Suspect
Myisha Ferrell was not at her Canton apartment at 1245 Oxford Ave. NW Saturday night when Stark County sheriff’s deputies were looking for DNA trace evidence, including blood, hair and fibers “which may be used as evidence of the crime of obstructing justice,” according to the search warrant signed by Stark County Common Pleas Judge John Haas.
The following were the list of items removed from the home.
Deputies smashed through the door of Ferrell’s apartment shortly before 8 p.m. as neighbors gathered in the street.
Officers removed about eight brown paper evidence bags and several smaller envelope-sized bags from the apartment.
The warrant showed they were looking for pillows, a bed sheet, a cell phone, cleaning supplies including bleach, children’s clothing, men’s or women’s clothing, gloves, and the DNA evidence.

So I will shed some tears for this family.
Jessie took his a$$ to court for child support garnishment coz he didn’t want to support the boy on his own. Cutt’s wasn’t happy about this new baby coz Jessie already showed him that she wasn’t going to let him off the hook with his son. Sadly i feel if she hadn’t asked the courts to make him support his own child (soon to be children) she & the baby would still be alive. Its all good when someone else is paying the bills but when he he knew the courts would make him live up to his responsibilty of the new baby just like the first child, he decided he didn’t want to pay and that their lives were expendable.
I am wondering the same as SM, why no just leave?

Also I heard Cutts’s wife had no clue Jessie was pregnant until she was missing.

It is ironic that Cutts would work as a police officer, then go homicidal over a child support order. The police and DA’s should have the resolve to go after any of his buddies who tried to provide an alibi.
Sick, sick, sick. Our world gets more and more depressing. I was wondering today how long it would take for Cutts to crack after watching thousands of volunteers turning out to search for Jessy and her baby.
I’m unable to explain a world where men are killing the mother of their children and the unborn child. Think of the little 2 year old boy who now must live his life without his dirt bag father and his mother.

Just think Cutts left the little boy by himself for the night, after the little boy saw his father murder his mother and roll her in the comforter. Hey Miss-U….i’m suprised and very he didn’t kill Blake but leaving the boy alone in that house with stairs and caustic puddle of bleach in the floor makes me think he was hoping the boy would hurt himself & die as in falling down those stairs and breaking his neck or something. At the least this boy could’ve been blinded had he got bleach in his eyes and no one arround to help him.

Did ya notice one of the police stpped up to the mic saying he doesn’t think the whole dept. of theirs isn’t looked at in a bad light coz of one bad cop? I hope that higher ups put this dept. under the scope to make sure none of them helped Cutt’s.
Seems i heard early on that other cops were saying that Cutt’s was being railroaded. I bet he doesn’t get the death penalty but having been a cop the general population will be keeping him looking over his shoulder every minute of the rest of his stinking life!
I am saddened by the news, but expected it all along. As soon as I learned this man had allowed himself to be filmed/interviewed and was sitting on the floor, rocking, crying, and saying how hard is was to be “treated as a suspect” all hope left me.
I wondered about him from the moment I learned there was a discrepency in the time he said his son was to be picked up, and when Jessie told her mother BC was picking his son up. BC’s wife being silent said volumes as well.
Also gotta feel for BC’s wife and kids. What they must be going through. His family has to be overwhelmed in an entirely different way. Remember, both Jessie AND Mrs. Cutts are victims of Bobby. Oh…let’s not forget to mention how BC’s fellow officers must feel!! They’ll be escorting him around and take note of the looks on their faces. It will be of pure disgust for this creature.
I tell you what, I am always for death penatly. In THIS case I want the guy in prison for a while in the general population. Know what they do to dirty cops in prison? MORE than that…what they do to child-molesters or men who kill women? Lord Almighty, our boy is going to have a bounty on his head that rivals nothing else!!!

I’m getting the sense that Cutt’s wife didn’t know about the second baby coming. When asked in that audio interview he states that Kelly knew of the relationship with Jessie but *can’t remember* HOW LONG Kelly’s known about it.
My heart is just broken for Jessie’s poor family. I just don’t understand how our world can be so screwed up. Such a young, pretty girl with her entire life ahead of her. Can we ever really know anyone?? I am sending my prayers and love to her family and friends….
A few days ago when I watched the interview with Mr. Cutts, I thought it was really strange when he started telling how he hadn’t slept and felt bad and blah blah poor me never once mentioning how awful what his son witnessed or mentioning worry about the missing mother of his daughter. He was the victim, much like VDS and the Kalpoes. One would think he would be frantic wanting to know where she was if he really cared.
My neighbor growing up killed his wife for money purposes, burned her till her skull was the only thing left and threw that in the river. She was divorcing him and they were well to do, but most of it was inherited farm land from her family. He’s doing life. Was in the same place as Gotti. The story about it was on Forensic Files on Court TV last year. CSI used part of the story in one of their shows.
How does one ever think losing a little money is worse than the death penalty or life in prison?! Have to be psycho.

Interesting, but when this story first broke…IMMEDIATELY, I knew the bf did it. I am not a racist, however I did think….what was wrong with this girl that twice she would get pregnant with a man’s child when she knows he is married to someone else. Right away, even an outsider can detect that there is definetly TENSION in this relationship. Then, when the media reported that the child saw something and that “Mommy was in the rug”, my heart sank. This had an arguement (which I beleive led to murder) written all over it right from the start. I do wish that SOME young, white women in general would stop and think about what their attraction is to badass black dudes. While not all African American Men should be categorized as murderers, time and time again white women have picked the wrong men to have their children with! It really is a sad situation that now a child will be raised without the love and support of his own biological parents. Also let’s keep in mind that Bobby Cutts had a wife and another family who are innocent as well. This man did not have a stellar law enforcement career to boot and seems as if he had a hard time of keeping something in his pants!!!!!!!

Don’t compare Jessie with good, moral Laci Peterson. Jessie played with fire and got burnt. Laci was not an adultress and homewrecker. Jessie’s mom said Jessie thought she had fallen in love with a single man, and her sister said she had never done anything wrong in her life. Give me a break! Jessie still saw him and got pregnant again. Jessie had to take Cutts to court to get child support. What nmade her think that he would be any different with the second pregnancy/child?

The arrest of Lil Blake’s father Bobby Cutts Jr has prompted many different emotions here in small town Ohio and will set off debate as more and more information is found out and released .
Yesterday I spoke with a classmate from HS about Cutts and his remembrances of him and as he recalled Cutts went to a predominately White High school ( Glen Oak North Canton Ohio )and Cutts never really lived in inner city Canton
This man said that as he remembered Cutts always went for the young pretty Caucasian girls rather then the few Black girls that also went to Glenn Oak .
It seems that Cutts has sort of became sort of a chameleon portraying which ever race that would behoove him at the particular time .
The NAACP here has come out with some very outrageous and unnecessary statements that I feel were very premature IE: ”Bobby Cutts cannot recieve a fair trial in Canton Ohio .”
This being said even BEFOR any aresst had been made . Now figure that one out .
It is also being rumored Of a possable infatuation that Jessies mother ( Ms Porter had had for Cutts also besides Jessie being involved with him for 5 out of the 6 years that he was married . Now that sort of seems odd to me. to have had a relationship go on so long and never be found out by the wife of the married man . Can we all say ”The wife must have had blinders on ? ” .
Well all said and done at least the family now knows what the fate of their daughter is and that at least will be some kind of relief for them .
I also want to say that Tim Miller and Equa- search did a wonderful Job coordinating the searches even though the cooperation that they received from local law enforcement agency’s were sometimes lacking.
I think that some law enforcement officials are extremely ENVIOUS and JEALOUS of Tim and His groups resolve and ability’s to GET THINGS DONE ! Where they can’t because of all their bureaucratic red tape and so like the case of NH in Aruba they try to tie Tim’s people up in it also ,and even though I have never talked to Tim in person Far too busy with the search at the time, I see that he is NOT A MAN to ever be taken lightly and will never easily be tied up in red Tape if he can at all help it .
I cannot tell you all in words just how much I admire this man and all who are in his group as they carry themselves far high and above what the average American does .
I was just lucky enough to see and experience them first hand though it was a sad situation,

Ok, who didn’t see THIS coming as the end result of the investigation?? There were only two chances that Cutts wasn’t responsible for that woman’s disappearance: SLIM and NONE. I recall reports during the Peterson case that an analysis of criminal cases nationwide revealed that pregnant murder victims are killed by the fathers of their unborn children an overwhelming majority of the time. Given the other evidence in this case, it would have been shocking if Cutts had NOT been involved.
I was watching Geraldo last night with Jesse’s mom and Tim Miller. As I watched Mr. Miller being the pillar of strength for Jesse’s mom, I imagine it would be very hard not to go back to a time when he was faced with his own search for his daughter and the pain he most have felt. Yet he stands side by side with parents who have to travel that road. Takes a stellar of a man to go thru this for other ppl. He is a true caring advocate for the families of missing persons and those ppl he searches for. God Bless you Mr. Miller.

Yes he is Miss-U! I heard many many people so thankful for Tim’s help, Tim offers what he didn’t have when his daughter went missing & found murdered. You can’t put a price on that. I’m reading there is a new name being thrown in the mix, Myisha Ferrell. A high school friend, and I’d say the cell phone records implicated the 2 of them together. For a while, I was thinking may be both Bobby and his wife because it was a lot for one person to do. I mean, that is far fetched…but she would probably not be pleased at the thought of Jessie pregnant, and some women can be that way. Glad to see this must not be the case here.
Now, we see it’s Bobby and another “female friend”. How many are shocked?

Maybe he wasn’t Jesse’s boyfriend anymore after she took him to court for child support. She could of been trying to end the relationship. She did the right thing, she was entitled to support for their son.

You can lead a horse to water, but you can’t make him drink unless he wants to. Never saw a man who was stolen unless he wanted to be. Jessie’s mom said she knew everything about Bobby, that Jessie did and since Jesse disappeared, her mom has learned lots of stuff about Bobby, she didn’t know, so she knew Jessie didn’t know. I think Jessie was in love with this man, clearly his only goal was to wreck havoc on every woman he was near and seems successful at that.
Mayan, he was free for 3 years the case went unsolved until the woman’s daughter hired a private eye to look into her mom missing. The detective found out the daughter’s dad recently broke up with his gf. They went to talk to her and she told all. She was with him when he killed her. The father ran around for 3 years planting ideas she ran off with another man etc. spent one evening telling us, cops didn’t know what they were talking about blaming him. Turned out to be a real sicko. He got a new trial after his first conviction due to a technical problem. I went to school with his kids for years, they lived about a half a mile or so from us. The first trial his son testified against him, before the second trial his son was found shot in the ocean at Seal Beach in California. Noone has ever been convicted for that. The man and his wife built a new home before all this and the daughter and son in law had also close by it, while the guy was in jail waiting trial, both homes burned down, ruled arson, cops believed he had something to do with it. The guys new gf came out to jail and shot the jail up trying to break him out one night. She was given prison time. Grew up in a quiet little town. That would have to be the biggest story that town has ever seen.

Once the “taking advantage of” starts, who here actually needs explaination of what happens next? The woman begins to feel less secure because the man isn’t marrying her. Woman MUST stop believing if they have sex with a man he will love her. Normally, just the opposite. He sees she has not solid set of morals. And don’t give me your garbage about that being and “old way of thinking”. I used to think the opposite when in my teens and 20′s…even early 30′s. Now in my 40′s, I see the crisis such behavior is causing. The family unit is almost a thing of the past. Anything goes, unless it’s a conservative view.
America and the rest of the world is getting just what they are asking for…they just don’t know it. If you play with fire you get burned. Why aren’t people saying THAT is just an “old way of thinking”. Goes the same for loose/unmarried sex and child bearing. No one wants to pay the piper after the fact and fun.

I knew that SOB! did it b4 the cops did! of course he killed her and the baby! he was FUC*ing married. she was having his 2nd child. she already took him to court, he was pissed and he killed her. I was so pissed hearing how he checked out and he’s not a suspect in this case, lol he was the first and only person i thought of. That poor child and her family, and her, having to die the way she did.

Moonscape … did you forget to activate your brain before you put your mouth in gear? This case has everything to do with race because Cutts is a racist. FACT: all of Bobby Cutts victims were white. He targets white women exclusively for sexual exploitation. Plantation owners in the old South did the same thing to black women and that was a hate crime. Cutts vented his racial hate for whites by exploiting fools like Jessie Davis. And Davis was not the only one. The point is that Cutts is a racist because he targeted white women to satisfy his lust for them.

My daughter,Michelle Angela Yarnell, went missing nearly 4 years ago. Her husband goes on living his life,as normal,I think. He went missing over 2 years ago,as well. But he did this to get away with the pressure on him.
At the risk of looking like a totally crazy woman,I pray every day that my daughter is found so that “maybe” the police would look for and find the perpetrater.
I live and breath missing people. I,as a distraught grieving mother, would lay done my life to find just one other mother’s child.
