August 8, 2005 Joran’s police statement.
He was informed once again that there are direct friends that have explained that he has crapped on friends and asked them to lie about sexual activities with a girlfriend of his friends. These boys say that he takes them always in the maling (?) and manipulates.
He was faced once again with the declaration of the girl Martina, who was given something to drink, offered at the sexual community with him and as a result of which her lips tingled.
The suspect did not react.
Then a number of confrontations concerning the date of giving statements by different witnesses, the omissions and the declarations of suspects themselves and the omissions in the declarations of the suspects are presented to the suspect and the timeline of giving the different statements.

The suspect was asked to take off his shoes. The suspect looked for support from his lawyer, they did not look at him however and he starts to write. He once again made an urgent request, with a slap on table.
The interrogator asked him last why he on that day wore size 14 K-Swiss shoes, whereas he now has on size 10.5. After the suspect showed me his shoe, I pressed on the nose (toe) of the shoe and felt that the toes of the suspect were right and fit appropriate in the shoe.
The suspect did not react further.

There was this blonde American female tourist that tried to get Joran and Geoffrey in trouble. They say some photos of her at the HI. They thought she was hot and any easy pick so they wanted to have a little fun with her at C and C’s. She ended up slapping Geoffrey and when Joran made his advances; she tried to file a report to the police against both of them.
Joran will point her out to me when we go to the casino. Joran is going to try and bring her over to my place before she leaves Aruba. If Joran can get her I think we should teach the little slut a lesson she won’t forget. Anita won’t be home and neither will my other boys; it will be perfect if he can get her. We’ll teach her a lesson and then bring her back to her hotel. She won’t remember a thing. You know; why not asked Freddie to come over and video tape our lesson.
We have done this to other tourist at least twenty times before and nothing has ever gone wrong.
But something bad happened didn’t it Paulus? Natalee was a virgin. There was blood on the mattress. Natalee was slipping in and out of consciousness when she stopped breathing. You all tried to revive her unsuccessfully. You know you could not report this to the police because jan van der Straaten was already there. You tried to find information on the internet about drug interaction. You called your buddy at the funeral home. He told you he would send someone over from the church and wait for you to bring Natalee; but you had to come up with some amnesia money.
You placed her in your truck, went to the ATM and then went to the cemetery.
The caretaker placed her temporarily in a crypt until everyone could figure out what to do with the body.
Later your truck was confiscated so no evidence could be found.
Later you found out the caretaker and Benson tried to collect Natalee’s reward money and you had both of them killed.
You thought you had plenty of time to secure your no body you have no case.
You got rid of Natalee’s body and clothing.
However; you left behind Natalee’s underwear that Anita found.
Aruba could not let it be known that a prominent judge, other officials and their sons were involved in date rape schemes. Aruba’s tourist business would go straight down the tubes.
Keon and Guido are your weakest links, so you had to get them out of the country. Jan is a bag of nerves and he got shipped to Bonaire.

You are missing the point. You have to think like a perp. Teach the “slut” a lesson does not happen when the victim is totally conscious. There is no physical pain induced so there are no tell tail scars or wounds. Taking advantage of someone who is totally defenseless is what they want. Having non-consensual sex and leaving the victim with bits and pieces of what happened is the purpose. Police had every right to think of Richard Ricci as a suspect in ELizabeth Smarts kidnapping. He had several arrests one including attempted murder of a cop. Later Mary Catherine gave a description of the man they did a drawing of which looked just like the man who took Elizabeth eliminating Richard. In 2 years not one person has been able to say Natalee was at the beach, other than the 3 proven liars.
Early in the investigation, the only description police could garner from Mary Katherine was a white male believed to be in his 30′s. He was about 5’8” and a medium build. The suspect had dark hair and was wearing a tan jacket and a white or tan baseball cap. The police extended their search to Idaho and Wyoming.
Police questioned everyone they could find, including a local milkman who was seen sleeping in his car. He became a suspect until he was finally cleared.
A handyman, Richard Ricci, who once did odd jobs for the Smarts was the subject of intense focus for the Salt Lake City Police Department. The Smarts were unaware that Ricci had been in and out of prison for the past three decades, convicted of several burglaries and the attempted murder of a police officer. Police even found stolen property from the Smart’s home at Ricci’s trailer.
Ricci who steadfastly denied having anything to do with Elizabeth’s abduction, was arrested for burglary, while the police and the FBI fine tuned their investigation.

What kind of drugs would she use and where would she have gotten them?

If all this was consensual and instigated by Natalee; then what happened?
If she was the one who wanted all this and it became apparent that she was physically in trouble, then why didn’t Joran call the police or the EMTs?
Or for that matter: if she had died while in their presence why not drop her off at some remote area of the beach or near her hotel?

It was not a simple drug overdose, it was not a simply that Natalee passed out and choked, or had a seizure, which would have been simple to prove. It was not a plain murder by one person, which would have been proven. It was a case of intentional shopping for a victim to drug, rape and murder by various seedy, evil, maggot bearing boys and men. It was so heinous that the ALE felt a need to cover up and hide from ppl. The crime was so vile that it would shock, even the ALE who were not involved. Elizabeth Smart was found with the LAST KNOWN PERSON she was seen with. Cops had every right to think of Mr. Ricci as a suspect. He had stolen items from the Smart home while working there, that were found in his possession on a home search. Don’t come on here and paint Mr. Ricci as if he was a saint who was crucified. The cop he shot was on tv and said if he hadn’t made it behind his car when he did, that Mr. Ricci would’ve killed him. You make it sound like he was a saint who was just picked out of the blue, and made a suspect.
Mr. Ricci was not the last known person with Elizabeth, he did not lie to police about Elizabeth’s condition, he did not lie and say he dropped her off at her house and 2 black guys were outside waiting on her, he did not describe sexual activity of all kinds, he didn’t get 2 others together and make up lies about her and what took place, his father didn’t say no body, no case, he didn’t frame 2 other men for her disappearance,,etc..so hence he was cleared as a suspect, he didn’t do repeated interviews and contradict himself constantly. The total opposite of those who were with Natalee that night.

Eventually, van der Sloot and his friends Deepak and Satish Kalpoe admitted that the Holiday Inn story was a lie. According to police documents, the Kalpoe brothers then turned on van der Sloot, saying neither of them had driven him home from the beach that night.
Van der Sloot said they were lying.
“Well, the thing that, the only explanation I can get for that is, at that point, if they would have said that they picked me up, that all the, everything goes toward them because then that would mean that they dropped me off at my house and I went to sleep. And then they had a car and they could have basically done anything they wanted,” he said.

BETH HOLLOWAY TWITTY: I know one thing that Deepak Kalpoe did in August was, when the gardener came before the judge of instruction to give sworn testimony of witnessing those three suspects together in the Kalpoe brothers’ car that night at the pond, across the street from the Marriott, it was in front of the prosecutor, in front of the defense, the judge of instruction, Deepak and Satish Kalpoe, Joran Van Der Sloot.
Deepak panicked. He panicked when the gardener gave that testimony. That very afternoon, he called an Aruban girl to help him establish an alibi. She, in turn, panicked. She called FBI. She dialed the 1-877-NATALEE number and told them that she did not want to be involved in this.

Elizabeth disappeared out of her bedroom in the middle of a country with 300,000,000 people living in it. The last known person Elizabeth was seen with, was the one she was found with… Noone came into the bedroom kidnapped her and “dropped her off at at beach at 3am” in a foreign country because she wanted to stay there alone” and he had to get up for work the next day or school. They took her with them, because the sole purpose of the trip was to kidnap Elizabeth. Just as the sole trip for those 3 was to get a Mountain Brook girl that night. He had been planning it for hours that day. I hardly think it was to plan getting a MB girl to take her to the beach and forget his condom and go home.
Police had every right to consider Mr Ricci as one of the number one suspects due to his past criminal record and theft of the Smart’s home. John Evander Couey had a record of burglary as did Richard Davis in the Polly Klass case.

Do a proper comparision.. When is the last time you seen the last known person to be with a missing/murdered person who frames others for a crime, lies to her family, the police about where he took her and what he did with her, about her condition, got together to make more lies with the father and the other 2 guys, called her a body the day after she’s missing, said she hit her head, used to deceit to get the girl, was illegally in a club and casino, lied to the parents he didn’t know her, told the cops one of his friends raped and buried her and take the cops to show them where, photoshop their picture on a picture of the missing girls picture months before he knew her, did repeated interviews changing their story and lying time and time again,mother and father are on tape lying, got together to make up stories while the father of the girl is digging in 100+ heat in a dump for his daughter, never went out to look for her, framed 2 men for murder and kidnapping while saying oh I thought she would show up in a crack house, say he thought she probably went back to her hotel after everything she told him, yet say she didn’t want to go back to her hotel, slander the girls character, everything they have her doing or saying is completely out of character for Natalee, because it never happened. Held a conversation that said if they find the girl, they will see that shit with the 2 others who were present with him, or have them tell him he will get 15 years if they find herand it goes on and on. His shoes are missing and he says he wears a 14.5 and yet is wearing at size 10 when they question him, He walked home barefoot, Deepak picked him up, Satish did, they all dropped Natalee off then went home, we went to the lighthouse, we didn’t go. Name one who turned out to be 100% innocent, who engaged in that!

On your question of what it was like on Monday, May 30, 2005, in the nighttime hours, when Deepak and I dropped off Joran and the missing American girl north of the Marriott, I can answer you the following:
I cannot you say what it was like because I sat in my brother Deepak’s car. I also didn’t look up to see if there were clouds.
You advise me that on Monday, 30 May 2005, in the nighttime hours three fishermen were on the beach north of the “Marriott hotel” and that they at no time had seen our car in the vicinity of the hotel. On your question how can I explain that, I will tell you the following:
When Deepak’s car was parked at the north side of the Marriott hotel, Joran and the missing girl immediately stepped out and walked in the direction of the beach. The three men could not have seen Deepak and I because we did not walk to the beach. (With Joran the suspect Joran Andreas Petrus van der SLOOT is meant; observation JACOBS).
You inform me that these three men were on the beach north of the “Marriott hotel” for fishing and at no moment did they see Joran with the missing American “Natalee Ann HOLLOWAY” on the beach or near the beach converging separately.
