I heard on the news that a group in Boston is training monkeys to help handicapped people; like service dogs with hands!
Chimps are Apes. It doesn’t really matter for our purposes here, but everytime Letterman called King Kong a giant monkey, I’d say, “he’s an Ape, dammit!” One not so insignificant detail is that our DNA is 98% the same as that of a gorilla and 99% the same as a chimp. In other words, if you have the same blood type, you could get a transfusion from a chimp.
