Great podcast. I find it is very entertaining and educational in the same time. This podcast improves my day thank you for sharing it with me !
He never saw so much blood in his life??? If that’s not a confession, what is? Unfortunately, this case could have had better prosecution but still, I think jury nullification played a major role and many on the jury, fresh from riots and racial strife, were determined not to convict no matter the evidence presented.
It is sad when outside issues are allowed to play a part in our judicial system but I realize that where there are different races, there will always be racism to some degree or other. Ugly side of human nature I think but OJ was the epitome of an American success story. If anyone deserved not to have the race card played, it was he in this trial.
And this is one of the cases that brought Greta van Sustren to national prominence. As with Joran van der Sloot and even Scott Peterson to a lesser degree, guess who she was “inclined to believe”? Yep!
If you get a chance to watch Larry King tonight on the rerun,, its about the OJ Simpson fox special and book with some of the people from the trial, including JQK.
