Southwest Airlines could actually use what happened on their flight as a possible marketing 
ad. It would appear that Carl Persing and Dawn Sewell are in a world of trouble. Why? Oh performing a sex act on a plane after flight attendants told them to stop. Carl, was it worth it?
“Persing was observed nuzzling or kissing Sewell on the neck, and … with his face pressed against Sewell’s vaginal area. During these actions, Sewell was observed smiling,” reads the indictment filed by the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
On a second warning from the flight attendant, Persing snapped back threatening the flight attendant with “serious consequences” if he did not leave them alone.
The comment was enough to have the couple, both in their early 40s, arrested when the plane reached its destination in Raleigh, North Carolina, and charged with obstructing a flight attendant and with criminal association. (Breitbart)
You gotta love liars, excuse me lawyers. What ridiculous explanation did Persing’s defense attorney dream up to explain what he was doing on the Southwest Airlines flight from Los Angeles? He stated that “his client was not feeling well when he placed his head on his companion’s lap.” Of course he was. What creative minds they have. If found guilty, the two could be sent to jail for up to 20 years … Wanna Get Away? Or is it go away for 20?

Hey this could be a real money maker here. They could charge extra rent for the restroom, or just make a couple of seats lovers lane and charge an extra fee. “Fly the overly friendly skys”

Eewww — How gross! No wonder we now need men (or ladies who have extensive Karate training) as flight attendents. This man Carl wanted to “continue” when the flight attendant had already warned them to quit it? Meaning, that if the flight attendant kept hounding him until he “finished”, he was going to get up and beat the flight attendant up. That, is how I would have interpreted “Carl’s” threat. Yes, Pershing and Sewell should be prosecuted and appropriate punishment meted out. I have to admit 20 years in the slammer is a little steep — how about both of them being banned from flying on any commerial airlines ever again???? Then if they want to engage in lurid and lavacious acts they can do so in the privacy of their own private jet, closing the door to the airplane cockpit area, so the crew aren’t subject to watching, or hearing them!!!!
Ohhh — they can’t afford to pay for a private plane to fly them where they want to go…. Too Bad –So Sad. Stay on the ground and take the car or a boat (and go to their stateroom when the “URGE” hits them). People like that need to learn to deal with their selfish unconcern for other people!!!!
They certainly had no regard for other passengers — who probably had felt no other polite recourse other than to complained to flight attendant! I know I certainly wouldn’t want to fly with that high-jinx being carried on in the next seats, across the aisle…
And by the way… If Carl just placed his head on Dawns lap her clothing would have been in the way — when the flight attendant obviously saw Carl’s mouth on Dawn’s vagina — that meant her skirt was obviously pushed up and she had no underware on –that makes this act a far cry from “SIMPLY” resting his head ON her lap!!!!!!
This is an outrage! Where is the ALCU?, these people have rights. If you can’t bump uglies in the friendly skies,
what’s next? First you take away sex, then our firearms,
then our freedom of speech (blogs) and then the freedom
of the press, then…..Rumsfield resigns and Nancy
Pelosi becomes speaker of the house, then pilots won’t be able to fly drunk……it never ends…..
Seriously folks, have flown quite a bit in my day and
yes the mile high club is probably real in more
private settings, like private jets etc.
As far as so called public transportation 35,000 feet in the air, the only thing we want are peanuts, a soda, NO
Turbulence (that includes inside as well as outside of the
plane and a safe landing.
You don’t threaten flight attendants, NO MATTER what and you don’t say “hi jack” to friend John on the plane.
Southwest Air did the right thing by warning them and authorities did the right thing by arresting them.
If they wan’t to do that, rent a privat plane, they have no right to do that in public

Fly Southwest, you get peanuts, complimentary drinks.

He probably has a sex addiction or really more than that, he is an addict!! He needed to be grounded!! It’s scary to think that “lust” took him that far, void of common sense and proprioty/morals….
He could not have thought it was Ok that everyone approved. He is a sicko and so is she!!
First of all the flight attendant was GAY so he was probably uncomfortable seeing two heterosexuals “canoodling”.
Then he wouldn’t let them have a drink (they weren’t drunk…they even gave them a test when they got off the plane and neither of them were drunk) then every time Carl started to fall asleep, the flight attendant would wake him up and tell him he couldn’t sleep so Carl got mad and got into a little bit of a verbal “tif” with the attendant.
You’re all missing the point. “Obstructing a flight attendant”? Is that a crime? It seems it is after 9/11. And the only good that comes out of this? flight attendants can be a–holes, behave like crying babies and punish anyone they dislike. I don’t aprove people having sex in public (and certainly not over the seat that I’m about to use), but calling that a crime and punish the perpetrator with 20 years is asinine.
Check what’s going on in all the airports, subways, streets. Thousands of non-educated “operatives” now have the power to put you in jail just because you’re not nice enough to them. Plus, they can call it Protection of America and be proud of it. If you wonder why the terrorist didn’t attack again, why should they bother? They’ve won already…
I am the Dawn spoken of in this case. I am happy to say I haven’t looked at any of these sites in a while and I have stopped letting it consume me. I must admit, I haven’t seen this blog. I just want to set the record straight. Carl and this flight attendant may have had words and somehow I got thrown into the mess. This was between the two of them. It is true that Carl was not feeling well. He did in fact lay his head in my lap and went to sleep. I love him. I love taking care of him and running my fingers through his hair in an effort to comfort him. This is why I was smiling. This flight attendant, Frank, jumped to his own conclusions and made the mistake of sharing his beliefs with other flight attendants. He came over to us to deal with the “situation” and must have realized he was wrong. IN FACT I TOLD him that Carl was sick and asleep. Frank created the scenario for attention and to gain recognition from his bosses, so he started yelling and accussing us of things that I KNOW I would NEVER do in public. The only thing Carl told Frank was to get out of his face because WE felt threatened. Frank is a freak. This has all been one long nightmare. I am letting go of it. I am going to stop seeking vengence with this liar and moving on with my life. I need closure. I know what comes around goes around and I find comfort in the fact that Frank will have to answer to a higher authority one day. You should know all the facts before writing hurtful things about people you don’t even know. Happy Holidays 2008.
