Natalee Holloway: Aruba passes the buck to the Dutch
Aruba officials want Dutch to take over the Holloway case. What a novel idea, too bad the decision did not come 15 months earlier. What is the point after all this time and effort put into the initial investigation to cover up what really happened and shelter those responsible.
ORANJESTAD, Aruba — Aruban authorities want Dutch police to take over the investigation of the disappearance of American teenager Natalee Holloway, who vanished in the Caribbean island more than one year ago, a local newspaper reported Friday.
(Fox News)
Such a request for help from Rudy Croes to the Dutch should have been made in August 2005, not 2006. Talk about working on “island time”. Is this just one more PR effort in futility to make it appear as if Aruba is trying to do something? Or is this the opportunity for the Dutch to step in and do what should have been done since day one.
Pass the Buck … Aruban style

Read the statements for what they are from the witnesses and suspects, re-interview the suspects, re-arrest the suspects and charge them with a crime. For all the talk of the interrogations that were done, the line of questioning and re-questioning was nothing for that a joke.
Too bad Aruba did not pass the buck from day one. Where were you when the FBI offered to help in this matter?

[...] The Dutch police are supposed to be looking at the Natalee Holloway case as a cold case. Peter de Vries just recently did a rather controversial TV show in Holland regarding Natalee’s disappearance. Now the defense wants all suspects removed from the list? Draw your own conclusions. [...]
