Two Arrests Made in ‘Serial Shooter’ killings in Phoenix, AZ area

Little details have been released; however, police have made two arrests in the serial shooter killings in the Phoenix, AZ area. According two local reports, the suspects were arrested at an apartment complex in Mesa. One suspect is the alleged shooter and the other is considered theÃ‚ alleged driver.
