Sniper on the Loose in Indiana, Interstate 65 Kills One
According to reports a sniper shot at two vehicles Sunday morning on I-65 in Indiana killing one and injuring another.
Authorities closed a 14-mile stretch of the interstate in the area, about 40 miles south of Indianapolis.
A preliminary investigation showed the sniper fired from either the roadway or an overpass, state police said in a news release.
Authorities have not stated whether the two shootings are related. I think we remember all too well the DC sniper that killed so many innocent lives in 2002.
