A couple of new wrinkles come from the National Enquirer story from last week. We
find out that the girl, Kristina Pedersen, was an “enterprising young freelance photographer”. According to the interview, Joran Van der Sloot does not seem to have learned from the error of his ways as he still is “drinking, cutting classes, chasing girls and going to bars until 4am”. Not quite the conduct that someone who was in jail for four months would be doing. However, it was not like Deepak didn’t go back to Carlos & Charlie’s as well. David Wright of the National Enquirer reports this rather differing point that was allegedly told to Kristina Pedersen by Joran Van der Sloot.
He said after they left C & C, they didn’t go straight to the beach, they went to his home. The Kalpoe brothers waited outside and he and Natalee went inside for a while. Now, that raises an interesting question because his father was of course in the house. Now,did the father meet Natalee that night?

Geraldo: How did you get this interview?
David Wright: Well, I had been in Arnem where he was studying Geraldo. Also in Arnem was an enterprising young freelance photographer named Christina Pederson. She spent several days in Arnem getting to know Joran very well and we ended up working together.
Geraldo: Was she posing as a reporter, a girlfriend?
DW: She met him on campus, and she really was able to provide an insight into Joran that we haven’t seen before.
Geraldo: So what was the headline of the insight?
DW: One of the most interesting things, I naively assumed that having been lucky enough to get out of jail he would be on his best behavior. But, I observed him for couple of weeks and he is the same old Joran. He is drinking, cutting classes, chasing girls and going to bars until 4am
Geraldo: Did he make any admissions to your undercover?
DW: Well, he made an interesting admission that we haven’t heard before. He said after they left C&C, they didn’t go straight to the beach, they went to his home. The Kalpoe brothers waited outside and he and Natalee went inside for a while. Now, that raises an interesting question because his father was of course in the house. Now, did the father meet Natalee that night?
Is that one of the questions the police had to ask the father when they arrested him?

I have to agree with GG. National Enquirer is not a reliable letigimate source.
The National Enquirer is not worth commenting on,so I wont.It is sad that it is being reported as news and even more sad that it is being used as the gospel.

It is so easy to blame a young Dutch man for the missing of Natalee. Have you ever thought about other options ?
I thought in the American lifestyle “alien abduction” and “close encounters of the third kind” would be dominating the press.
Personally, I still think it is one of the two Suriname brothers who knows a little more. They all left with a girl boozed out on the beach, somebody returned (who knew she was boozed out). But why Jordan ? he had multiple times sex with her (at his home and at the beach). I personally think one of the Suriname brothers, wanted some sex, knew she was laying there wasted, and things got out of hands.

It is not bad enough that all the supposedly responsible journalists on cable news want to make a mockery of this story – then of course we have to throw the National Enquirer into the mix. No wonder so many of you were ready to believe every word of Jossy Manure. When will some of you ever learn – this story has not been about finding Natalee it has been about making money! Total bunch of garbage!

joran is a ticking time bomb. it’s only a matter of time ’til he gets drunk enough to spill the story in detail or trys a repeat performance.
i’m not an enquirer fan but i’m sure that university is full of attractive girls who would love to be the one to break this case. the story will just make more of them eager to try.
All i know is you sometimes find truth in the strangest places. It is hard to believe because it is the National Enquirer, but you just never know. I mean look at the photos of Kate Moss doing drugs in a club or where ever she was. That turned out to be true. Although I don’t expect Joren to stand up anytime soon and say “yep that story is true”.

MSM being abc, cbs and nbc….have dropped this case…..because they wont play by beths rules…. of no tough questions and only broadcasr what she deems ok to broadcast. Hence No Beth on NBC, CBS or ABC News

This story is about making money…. not to this girl’s parents it isn’t. What a jerk, grow up!
National Enquirer has been right about a lot of stories over the years and often breaks stories ahead of the mainstream media.
Why is it such a surprise Joran took the girl back to his house? It makes a lot more sense than the Marriott story and has been suspected by several astute people for some time. The “left at the beach” story has many holes in it as the previous lies. Though i imagine at some point they did end up at the Marriott – probably to dump the body.
I swear if somebody produces a videotape of Joran confessing to Natalee’s murder there will still be people who don’t believe he did it.
I hate that this story has become such a news/circus controversy. JVDS is guilty as hell and Beth Twitty knows it. Anyone with half a brain knows it too. Unfortunately, we have to wait for the jerk to screw up to catch him. I wish for NH’s family this case could have been solved sooner and without all the bad publicity and hard feelings against Beth, but she’s a tough lady and will pull through this. I do wonder how JVDS and the K-2 can even sleep at night. I look forward to the day the world sees them pay for what they’ve done.

Do you know how many 18 year old males on this planet cut classes, go out looking for girls in bars?? The Enquirer makes it sound as if Joran is the only one who does.
Just because an 18 year old kid likes going out and cuts classes doesn’t make him a murderer.
Just to quickly add something here .. I’m not defending this kid. It’s this sort of nonsense that is really starting to tick people off, myself included. Since the three kids have been released, the media will try to report ANYTHING … and what they’re reporting is useless, idiotic, and totally irrelevant. I’m surprised they’re not reporting on his hair style, and the way he dresses as well. Could these two habits he has have some relevance to this case?
Why doesn’t the media leave this thing alone and let the PROPER authorities try and gather REAL evidence that could help solve this case. Joran VDS can go out to a bar and tell someone he had sex with NH. He could go to a bar the next nite and tell someone else he didn’t. This is totally irrelevant. He can simply say “I was drunk and I don’t remember saying that” .. whether he has sex with her is not important anyway. What’s important is WHERE IS SHE. Until real evidence is brought forward, I don’t think the press should be wasting their time reporting useless information to the public. Hey, if they found her body, well geez … THAT would be GROUNDBREAKING news. Report it!!!!!!!!!!
If a witness came forward with a videotape clearly showing these three kids raping and murdering her, well, there’s some MORE ground breaking news. REPORT IT!!! But until evidence like this comes up, if indeed it ever does, the media will continue to tell us what kind of toothpaste Deepak Kalpoe uses … the type of shampoo that Joran uses … and that any 18 year old kid who likes to party and skip some classes and try to meet women is abnormal.

When was the last timer that abc news. nbc news or cbs news even talked about this on their news cast? Sure they did when it first happened….But ABC News CBS News and NBC news is differnt than Geraldo and Fox

One thing to note about the NE story:
They name the source
Naming sources means that this story is credible.
A fact that the MSM does not like to admit is that the tabloids do a better job now of investigative reporting. This isnt the first that the NE has been used as a source by the MSM or Cable News
Yes the NE is right about 50% of the time…but naming the source (and how the source got the story) gives this a lot of credibility
Some may not like the way Beth is approaching the case now……but it is the only way it will be resolved

The NE is not revealing a source.They are simply identifying the name of someone on their payroll.Why is it that they report that he forced her to watch porn but did not bother to report where it took place.By all accounts (even Beth)Joran and Paulus are staying with relatives so just where did the viewing of porn take place.If it were a public place then he lady is 28 years old and if she went into such a place willingly well just how credible is she?It was also reported that Paulus walked him to class and also picked Joran up from class so just when was she supposed to have had the opportunity to have been so intimate with Joran.And they tracked him down,yeah the same place where it was announced that he was going,wow,those are some talented trackers I’d say.LMAO.
For anyone who takes anything the Enquirer reports seriously without such reports being verified should maybe take the express checkout lane next time at they are at the grocery store so as not to spend so much idle time in line and expose themselves to the weekly shenanigans that such tabloids report.
As far as what they say as being 50% correct,if it were over 5% correct it would be a shocker.I will say that they are the most popular amongst the tabloids offered at the checkout stand,but that does not make them credible.

Why is it that people want to act like the main stream media is bad? Because they report real news, with biased opinions? What is Foxnews – just a bunch of talking heads that give their opinions on a subject. “We report / you decide”? Please. When was the last time you watched your local news at night, and they brought in a republican and democrat to debate the story. I bet the answer is never! That is news. Here is the story, you decide what you think. Not “here is an issue, now let us talk to others to get their opinions and thoughts, and talking points out”.
I can’t say that the Holloway story has even been on the 10:00 pm news in Chicago. Why – because as sad as it seems – it is a nonissue when there is so much more going on in the world.

I think they are all guilty as well as some of the other persons. JVDSlime’s dad is a Judge. All of the families met at Judge Slime’s home on the early morning hours of the incident. He set them all straiight do not talk. No body no crime, was his statement. When the police went there to search Judge Slime only allowed the police to search certain area’s of his property. Jr. Slime lived in a seperate residence from his Judge Slime dad. I’m glad he is back in his own country. I hope he does not do to some other girl what he accidently did to Natalee. All tourists should ban the little island that depends solely on other countries $ to survive.
The case was handled wrong by authorities because it was Judge Van der Slime’s son. He knows they are all involved and he has hurt the investigation in all ways possible. Remember Natalee’s mom and step-dad were on their way there as soon as she received the call that her daughter was not at the air-port.
Yal Neterland girls better watch out for Judge Van der Slime’s son you may be next. Many young girls came forward and provided statements of the drugs they were given and ganged raaped. Watch what you say it could be you or your child next.
I don’t think it takes a rocket scientist to figure out what happened to Natalie. Apparently she was quite drunk or possibly drugged and got into a car with 3 men. Anyone with a brain would know what those guys were expecting from her. The one Kalpoe brother stated he had sex with Natalie, that all 3 of them did and that “he was surprised at how simple it was” to do so. I believe NH became conscious enough at some point and started fighting them off and things got out of hand and somehow she died, whether by their hand or accidentally. It’s even been suggested she has been taken into white slavery in Venezuela or right there in Aruba. Also, those 3 were seen at the dumpsite, so have the LE finished looking there?
It’s a shame that NH is being blamed for her own demise?? those 3 boys don’t take the blame for nothing. Deepak?? even called Natalie a s$$$ and that she was dressed provacatively and was drunk. that doesn’t mean she deserved to be raped by these guys.
