Indicted Killer of Stephany Flores … Joran Van der Sloot Sues First Attorney Luz Romero Chinchay with Misrepresentation (Lawyer & Homicide Squad Chief Sued)

Joran Van der Sloot’s sociopath game playing continues …

In the end Joran Van der Sloot is nothing more than your typical jail house convict who looks to sue every one and any thing in order to get out of the crime that he committed. Joran Van der Sloot, indicted in the murder of 21 year old Stephany Flores in Peru, is suing his first attorney that represented him for misrepresentation, abuse of authority and conspiracy to commit a crime.

Joran van der Sloot is suing a lawyer who represented him during a police interrogation that officials say resulted in a confession to killing a Peruvian woman.

His current attorney, Maximo Altez tells The Associated Press he filed suit Friday charging attorney Luz Romero Chinchay with misrepresentation, abuse of authority and conspiracy to commit a crime. Altez says the initial lawyer “pretended to be a public advocate.”

Altez says the other lawyer is not on the list of public defenders.

Altez said he also has filed suit charging the same offenses against Col. Miguel Canlla, chief of the police homicide squad, who led the interrogation.

Does any one notice the sick irony that Joran Van der Sloot is claiming that there was a conspiracy to get him to confess to the murder by his former attorney and the police when five years earlier in Aruba there was nothing but an obvious cover up, corruption and cronyism.

This enabled Van der Sloot to skate on the charges against him in the disappearance and death of Natalee Holloway? But every time there was a confession by Joran Van der Sloot in the death of Natalee Holloway, he would recant, make excuses or say he lied. Sound familiar?

Joran Van der Sloot has been backed into a corner with all evidence pointing against him and is doing anything to throw mud on the wall and hope it sticks. Joran Van der Sloot, the last person to be seen with murdered Stephany Flores, who fled the scene and was captured in Chile is now sueing his first representing attorney  Luz Romero Chinchay and the chielf of the homicide squad Col. Miguel Canlla.

Maximo Altez told The Associated Press he filed suit Friday charging attorney Luz Romero Chinchay with misrepresentation, abuse of authority and conspiracy to commit a crime. Altez said the initial lawyer “pretended to be a public advocate when she is actually a private attorney.”

“We have searched the name of Luz Romero Chinchay in the list of public defenders provided by the Ministry of Justice and her name was not on that list. We do not know why the police called this lawyer. We want to know who paid for her because my client did not,” Altez said.

Under Peruvian law, a crime suspect who does not have private counsel is provided with a public defender who works for the Ministry of Justice.

Altez said he also has filed suit charging the same offenses against Col. Miguel Canlla, chief of the police homicide squad, who led the interrogation of Van der Sloot.

Joran Van der Sloot had originally confessed to the murder; however, has since retracted the confession. Joran Van der Sloot already tried to appeal the Peru courts to have his murder confession thrown out; however, his appeal was denied with out merit.

Joran Van der Sloot is a sciopath, one trick pony whereas it appears that he has met the end of his rope in Peru.
