Breaking Down the Evidence in the Caylee Anthony case.

What really happened to Caylee Anthony and should the death penalty be brought back on the table by the prosecution against tot mom Casey Anthony? We will break down the evidence and the many facets of this case in several part posts over the next couple of days. The evidence does not lie. It is not speculating, it is connecting the dots,

The defense team for Casey Anthony never thought they would have to defend against a physical body. Honestly, the prosecution probably thought the same. How does the new discovery of the remains change the game, especially the presence of duct tape? The duct tape may not only eventually be the key to determining who did this crime but also motive as well and the loss of any chance of an eventual insanity plea.

There have been so many theories by pundits, yet most of them fail to understand the evidence at hand. Many have continually changed their theories as news became available or to suit their agenda. However, most have been mere speculation and failed to take many facts and evidence into account. They have not understood the extent of the previous searches, the environmental conditions of the time, the presence of internet searches on the Anthony computer, the  presence of chloroform in the car, human decomposition in the trunk, the delay of Caylee’s reported missing, Casey’s lies from the outset and the duct tape. Let’s connect the dots in the sad and tragic case of Caylee Anthony.

The news broke Thursday morning that a child’s remains were found in a black garbage bag in Orlando, FL near the home of Cindy and George Anthony. At 9:32 am a utility worker came across a black plastic bag, poked at it and to his surprise and horror a child’s skull fell out of the bag. He then called 911 and described what he found  and what many people a day before thought was impossible, now became a reality … the body of missing Caylee Anthony was most likely found.

The news of the discovery of a child’s body found less than 1/2 mile from the home of Caylee Anthony’s grandparents, Cindy and George Anthony, and 6/10th of a mile from the home of Lee Anthony set off a flurry of action as Orange County law enforcement, FBI and news stations ascended upon the location of Chickasaw Trail and Suburban Dr. near the Hidden Oaks Elementary School The news set off a chain reaction of events as public interest grew about the little missing girl, Caylee Anthony, who had captured the hearts of so many.

Why is the proximity of the finding of the Caylee’s body so important? Casey Anthony would have been familiar with her surrounding to have left the bad there at night as well as profiling tells us that women leave murdered children within a 5 mile radius of their home. Could this be the reason why Casey Anthony references in a jail house telephone call  (toward end a call) on July 25, 2008 at 2 pm with her mother that she felt that Casey was close and she’s not far? Sociopaths have a tenancy to tell bits and pieces of the truth in their never ending game of lies as they strive for attention and attempt to make everyone around them a pawn in their sick game.

I told Lee look locally. Look locally especially. Check places that we are familiar with, that we know.

She’s not far. I know in my heart she is not far. I can feel it.

In the end Caylee Anthony’s remains were located 3/10th of a mile away from Cindy and George Anthony’s home. In a sociopath’s world, Casey was telling the truth.

When the news broke that a child’s skeletal remains matching what would be consistent with a 3 year old and of similar size and characteristics of missing Caylee Anthony, Cindy and George Anthony were in California after having the night before made an appearance on CNN’s Larry King Live. The grandparents were notified by law enforcement of the finding of a child’s remains near their home and flew back to Orlando later that day. However, a peculiar thing occurred as the news broke that Caylee Anthony may have been finally found after being missing for 6 months.

When the news broke about a child’s body being found, a news reporter was at the Anthony house when Mallory Parker, Lee Anthony’s girl friend, showed up.  Mallory went into the house and was in there for about 10 minutes before the police showed up, banged on the door a couple of times before she came out.  When she finally did came out, law enforcement asked her to leave. ( Watch Video 2:15 mark of tape referencing Lee’s girlfriend).  Why was Mallory at the house? With a body, presumed to be Caylee’s found less than a mile away from Anthony’s home one would have to know that the Anthony home would be an extended crime scene. Why, within 10 minutes was Mallory at the Anthony home? Why did she feel the need to go there and who told her to do so?

As we would later see the Anthony home was taped off by Orange County police as a crime scene and a search warrant was served on the premises. Investigators too out numerous bags, boxes, and items from the home. Why was the search warrant served? Because there were items found at the crime scene where the skeletal remains were located that tied it back to the Anthony’s home.
