More to follow. Reports are he was captured in a taxi in a resort area near Santiago Chile.

UPDATE I: According to Thai news

Joran was arrested in Vina Del Mar Chile, a beach resort less than an hour ago. He was taken to Santiago Chile where he remains in custody.
